The present invention will be further explained and illustrated with reference to the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings, wherein the following embodiments are only preferred embodiments, not all embodiments, and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the novel safety belt hook comprises a C-shaped hook body 1, wherein the cross section of the hook body 1 is rectangular, and an arc-shaped groove which is communicated with an end face and has a rectangular cross section is arranged at the upper part of the side face of the hook body 1 along the circumferential direction. And a protective hook 3 in sliding fit with the arc-shaped groove is arranged in the arc-shaped groove. The protective hook 3 is provided with a spanner 14 fixedly connected with the protective hook 3 on one side of the outer circle close to the end face of the arc-shaped groove, and a spring 2 is arranged between the end face of the arc-shaped groove and the protective hook 3. The side face of the hook body 1 at the arc-shaped groove is provided with an end cover 16 connected with the hook body 1 through a screw, and the outer side of the end cover 16 is flush with the corresponding side face of the hook body 1. An unlocking button 15 is arranged on the end face of the end cover 16, and a first concave pit for locking the protection hook 3 is arranged on the end face of the protection hook 1 corresponding to the unlocking button 15. When the wrench 14 is pulled to compress the spring 2, the protection hook 3 can be retracted into the hook body 1 and locked by the cooperation between the unlocking button 15 and the first concave pit, so that the safety hook is unlocked; when the unlocking button 15 is pressed to be separated from the first pit, the protection hook 3 can slide outwards along the arc-shaped groove under the action of the spring 2 and lock the safety hook. Therefore, the invention can realize quick locking and unlocking, thereby ensuring the safe connection and the quick separation of the safety belt hanging point.
The end surface of the lower side of the hook body 1 is provided with a rectangular second concave pit used for matching with the end part of the protective hook 3. The protective hook 3 and the second recess form a securing device according to the invention, which ensures a reliable attachment of the invention to the seat belt attachment point. When the protective hook 3 enters the second pit, the safety hook can be reliably locked, and the end part of the protective hook 3 is prevented from being separated from the hook body 1 due to transverse movement, so that the safety belt hook is separated from a safety belt attachment point.
The lower portion of the hook body 1 is provided with a cylindrical hook seat 13 fixedly connected with the hook body, the bottom of the hook seat 13 is provided with a blind hole, and an alarm device is arranged in the blind hole. The alarm device comprises a controller 7, a trigger switch 4, a buzzer 17, a warning lamp 5 and a reset button 18. The controller 7 is fixed in the middle of the blind hole. And a hole communicated with the blind hole is formed in the bottom of the second pit, and the trigger switch 4 is installed in the hole and is electrically connected with the controller 7. And a hole communicated with the blind hole is formed in the lower side of the second concave hole at the top of the hook seat 13, and the warning lamp 5 is installed in the hole and is electrically connected with the controller 7. The side surface of the lower part of the hook body 1 is provided with a third pit, the bottom of the third pit is provided with a hole communicated with the blind hole, and the reset button 18 is arranged at the top of the hole and is electrically connected with the controller 7. The bottom of the hook seat 13 is provided with a detachable bottom cover 9 connected with the hook seat through a screw, and the buzzer 17 is fixed on the upper part of the bottom cover 9 and is electrically connected with the controller 7. The bottom cover 9 is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the alarm sound sent by the buzzer 17 can be transmitted out through the through holes. The trigger switch 4 is a magnetic trigger switch, and the warning lamp 5 is a red light-emitting diode. When the protective hook 3 enters the second pit under the action of the spring 2, the end part of the protective hook is contacted with the bottom of the second pit, the trigger switch 4 is in a normal state, the controller 7 keeps a standby state, the buzzer 17 is silent at the moment, and the warning lamp 5 is in a normal light state; when the end part of the protective hook 3 is separated from the second pit, the trigger switch 4 is triggered, the trigger signal is transmitted to the controller 7, then the controller 7 controls the buzzer 17 to give out a sound alarm, and simultaneously controls the warning lamp 5 to flicker to give out a flashing alarm to remind an operator using the safety belt to pay attention. The alarm does not stop as the guard hook 3 re-enters the second recess until it is released by manual depression of the reset button 18. After the protection hook 3 is separated from the second pit for a short time and returns, the alarm is sent until the reset button 18 is manually pressed to release the protection hook, and the alarm can be prevented from stopping after the safety belt hook is suddenly separated from the attachment point during the time, so that the safety belt hook is easily ignored by operators. The third depression protects the reset button 18 from damage due to accidental impacts, while preventing the reset button 18 from being mishandled.
The bottom of the hook seat 13 is provided with a circular boss 12, the outside of the hook seat 13 is provided with a circular rotating disc 8 which can rotate, and a thrust bearing 6 is arranged between the boss 12 and the rotating disc 8. Two sides of the bottom of the rotary table 8 are respectively provided with a lug, the lugs are provided with a pin shaft 10, the tail end of the pin shaft 10 is provided with a through hole, and a cotter pin 11 for axially positioning the pin shaft 10 is arranged in the through hole. The pin 10 is connected to a safety rope in the form of a band for the operator. When the safety rope is driven by an operator to rotate, the rotary disc 8 can rotate along with the safety rope, and the rotary disc 8 and the hook seat 13 can rotate relatively, so that the hook seat 13 and the hook body 1 fixedly connected with the hook seat and hung on the safety belt hanging point cannot rotate, and the safety rope is prevented from knotting due to rotation and affecting the operation of the operator. Meanwhile, the safety rope can be conveniently and reliably connected with the safety rope through the pin shaft 10, and can be conveniently replaced.
As shown in fig. 6, since there are two types of safety ropes connected to a harness worn by a worker on the body, one is a flat belt-shaped safety rope, and the other is a safety rope having a circular cross-section, a U-shaped ring 19, which is connected to the circular safety rope, may be connected to the lower portion of the pin 10 when connected to the circular safety rope. Therefore, the invention can be used for connecting the belt-shaped safety rope and the round safety rope, so that two kinds of common safety ropes can be reliably connected with the invention.
The specific application method of the invention is as follows:
1. the pin 10 is connected with a belt-shaped safety rope or connected with a round safety rope by additionally arranging a U-shaped ring 19.
2. The spanner 14 is pulled to separate the protective hook 3 from the second pit and receive the protective hook into the hook seat 13, at the moment, the warning lamp 5 flickers, and the buzzer 17 gives an alarm. At this time, the reset button 18 is pressed to release the alarm.
3. The hook body 1 is hung on a safety belt hanging point of an operation site, the unlocking button 15 is pressed, the safety belt hook is locked by the protective hook 1 under the action of the spring 2, and the alarm device enters a standby state.
The above-mentioned embodiments are described in detail and concrete, and the preferred embodiments of the present invention are presented only for illustrating the technical ideas and features of the present invention, so as to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and to implement the same, but not to limit the present invention; it should be noted that the scope of the present invention is not limited by the embodiments, and that equivalent changes or modifications made within the spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention as those skilled in the art will understand that local modifications within the system and changes, etc. between subsystems are within the scope of the present invention.
