Abstract

The power control system is used for providing power required by the separation of the aged mortar attached to the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate; the heating system is used for providing the temperature required by the separation of the aged mortar attached to the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate; and the separation and collection system is used for separating and collecting the aged mortar attached to the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate. However, the concrete recycled coarse aggregate has the following disadvantages due to the aged mortar attached to the surface of the concrete recycled coarse aggregate: the concrete prepared from the untreated recycled coarse aggregate has the defects of high water absorption capacity, high porosity, high crushing value, low density and the like, generally has poor working performance, mechanical property and durability, and the adverse effect is larger along with the increase of the content of the attached aged mortar on the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate. The invention aims to provide a device for separating surface-attached aged mortar from original natural coarse aggregate in recycled coarse aggregate, which can be used for separating the surface-attached aged mortar from the original natural coarse aggregate in the recycled coarse aggregate, measuring the content of the surface-attached aged mortar in the recycled coarse aggregate, providing a basis for researching the influence of the content of the surface-attached aged mortar in the recycled coarse aggregate on the performance of recycled concrete, and simultaneously providing a reference for the design of the mixing ratio of the recycled coarse aggregate concrete so as to ensure the engineering quality of the recycled coarse aggregate concrete.

the power control system is used for providing power required by the separation of the aged mortar attached to the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate; the device comprises two bearings and a support, wherein the two bearings are arranged on the support, one end of the motor is connected with the speed controller, the other end of the motor is connected with a power input shaft of the speed reducer through a small transmission gear, and power and time provided by a power control system are adjustable and are controlled by the speed controller; the speed reducer is connected with one end of a bearing;
the heating system is used for providing the temperature required by the separation of the aged mortar attached to the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate; the electric stove wire heating box comprises a box body, a box door, electric stove wires and a temperature controller, wherein the box door is arranged on the box body, the electric stove wires are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the box body, and the electric stove wires are connected with the temperature controller;
the separation and collection system is used for separating and collecting the aged mortar attached to the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate; the automatic feeding device comprises a rolling mesh barrel, an operation opening, a cover plate, a hollow steel ball and a material receiving box, wherein the operation opening is formed in the surface of the rolling mesh barrel, the cover plate is arranged on the operation opening, the hollow steel ball is placed in the rolling mesh barrel, and the material receiving box is placed right below the rolling mesh barrel and is positioned in a box body;

(1) the separation device for the surface-attached aged mortar of the recycled coarse aggregate, provided by the invention, is simple and convenient to operate, the concrete recycled coarse aggregate which is dried to constant weight is placed in a rolling mesh drum, the defects of the joint surface of the original natural coarse aggregate and the surface-attached aged mortar in the recycled coarse aggregate are increased through high-temperature heating, and the interface bonding force is reduced; meanwhile, hollow steel balls with different grain sizes are added, and the rolling net barrel is rotated through mechanical external force, so that the regenerated coarse aggregate and the hollow steel balls are continuously collided and rubbed with each other in the rolling net barrel, the defect of a joint surface of original natural coarse aggregate and surface-attached aged mortar in the regenerated coarse aggregate is continuously increased, the interface binding force of the original natural coarse aggregate and the surface-attached aged mortar in the regenerated coarse aggregate is gradually reduced, and the separation of the surface-attached aged mortar in the regenerated coarse aggregate is realized.
(2) The separation device for the recycled coarse aggregate surface attached aged mortar provided by the invention has the advantages that the rotating speed and time of the rolling mesh barrel, the heating temperature and time and the diameter of the hollow steel ball are adjustable, the separation device is suitable for separating the recycled coarse aggregate surface attached aged mortar with different specifications (including particle size, original concrete strength, original natural coarse aggregate material and the like), and particles smaller than 5mm generated in the separation process can fall into the material receiving box through the gap between the rolling mesh barrel and the cover plate, so that a large amount of dust is prevented from being generated.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention comprises a speed controller 1, a motor 2, a speed reducer 3, a bracket 4, a bearing 5, a furnace wire 6, a box body 7, a box door 8, a temperature controller 9, a rolling net barrel 10, an operation port 11, a cover plate 12, a hollow steel ball 13 and a material receiving box 14.
A device for separating aged mortar adhered to the surface of recycled coarse aggregate comprises a power control system, a heating system and a separation and collection system.
The power control system comprises a speed controller 1, a motor 2, a speed reducer 3, a support 4 and a bearing 5. Two bearings 5 are respectively positioned on the support 4, the speed controller 1 is connected with the motor 2, the motor 2 is connected with the speed reducer 3, and the speed reducer 3 is connected with one end of one bearing 5.
The heating system comprises an electric stove wire 6, a box body 7, a box door 8 and a temperature controller 9, wherein the box door 8 is arranged on the box body 7, the electric stove wire 6 is uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the box body 7, and the electric stove wire 6 is connected with the temperature controller 9.
In the invention, the separation and collection system comprises a rolling mesh barrel 10, an operation opening 11, a cover plate 12, a hollow steel ball 13 and a material receiving box 14, wherein the rolling mesh barrel 10 is positioned in a box body 7, one side of the rolling mesh barrel 10 is welded with the other end of one bearing 5, one end of the other bearing 5 is welded with the other side of the rolling mesh barrel 10, and the two bearings 5 are coaxially arranged. The motor 2 of the power control system is connected with the power input shaft of the speed reducer 3 through a small transmission gear, and the power and time provided by the power control system are adjustable and controlled by the speed controller 1.
And refractory lining plates are arranged on the inner sides of a box body 7 and a box door 8 of the heating system and on the outer surface of a bearing 5 in the box body 7.
The electric furnace wire 6 of the heating system can lead the temperature in the box body 7 to reach 500 ℃ at most, and the temperature and the time can be adjusted and controlled by the temperature controller 9.
Rectangular holes are uniformly distributed in the rolling mesh bucket 10 and the cover plate 12 of the separation and collection system, and the width of each hole is 5 mm.
The diameters of common hollow steel balls 13 of the separation and collection system are respectively 20mm, 30mm and 40mm, the corresponding inner hollow diameters are respectively 10mm, 15mm and 20mm, and hollow steel balls with different diameters can be placed into the separation and collection system according to requirements.
The cover plate 12 of the separation and collection system is fixed on the operation opening through screws.
The material receiving box 14 is positioned under the rolling net barrel 10 and is placed inside the box body 7.
