Referring to fig. 3, a cap storage bag is arranged on the outer side of the collar 2, a storage zipper 21 is arranged on the cap storage bag, a hood 22 is arranged in the cap storage bag, and the hood 22 is made of light and thin fluorescent fabric. s1: the PUR hot melt adhesive 44 is dispensed among the three layers of fabrics of the soft layer 41, the windproof layer 42 and the base cloth layer 43 by a dispensing process, and the three layers of fabrics of the soft layer 41, the windproof layer 42 and the base cloth layer 43 are subjected to hot-press forming to form the windproof fabric 4 by a compound machine;
s2: cutting the windproof cloth by a laser cutting machine, cutting the windproof fabric 4 into a preset shape, sewing the windproof fabric 4 by a 13-needle splicing process to form a coat body 1 and sleeves 3, sewing each part of the jacket by the 13-needle splicing process to form a main body of the jacket, and processing a gap for storing a main zipper 13 on the coat body 1 by the laser cutting machine;
s3: cutting the main zipper 13 and the bottom paper thereof into a preset shape by using a laser cutting machine, hot-pressing the main zipper 13 in a preset vacancy on the clothes body 1 by using a hydraulic ironing machine through a mould matched with the shape of the main zipper 13, wherein one end of a hot pressing plate of the hydraulic ironing machine, which is in contact with the clothes body 1, is coated with high-temperature paper 6, two ends of the high-temperature paper 6 are provided with support rods 61, and the two support rods 61 are jointly connected with a hook spring 62 for fixing the high-temperature paper 6 on the hot pressing plate of the hydraulic ironing machine;
s4: the heat-seal adhesive tape 7 is processed into heat-seal films 71 matched with the shapes of the sewing seams through a laser cutting machine, connecting sheets 72 are still arranged between the adjacent heat-seal films 71 to enable the heat-seal films 71 to still keep continuity, the heat-seal films 71 are thermally covered on the sewing seams outside the jacket through a seam sealing machine, and cutter heads in different shapes are arranged on the seam sealing machine to enable the heat-seal films 71 to keep corresponding shapes when the heat-seal films 71 are cut off;
s5: the elastic cord 52 and the catch plate 53 are installed in the cord sleeve 51 of the wind skirt 5.
The glue dispensing process is different from the prior art that the hot melt adhesive 44 is coated on the fabric to be compounded through a glue roller, but the hot melt adhesive 44 is uniformly dispersed on the fabric to be compounded in a spot shape through a glue dispenser, and then hot pressing is carried out through a compound machine. By doing so, the contact area between the PUR hot melt adhesive 44 and the three-layer fabric can be reduced, and the influence of large-scale shielding of the breathable micropores 421 of the nano microporous film on the windproof and breathable performance of the windproof fabric 4 can be avoided. The 13-needle splicing and sewing process adopts the high standard of 13 needles per inch, improves the stitch density and reduces the gaps between the sewn fabrics.
Referring to fig. 2, 9 and 10, when the main zipper 13, the pocket zipper 11 and the storage zipper 21 are assembled, the main zipper 13, the pocket zipper 11 and the storage zipper 21 are cut into preset shapes by a laser cutting machine instead of sewing in military department, the main zipper 13, the pocket zipper 11 and the storage zipper 21 are thermally pressed and adhered on the coat body 1 and the collar 2 through the cooperation of a hydraulic pyrograph machine and a die, and gaps generated by adhesion are closed through a heat-seal film 71, so that the wind resistance of the wind-proof outdoor jacket is improved. Taking the pocket zipper 11 as an example, a specific process flow is described, the pocket zipper 11 and the base paper are cut and processed into a standard waist shape through a laser cutting machine, the high-temperature paper 6 is fixed on a hot pressing plate of a hydraulic pyrograph machine through the hook spring 62, the die which is integrally in a strip shape and is provided with a waist-shaped hole in the middle is pressed on the pocket zipper 11, and the pull head and the chain teeth of the pocket zipper 11 are both in the waist-shaped hole, so that the pocket zipper 11 can be prevented from being damaged by the hydraulic pyrograph machine during hot-pressing adhesion. After the pocket zipper 11 is hot-pressed, the long heat-seal adhesive tape 7 is processed into the heat-seal adhesive sheets 71 matched with the shape of the bonding part of the pocket zipper 11 and the clothes body 1 by a laser cutting machine, the heat-seal adhesive sheets 71 are in a waist-shaped ring shape, and for practical production, long connecting sheets 72 are left between the adjacent heat-seal adhesive sheets 71 so that a plurality of heat-seal adhesive sheets 71 can still be wound into a roll when being cut. Next, the heat-seal film 71 is heat-applied to the bonding portion of the pocket slide fastener 11 and the garment 1 by a seam sealer, and a cutter head having an arc-like shape is replaced on the seam sealer so that the cut heat-seal film 71 maintains the shape of the waist ring. When the main zipper 13 and the storage zipper 21 are installed, only a die and a cutter head matched with the main zipper in shape are needed to be matched for the same steps.
The embodiments of the present invention are preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.
