It should be appreciated that in the development of any such actual implementation, as in any engineering or design project, numerous implementation-specific decisions may be made. Such a development effort might be complex and time consuming, but would nevertheless be a routine undertaking of design, fabrication, and manufacture for those of ordinary skill having the benefit of this disclosure, without undue experimentation.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. Compound pipe of integral type, its characterized in that:
the inner layer comprises a threaded pipe and a snake bone chain, and one ends of the threaded pipe and the snake bone chain are hinged;
the coating layer is sleeved on the outer side of the inner layer and adopts a woven net;
and the outer layer is wrapped on the outer side of the coating layer.
2. The one-piece composite tube of claim 1, wherein: the screwed pipe comprises a small-pitch pipe, a large-pitch pipe and a circular ring pipe, the three are integrated, and the circular ring pipe is hinged with the snake bone chain.
3. The one-piece composite tube of claim 2, wherein: the coating includes circle silk mesh grid and flat wire mesh grid, circle silk mesh grid cover is located the snake bone chain outside with the local outside of coarse pitch pipe, flat wire mesh grid cover is located the outside of fine pitch pipe with the local outside of coarse pitch pipe.
4. The one-piece composite tube of claim 3, wherein: the round wire mesh grid is sleeved on the outer side of the coarse pitch pipe by nine tenths of the length, and the flat wire mesh grid is sleeved on the outer side of the coarse pitch pipe by one tenths of the length.
5. The one-piece composite tube of any of claims 3 or 4, wherein: the outer layer comprises a heat-shrinkable tube, and the heat-shrinkable tube is coated on the outer side of the coating layer.
6. The one-piece composite tube of claim 5, wherein: the outer layer further comprises a bent elastic body, the bent elastic body is coated on the outer side of the round wire woven mesh, and the heat-shrinkable tube is coated on the outer side of the flat wire woven mesh and the local outer side of the round wire woven mesh.
7. The one-piece composite tube of claim 6, wherein: the heat shrinkable tube is coated on one fifth of the length of the coarse pitch tube.
8. The one-piece composite tube of claim 6 or 7, wherein: the coating layer is made of stainless steel, nickel titanium, aluminum or copper.
9. The one-piece composite tube of claim 8, wherein: the heat-shrinkable tube is selected from TPE, TPU, PU, PTFE, LDPE, HDPE, PEBAX, PE, EVA, PVC and PET for use.
10. The one-piece composite tube of claim 9, wherein: the bending elastomer is prepared by mixing one or more composite materials of silica gel, rubber, fluororubber, PEBAX, PTFE, TPU and TPE.
