step two: placing the tube blank at a set position, driving a restraint ring to move to the head end of an outer punch by a driving oil cylinder, restraining a sealing insert, and enabling two sealing punches to move forwards under the pushing action of oil cylinders at two sides respectively to realize sealing of the end part of the tube blank;
step three: the control system controls the press and the supercharger to realize the forming process;
step four: and (4) releasing pressure, driving the oil cylinder to drive the restraint ring to move to the tail end of the outer punch, enabling the seal insert to be restrained and disappear, withdrawing the two seal punches, and resetting the upper die to obtain the required workpiece.
