the parts in the washing tower contacting with the medium are made of duplex stainless steel or nickel-based alloy with good corrosion resistance under seawater and acid-base liquid at a certain high temperature.
Referring to fig. 3 to 11, there is shown another spray system of the present invention, which is different from the above spray system in that the spray system is in a form without branch spray pipes 12, and a plurality of spray nozzles 14 are installed on a spray header 15 at regular intervals; the spray pipe system in the form is suitable for equipment with small smoke amount.
As shown in fig. 12, the structure of the support 1 can also be selected from the structure of an ear seat, a leg, a skirt and the like; the shape of the flue gas inlet 17 can be set to be square; manhole 21 may be provided as a square manhole.
According to different technological requirements of a washing system, the number of turns of the spiral tower plate, the number of spraying nozzles and the spraying angle can be correspondingly increased or decreased according to calculation; according to different control requirements of the washing system, instruments or sensor mounting ports of various parameters such as temperature, pressure, liquid level and the like can be added on the washing tower so as to meet various control requirements of the ship tail gas treatment system in the processes of regulation and operation.
