Further, a tape discharging guide wheel 7 and a tape collecting guide wheel 8 can be respectively installed at the tape discharging outlet 57 and the waste tape inlet 67, the adhesive tape drawn out from the adhesive tape body 56 is wound on the tape discharging guide wheel 7 when passing through the tape discharging outlet 57, and is wound on the tape collecting guide wheel 8 when entering the waste tape inlet 67 from the outside of the adhesive tape rolling disk 4.

Example 5: in addition to embodiment 1, in each set of the tape releasing mechanism 5 and the tape collecting mechanism 6, more than two adhesive tape bodies 56 are simultaneously and parallelly sleeved on the adhesive tape clamping seats 54 of the tape releasing mechanism 5 in the same set, and more than two waste tape collecting layers 66 are simultaneously and parallelly sleeved on the waste tape clamping seats 64 of the tape collecting mechanism 6 in the same set.
