the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping rod, a clamping handle and a ring, wherein the clamping rod penetrates through the placing plate in the front-back direction of the placing plate, two ends of the clamping rod penetrate through the two first clamping blocks respectively, the ring is penetrated by the clamping rod and fixed on the placing plate, one end, close to the ring, of the clamping rod is hinged to the clamping handle, the other end of the clamping rod is provided with a clamping piece which cannot penetrate through the first clamping blocks, and the clamping piece can be moved in the front-back direction by rotating the clamping handle.
