a pulse dust collector for garbage and waste gas comprises a dust collector box body, a cloth bag, an exhaust fan, a pulse air injection assembly, a pressure plate, a supporting bar and a bag locking assembly;
the front side of the dust remover box body is hinged with a box door capable of sealing the dust remover box body; the front side wall and the rear side wall of the dust remover box body are respectively provided with an air outlet and an air inlet, and the air outlet is connected with an exhaust fan through a pipeline; the pressing plate is horizontally fixed in the dust remover box body, the two supporting strips are respectively fixed on the left side wall and the right side wall of the dust remover box body, the supporting strips are positioned below the pressing plate, and a hanging plate gap is arranged between the supporting strips and the pressing plate;
the cloth bag comprises a cloth bag body and a cloth bag hanging plate, wherein the cloth bag hanging plate is provided with an airflow hole, and the top of the cloth bag body is fixed on the airflow hole; the left side and the right side of the cloth bag hanging plate are respectively hung on the two supporting bars, and the cloth bag hanging plate is clamped in the hanging plate gap;
the bag locking assembly comprises a lock catch and a bag locking plate, and the lock catch is fixed on the left side wall and the right side wall of the box body of the dust remover and is positioned close to the box door; the lock catch is provided with a lock groove and a lock hook, the root of the lock groove is in an arc shape which is bent downwards, the tail end of the lock groove is provided with an opening, and the root of the lock groove is higher than the tail end of the lock groove; the tail end of the lock hook is hooked to form the root of the lock groove; the lock bag plate comprises a plate body and a lock column, the lock column is fixed on the plate body, and the lock column can slide into the root of the lock groove along an opening at the tail end of the lock groove and is hooked by the lock hook; the top of the plate body is provided with a clamping block and a limiting wall, the top wall of the plate body is located below the cloth bag hanging plate in an initial state, the clamping block is wedge-shaped, when the locking column is hooked by the locking hook, the clamping block is inserted between the cloth bag hanging plate and the supporting bar, and the limiting wall is pressed against the outer side wall of the cloth bag hanging plate;
the pulse jet assembly comprises a gas storage box and a jet pipe communicated with the gas storage box, the jet pipe is located right above the cloth bag, a plurality of spray heads are mounted on the jet pipe, and the spray heads correspond to the airflow holes one to one.
Preferably, the left side wall and the right side wall of the dust remover box body are respectively fixed with an upright limiting wall, the limiting walls are positioned in front of the lock catches, the limiting walls are provided with arc-shaped limiting grooves, and the heights of the rear ends of the limiting grooves are lower than the heights of the front ends of the limiting grooves; the lock bag board is characterized in that a guide hole of a waist type with the same width as the limiting groove is longitudinally formed in the board body of the lock bag board, the inner side of the board body is connected with a guide plate in a sliding mode, a guide post with the diameter matched with the width of the limiting groove is fixed on the guide plate, the guide post sequentially extends into the guide hole and the limiting groove, and the guide post can move along the limiting groove and/or the guide hole.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention installs the supporting bars and the pressing plates in the dust collector box body, the hanging plate gaps are formed between the supporting bars and the pressing plates, when a plurality of cloth bags are installed, the cloth bag hanging plates of the cloth bags are sequentially inserted into the hanging plate gaps, and the split cloth bag hanging plate structure replaces an integral cloth bag fixing plate, so that the soft strip-shaped cloth bags do not need to be gradually sent into the cloth bag installing holes from the upper parts of the supporting bars to arrange the cloth bags, and the cloth bag installing efficiency is improved.
2. The lock catch and the bag locking plate are arranged at the position close to the box door, and the lock groove and the lock hook on the lock catch enable the lock column on the bag locking plate to move upwards and rotate simultaneously, so that the wedge-shaped fixture block at the top of the bag locking plate is inserted between the outermost cloth bag hanging plate and the supporting bar, and meanwhile, the limiting wall presses the outer side wall of the cloth bag hanging plate, so that the cloth bag is locked on the supporting bar and cannot move back and forth; the cloth bag hanging plate presses the clamping block, so that the clamping block and the limiting wall are in an interlocking relationship, the bag locking plate is fixed on the lock catch and cannot shake, and the locking force of the bag locking plate on the cloth bag is guaranteed. The special bag locking structure is arranged to fix the cloth bag in the horizontal direction, only the bag locking plate needs to be rotated and pulled during operation, other auxiliary tools do not need to be used, and the cloth bag locking device is convenient to disassemble and assemble.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a pulse dust collector for waste gas is installed in a waste gas treatment system, and comprises a dust collector box body 1, a cloth bag 2, an exhaust fan 3, a pulse jet assembly, a pressure plate 4, a supporting bar 5 and a bag locking assembly.
The front side of the dust remover box body 1 is hinged with a box door 6 which can seal the dust remover box body. A plurality of cloth bags 2 are installed in the dust remover box body 1, an air outlet 7 and an air inlet 8 are respectively arranged on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the dust remover box body 1, waste gas generated by waste incineration enters the dust remover box body 1 from the air inlet 8, and is discharged out of the dust remover box body 1 from the air outlet 7 after being dedusted by the cloth bags 2. The air outlet 7 is connected with an exhaust fan 3 through a pipeline, the exhaust fan 3 enables negative pressure to be formed in the dust remover box body 1, and waste gas is extracted out of the dust remover box body 1 from the air outlet 7.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pressing plate 4 is horizontally installed in the dust collector box body 1, the two supporting bars 5 are respectively installed on the left and right side walls of the dust collector box body 1, the supporting bars 5 are located below the pressing plate 4, and hanging plate gaps are arranged between the supporting bars 5 and the pressing plate 4. The cloth bag 2 comprises a cloth bag body 9 and a cloth bag hanging plate 10, as shown in fig. 6, a circular airflow hole 11 is arranged on the cloth bag hanging plate 10, waste gas is filtered by the cloth bag body 9 and then flows into the air outlet 7 through the airflow hole 11, and the top of the cloth bag body 9 is tightly hooped on the airflow hole 11; the cloth bag hanging plate 10 is made of rigid material and can firmly support the cloth bag body 9. The left side and the right side of the cloth bag hanging plate 10 are hung on the two supporting strips 5 respectively, the cloth bag hanging plate 10 is clamped in the hanging plate gap, and the cloth bag is installed only by inserting the cloth bag hanging plate 10 into the hanging plate gap, so that the cloth bag 2 is positioned in the longitudinal direction.
As shown in fig. 1, the pulse jet assembly comprises a gas storage tank 12 and a jet pipe 13 communicated with the gas storage tank 12, the gas storage tank 12 is installed on the outer side of the dust remover box body 1, the jet pipe 13 is located right above the cloth bag 2, a pulse generator is installed at the end part of the jet pipe 13, a plurality of spray heads 30 are installed on the jet pipe 13, the spray heads 30 correspond to the positions of the airflow holes 11 one by one, and the spray heads 30 can jet air towards the airflow holes 11 to reversely clean the cloth bag. The gas tank 12, the gas lance 13 and the pulse generator are well known in the art and will not be described further herein.
As shown in fig. 2, the bag locking assembly includes a locker 14 and a bag locking plate, and the locker 14 is welded to both left and right sidewalls of the cleaner case 1 and is located adjacent to the door 6. The lock catch 14 is provided with a lock groove 15 and a lock hook 16, the root of the lock groove 15 is in a downward bent arc shape, the tail end of the lock groove 15 is provided with an opening, and the height of the root of the lock groove is higher than that of the tail end of the lock groove; the tail end of the locking hook 16 is hooked to form the root of the locking groove 15.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the lock pocket plate includes a plate body 17 and a lock cylinder 18, the lock cylinder 18 is welded on the plate body 17, and the lock cylinder 18 can slide upwards into the root of the lock slot 15 along the opening at the tail end of the lock slot 15 to be hooked by the lock hook 16; the top of the plate body 17 is provided with a clamping block 19 and a limiting wall 20, the front end of the supporting bar 5 is provided with an avoiding groove 21 matched with the thickness of the plate body 17, and the top of the plate body 17 can move in the avoiding groove 21. As shown in fig. 3, in the initial state, the lock cylinder 18 is located at the opening at the tail end of the lock slot 15, and the top wall of the plate body 17 is located below the cloth bag hanging plate 10, so that the cloth bag hanging plate 10 cannot be interfered in the gap between the cloth bag hanging plates. The wedge 19 is wedge-shaped, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, when the plate body 17 is pushed upward and rotated at the same time, so that the lock column 18 is hooked by the lock hook 16, the wedge 19 is inserted between the cloth bag hanging plate 10 and the support bar 5, and the limit wall 20 presses against the outer side wall of the cloth bag hanging plate 10 at the outermost side, thereby fixing the cloth bag 2 in the horizontal direction and preventing the cloth bag 2 from moving horizontally.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5 and 7, the right and left side walls of the dust collector case 1 are respectively provided with an upright limiting wall 22, the limiting wall 22 is located in front of the lock catch 14, the limiting wall 22 is provided with an arc-shaped limiting groove 23, and the limiting groove 23 is in a shape of high front and low back; the board body 17 of the bag locking board is longitudinally provided with a waist-shaped guide hole 24 with the same width as the limiting groove 23, the inner side of the board body 17 is connected with a guide plate 26 in a sliding mode through a guide post 25, the guide post 25 is fixed on the guide plate 26, the diameter of the guide post 25 is matched with the width of the limiting groove 23, the guide post 25 sequentially extends into the guide hole 24 and the limiting groove 23, and the guide post 25 can move along the limiting groove 23 and/or the guide hole 24. The plate body 17 is also provided with an auxiliary guide hole 27 along the longitudinal direction, a fixing nail 28 matched with the auxiliary guide hole 27 is fixed on the guide plate 26, the diameter of the nail head of the fixing nail 28 is larger than the width of the auxiliary guide hole 27, the nail head of the fixing nail is pressed on the plate body 17 after extending out of the auxiliary guide hole 27, and therefore the guide plate 26 cannot be separated from the plate body 17, and the fixing nail 28 can move along the auxiliary guide hole 27. When the novel multifunctional locking device is used, the plate body 17 is pulled forwards, the guide column 25 slides to the front end of the limiting groove 23, at the moment, under the temporary positioning action of the guide column 25, the plate body 17 is rotated and pushed backwards and upwards at the same time, the plate body 17 moves backwards and upwards relative to the guide plate 26 and the guide column 25 until the lock column 18 slides into the root part of the locking groove 15, in the process, the front end of the clamping block 19 is jacked up firstly and then rotates backwards and downwards gradually, the clamping block is inserted into a gap between the cloth bag hanging plate 10 and the supporting strip 5 after being aligned with the gap, meanwhile, the limiting wall 20 is abutted against the outer side wall of the cloth bag hanging plate 10, and as the cloth bag hanging plate 10 presses the clamping block 19, the cloth bag hanging plate 10 and the plate body 17 are interlocked, so that the cloth bag hanging plate on the outermost side is locked in the horizontal direction, and other cloth bag hanging plates.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the opening at the tail end of the lock slot 15 is provided with an arc-shaped protruding support part 29, the lower side of the protruding support part 29 protrudes forward, the lock column 18 is supported by the protruding support part 29 in the initial state, the upper side and the lower side of the plate body 17 are preliminarily positioned under the combined action of the protruding support part 29 and the limiting slot 23, the lock column 18 cannot freely shake, and the moving starting point of the lock column 18 can be conveniently and quickly found.
The length of the plate body 17 is larger than that of the guide plate 26, so that the plate body 17 can be pushed and pulled manually and rotated conveniently.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the cloth bag 2 needs to be installed, the box door 6 is opened, the cloth bag hanging plates 10 are sequentially inserted into the hanging plate gaps, and the cloth bag 2 is fixed in the longitudinal direction. Then, the plate body 17 is pulled forwards, the guide plate 26 moves along with the plate body 17 until the guide post 25 reaches the front end of the limiting groove 23, under the temporary positioning action of the guide post 25, the plate body 17 is simultaneously rotated and pushed upwards, the lock post 18 slides into the root of the lock groove 15 and is hooked by the lock hook 16, at the moment, the fixture block 19 is driven by the moving track of the plate body 17 to be inserted between the cloth bag hanging plate 10 and the supporting bar 5 at the outermost side and is pressed by the cloth bag hanging plate 10, interlocking is realized, meanwhile, the limiting wall 20 presses the outer side wall of the cloth bag hanging plate, and the cloth bag 2 is fixed in the horizontal direction. Then the box door 6 is locked, the exhaust fan 3 is started, and the garbage and the waste gas are dedusted and purified.
