firstly, two main keel frames 100 are installed, then two transverse support rods 200 are installed, then two auxiliary keel frames 300 are installed through a section bar connecting piece 400, then a top hanging plate 500 is installed through a hoisting bolt 600, finally a ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer is installed, the ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer is supported during installation without correcting the front and back direction, an installation area 20.1 of a sterilizer top plate 20 directly corresponds to a transverse flanging 500.2 of the top hanging plate 500, the ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer is continuously supported until the bottom surface of the installation area 20.1 contacts with the transverse flanging 500.2, then the ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer transversely moves left until an installation opening 20.3 is sleeved to the transverse flanging 500.2, the ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer can be put down, when the ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer falls down, the installation bayonet 20.4 is mutually buckled with the transverse flanging 500.2, so that the clamping hook 500.3 can not move horizontally to play a limiting role, the installation of the ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer is completed.
When the direction of the transverse flanging 500.2 of the top hanging plate 500 above the ceiling type flat jet ultraviolet sterilizer is opposite, the ceiling type flat jet ultraviolet sterilizer is also supported without correcting the front and back direction, the mounting area 20.1 of the sterilizer top plate 20 directly corresponds to the transverse flanging 500.2 of the top hanging plate 500, the ceiling type flat jet ultraviolet sterilizer is continuously supported until the bottom surface of the mounting area 20.1 contacts with the transverse flanging 500.2, then the ceiling type flat jet ultraviolet sterilizer transversely moves right until the mounting opening 20.3 is sleeved to the transverse flanging 500.2, the ceiling type flat jet ultraviolet sterilizer can be put down, when the ceiling type flat jet ultraviolet sterilizer falls down, the mounting bayonet 20.4 is mutually buckled with the transverse flanging 500.2, so that the clamping hook 500.3 can not move horizontally to play a limiting role, and the mounting of the ceiling type flat jet ultraviolet sterilizer is completed.
Therefore, when the top-hung plate 500 is actually installed, the direction of the transverse flanging 500.2 of the top-hung plate 500 above the top-hung type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer does not need to be carefully checked, and the installation can be completed only by lifting the top-hung type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer for one time or two times of transverse movement to ensure that the top-hung type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer does not fall down.

Claims (10)

A mounting structure of a ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer is characterized by comprising two longitudinal main keel frames (100) arranged on the indoor top surface, two transverse support rods (200) arranged between the bottoms of the two main keel frames (100), and two longitudinal auxiliary keel frames (300) connected between the tops of the two support rods (200) through section bar connecting pieces (400);
a top hanging plate (500) is arranged below the two auxiliary keel frames (300), the top hanging plate (500) is upwards connected with the two auxiliary keel frames (300) through four hoisting bolts (600) arranged in an array, vertical flanges (500.1) bent downwards are arranged at the left end and the right end of the top hanging plate (500), transverse flanges (500.2) are arranged rightwards at the front end and the rear end of the bottoms of the two vertical flanges (500.1), and a longitudinally extending clamping hook (500.3) is inwards arranged at the right section of each transverse flange (500.2);
a ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer is connected below the top hanging plate (500), and a sterilizer top plate (20) is arranged at the top of the ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer;
the left section and the right section of the sterilizer top plate (20) are respectively provided with a mounting area (20.1) which is recessed downwards, the left side and the right side of each recessed mounting area (20.1) are respectively provided with a vertical mounting edge (20.2), the height of each mounting edge (20.2) is equal to or slightly less than the height of a vertical flanging (500.1) of the top hanging plate (500), the front section and the rear section of each mounting edge (20.2) are respectively provided with a mounting port (20.3) which is communicated left and right, the mounting port (20.3) is close to the bottom surface of the mounting area (20.1), the longitudinal length of each mounting port (20.3) is equal to the sum of the lengths of a transverse flanging (500.2) and a clamping hook (500.3), a mounting bayonet (20.4) is further arranged above the outer sections of the front mounting port and the rear mounting port (20.3), the longitudinal length of each mounting bayonet (20.4) is equal to the length of the transverse flanging (500.2), the top of the mounting edge (20.2) at the corresponding inner side of the two mounting areas (20.1) is provided with a clamping edge (20, the middle parts of the left outer side and the right outer side of the left mounting clamping edge (20.5) and the right mounting clamping edge (20.6) are respectively provided with a mounting clamping edge groove (20.6) inwards, and the longitudinal length of the mounting clamping edge groove (20.6) is consistent with that of the top hanging plate (500);
the clamping hook (500.3) of the top hanging plate (500) is clamped in the mounting bayonet (20.4) of the top plate (20), and the transverse flanging (500.2) of the top hanging plate (500) is clamped in the mounting bayonet groove (20.6) of the top plate (20).

The mounting structure of a ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer comprises a main body frame, the main body frame comprises a front side plate (1) and a rear side plate (2) which are symmetrically arranged in front and rear, a main beam frame (3) is arranged between the middle parts of the front side plate (1) and the rear side plate (2), flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizing devices of the same structure are arranged on the left and right sides of the main beam frame (3), each flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizing device comprises a lamp tube bracket (7), an ultraviolet lamp tube (8), a reflecting cover (9), a cross flow fan (10), a grid frame (12) and a grid (13), the reflecting covers (9), the ultraviolet lamp tubes (8), the cross flow fan (10) and the grids (13) are sequentially arranged from inside to outside on the left and right sides of the main beam frame (3), two lamp tube brackets (7) are arranged in front and rear, the ultraviolet lamp tube (8) is arranged between the two lamp tube brackets (7), the reflecting concave surface of the reflecting cover (9) faces the left outer side and the right outer side of the main beam frame (3), the grating frame (12) is at least provided with a front grating frame and a rear grating frame, and the grating (13) is fixed on the grating frame (12).

The mounting structure of the ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer of claim 2, wherein the inner side surfaces of the left and right sections of the front side plate (1) and the rear side plate (2) are provided with fixed end plates (13), grid top plates (14) are connected between the tops of the front and rear fixed end plates (13), the top of the main beam frame (3) is provided with a top cover plate (19), the left and right sides of the top cover plate (19) of the ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer are respectively and fixedly connected with the inner side edges of the two grid top plates (14), and the whole body formed by the top cover plate (19) and the two grid top plates (14) is the sterilizer top plate (20).
4. The mounting structure of a ceiling type flat ultraviolet sterilizer as set forth in claim 3, wherein the upper end of the grill frame (12) is fixed to the bottom surface of the grill top plate (14).
5. The mounting structure of a ceiling type flat ultraviolet sterilizer as claimed in claim 2, wherein a display (16) is provided at the bottom of said main beam frame (3), and a transparent panel (17) is provided below said display (16).

The mounting structure of a ceiling type flat ultraviolet sterilizer according to claim 2, wherein the flat ultraviolet sterilizer further comprises an ultraviolet intensity detecting box (11), the ultraviolet intensity detecting box (11) is located between the ultraviolet lamp (8) and the cross flow fan (10), and the ultraviolet intensity detecting box (11) is disposed close to the lamp support (7).
7. The mounting structure of the ceiling type flat ultraviolet sterilizer according to claim 2, wherein the panel housing plate (18) is provided with a hollow-out part which is through from top to bottom.

The mounting structure of the ceiling type flat jet ultraviolet sterilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sub keel frame (300) comprises a support base plate (300.1), a nut groove (300.2) is provided above the support base plate (300.1), and a screw groove (300.3) is provided above the nut groove (300.2).

The mounting structure of the ceiling type flat-jet ultraviolet sterilizer of claim 8, wherein the profile connector (400) comprises a clamping profile (400.1), a hanging bolt (400.2), a hanging nut (400.3) and a locking screw (400.4), the clamping profile (400.1) has a downward clamping groove (400.11), one side of the top of the clamping groove is provided with a connecting plate (400.12), the clamping groove is clamped at the top of the support rod (200), one side of the clamping groove is provided with a clamping rib (400.13), the other side of the clamping groove corresponding to the clamping rib is provided with two screw holes, the two locking screws (400.4) pass through the two screw holes to lock the clamping profile (400.1) and the support rod (200), and the hanging bolt (400.2) passes through the connecting plate (400.12) from bottom to top to the hanging nut (400.3) in the nut groove (300.2) and then enters the screw groove (300.3).
