Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dish washing machines, in particular to a moisture absorption device of a dish washing machine and a water treatment system.
Background
The dishwasher is used as a washing appliance for daily household tableware, and during the washing process, the dishwasher utilizes a washing pump to generate water pressure to wash the tableware in a mode that a spray arm rotates to spray. After the washing is finished, the dirty water in the washing inner cavity is drained by the drainage pump, but under the premise of considering the full utilization of the bottom space of the dishwasher, the drainage pump is not positioned at the bottommost part of the dishwasher generally, so that a small amount of residual water is in the dishwasher. The residual water may be left inside the dishwasher for a long time, causing the residual water to grow bacteria or generate odor.
In view of the problem of odor caused by the presence of residual water in the bottom, the existing dishwasher is basically solved by means of a long-term ventilation through its own air intake and/or exhaust system inside the appliance. However, this does not guarantee that the residual water can be removed completely and effectively, and when the ventilation time is over and the residual water is still present, bacteria can be generated and peculiar smell can be generated.
Therefore, a new moisture absorption device and a new water treatment system for a dishwasher are needed.

In some alternative embodiments, the absorbent 31 is a physical absorption material, and may be a silica gel activated alumina material, an activated carbon material, or a molecular sieve material.
In the moisture absorption device 30 of the dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention, a first check valve 33 is disposed at one end of the moisture absorption body 31, which is communicated with the residual water in the dishwasher. Optionally, the moisture absorber 31 is in communication with the washing chamber 10 of the dishwasher, so that the water vapor evaporated after the heating device 32 heats the moisture absorber 31 can be circulated to the washing chamber 10 of the dishwasher.
According to the moisture absorption device 30 of the dishwasher provided by the embodiment of the invention, the end of the moisture absorption body 31 communicated with the washing inner cavity 10 of the dishwasher is provided with the second check valve 34 for controlling the on-off of the moisture absorption body 31 and the washing inner cavity 10 of the dishwasher.
For a better understanding of the present invention, a water treatment system 100 of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a structure of a water treatment system 100 of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 shows an enlarged view of a portion of the structure at the position a in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a water treatment system 100 of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the washing cavity 10 and the drainage device 20 are arranged at the bottom of the washing cavity 10 and used for draining the washing water in the washing cavity 10; and the moisture absorption device 30 is arranged at the bottom of the washing inner cavity 10 and is used for absorbing residual water in the dish washing machine.
The embodiment of the present invention also provides a water treatment system 100 of a dishwasher, further comprising a water cup 40 disposed at the bottom of the washing cavity 10, wherein one side of the water cup 40 is connected to the drainage device 20, and the other side is connected to the moisture absorption device 30. In some alternative embodiments, a cup guide tube 41 is arranged at one side of the cup 40 connected with the moisture absorption device 30, a moisture absorption guide tube 311 is arranged at one end of the moisture absorption device 30 connected with the cup 40, and the cup guide tube 41 is sleeved with the moisture absorption guide tube 311. Optionally, the moisture absorption conduit 311 is a soft gel conduit.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a water treatment system 100 of a dishwasher, which further comprises a hoop 50 sleeved outside the cup guide pipe 41 and the moisture absorption part, wherein the hoop 50 is used for realizing the fastening of the cup guide pipe 41 and the moisture absorption guide pipe 311.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a water treatment system 100 of a dishwasher, wherein the drainage device 20 comprises a drainage pump 21 and a one-way valve 22 which are connected with each other, and the one-way valve 22 is arranged at one side of the drainage device 20 far away from the moisture absorption device 30.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a water treatment system 100 of a dishwasher, which has the working principle that:
the dish washer is composed of a washing inner cavity 10 and a door body, wherein the washing inner cavity 10 provides a space for accommodating tableware to be washed, and the door body and the washing inner cavity 10 form a relatively closed space. In the washing process, the dishwasher utilizes the washing pump to generate water pressure, and the spraying arm rotates to spray and washes the tableware. After the washing is completed, the drainage pump 21 discharges the visceral sewage in the washing cavity 10, but considering the full utilization of the bottom space of the dishwasher, the drainage pump 21 is not disposed at the bottom, so that a small amount of residual water is left in the dishwasher, and the residual water is in the dishwasher for a long time, which may cause bacteria growth or odor generation.
The invention removes the residual water caused by the water discharge of the dish washer by arranging the moisture absorption device 30 at the bottom of the dish washer. When the washing program of the dishwasher is finished, the drain device 20 starts to work to drain, and the check valve 22 is opened, and the water is drained from the drain port. The drain 20 is stopped and the check valve 22 is closed and part of the water stays in the drain to prevent the bad smell from flowing back through the drain, but it is difficult to ensure that all the water of the dishwasher is discharged to the outside, which causes the residual water to flow back to the cup 40. The moisture absorption device 30 has a moisture absorption conduit 311 connected to the cup conduit 41 of the cup 40, the moisture absorption conduit 311 is sleeved on the outer wall of the cup conduit 41 and fastened by a clamp 50 outside the moisture absorption conduit 311. At this time, the first check valve 33 of the moisture absorbing device 30 is opened (the first check valve 33 is closed before the washing process and the draining process are completed), so that the residual water flows back into the moisture absorbing device 30 (optionally, the moisture absorbing device 30 is located at a position slightly lower than the water cup 40, so that the residual water flows to the moisture absorbing device 30 by gravity), and the effect of removing the residual water from the water cup 40 is achieved. When the next washing procedure is started, the heating device of the moisture absorption device 30 heats the moisture absorption body 31 to evaporate the residual water absorbed by the moisture absorption body 31, meanwhile, the second stop valve 34 is in an open state, the evaporated moisture rises by hot air and is discharged into the dishwasher, after the absorbed moisture is evaporated, the second stop valve 34 is closed to prevent water vapor in the washing stage from flowing back to the moisture absorption device 30, then the washing procedure is started (because the dishwasher is also in a state of heating the water in the washing stage and then washes in a spraying mode, the interior of the dishwasher is originally in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, the residual water is heated and evaporated into the washing inner cavity 10, and the effect of saving partial water inflow can be achieved), and moisture absorption is carried out after the procedure is finished. The air outlet of the moisture absorption device 30 extends into the washing inner cavity 10 of the dish washer, can be set to be higher than the water level of the dish washer during washing, and a waterproof cover is arranged at the upper end of the air outlet to prevent the washing water from flowing backwards into the moisture absorption device 30.
While the invention has been described with reference to an alternative embodiment, various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, the technical features mentioned in the embodiments can be combined in any way as long as there is no structural conflict. It is intended that the invention not be limited to the particular embodiments disclosed, but that the invention will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
