The present embodiment provides a narrow thin metal plate arc forming combined tool, which has a structure shown in fig. 1 and includes a template assembly 1 and a handle assembly 2 for bending.
The formwork assembly 1 comprises a module 3, a pin 4, a fixing device 5, a first apron 6 and a second apron 7. As shown in fig. 3, the module 3 has a thickness of 10mm, and 12 groups of square holes of 17.5mm × 17.5mm are machined on the surface of the module for installing the pins 4; 3 groups of 2-M8 threaded holes are processed for installing the fixing device 5; a hole with the diameter of 3-phi 10.5mm is processed for installing the first baffle 6; a hole with the diameter of 2-phi 5.5mm is processed for installing the second baffle 7.
The upper part of the pin column 4 is a handle positioning pin shaft with the diameter phi of 10mm, the height of the pin shaft is consistent with the thickness of a handle 11 in the handle assembly 2 for bending, the lower part of the pin column is a square column with the diameter of 17mm multiplied by 17mm, the outer diameter of a middle cylinder is the circular arc diameter of the bending of a narrow strip thin metal plate product, and the height of the middle cylinder is consistent with the width of the product. According to the requirement of a processed product, a corresponding combined pin 4 or a single pin 4 is selected and installed in a corresponding square hole on the module 3.
A first baffle 6 is mounted between the two lowermost pins 4 of the module 3. As shown in fig. 4, the fixing device 5 includes a T-shaped plate 8, an M8 fixing bolt 9, and an M12 tightening bolt 10. The T-shaped plate 8 is formed by welding two plates in a T shape, a M12 threaded hole is formed in the middle of the vertical plate, and an M12 puller bolt 10 penetrates through the M12 threaded hole of the vertical plate and extends out of the first baffle 6 to play a role in fixing the narrow thin metal plate.
