The fire-fighting helmet has the following performance characteristics:
1. the anti-collision, especially the collision protection performance of falling objects on the top of the head is excellent. The high-strength shell, the high-density foam, the buffering wide cross belt, the cap hoop I, the force-equalizing buffering net and the cap hoop II are all four-stage damping structures from the shell to the head of a wearer, so that the impact strength and the local impact on the skull are relieved to the maximum extent.
2. The high-temperature resistance is excellent, because the shell adopts reinforced polyamide fiber and is subjected to flame retardant treatment, the hat band adopts plastic steel material to integrally support the external shape of the shell, the face screen adopts high-temperature resistant PC composite material, the cape adopts protective clothing fabric and a heat radiation resistant coating, and the cape has a double-layer structure, so the high-temperature resistance is excellent.
3. The protection is more comprehensive, increases the protection to ear, back brain, and when the hatband state was fixed to the head, each position of skull all kept more than 3cm from helmet shell space to increase comfortable elastic buffer layer in the hatband is inside, ensure that unexpected striking can not cause the direct atress in any position of skull.
4. The internal and external multi-stage adjustment is tightly combined with the head of a wearer, the balance weight is reasonable, the center of gravity is stable, the tightness adjustment of the cap ring is controlled by an external knob at the rear part of the helmet body, and the helmet can be adjusted at will under the condition that the helmet is not taken off, so that the helmet is suitable for various head types of Chinese people.
5. The wearing is comfortable, the head top adopts the force-equalizing net, the multistage adjusting hatband, the contact part of the hatband and the mandible belt with the skin adopts soft and high-quality light sheepskin materials, the sweat absorption and the ventilation are realized, the comfortable fit is realized, the mandible belt adopts the flame-retardant non-cotton woven belt, the softness and the quick drying are realized, and the skin allergy can not be caused under the long-time damp and hot state.
