Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The laser television separates the image signal to be played into image signals of three primary colors of RGB through a laser projection device, then generates laser with corresponding intensity through a laser light source, and scans the light beam through a projection lens to a picture screen to form an image after modulation output and signal synchronous control. In order to generate the three primary colors laser, one way is to arrange RGB three primary color semiconductor laser generators inside the laser projection apparatus, and then control the RGB three primary color semiconductor laser generators to emit the laser with corresponding intensity, respectively; another approach is to configure a monochromatic semiconductor laser generator (e.g., a blue semiconductor laser) in the laser projection device and then to match a fluorescent wheel, so as to generate three primary colors of laser light through conversion by the fluorescent wheel.
This embodiment is mainly to the improvement that laser projection equipment matched with painted shadow curtain goes on, and laser projection equipment can adopt the laser projection equipment of arbitrary model and type among the prior art, so no longer gives unnecessary details to laser projection equipment in the following.
Fig. 1 is a partial exploded view of a film screen for a laser television according to an embodiment, and fig. 2 is a partial sectional view of fig. 1, and referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the film screen according to the embodiment includes a screen 100 and an outer frame 200, a receiving cavity is formed inside the outer frame 200, and a portion of the screen 100 extends into the receiving cavity and is fixed with the outer frame 200 by a fastener 103.
Specifically, the screen 100 may be a flexible screen (e.g., a black-grid light-resistant screen) or a rigid screen (e.g., a fresnel screen), and the like. A coating is also typically provided on the front surface of the screen 100 to reduce the diffuse reflection of light, thereby improving the clarity and contrast of the picture.
The outer frame 200 may be a closed ring frame or a non-closed structure. For example, in some examples, only the upper box may be included; in other examples, only the upper and lower frames may be included; in other examples, only the upper, left and right frames may also be included.
It is easily understood that the formation of the receiving cavity at the inner side of the outer frame 200 means that the receiving cavity is formed at a side of the outer frame 200 facing the screen. Specifically, if the upper frame is provided, the lower side surface of the upper frame is provided with a containing cavity; if the frame is a lower frame, an accommodating cavity is formed on the upper side surface of the lower frame; if the left frame is the right frame, a containing cavity is formed on the right side face of the left frame; if the frame is a right frame, the left side face of the frame is provided with a containing cavity. Of course, if the outer frame 200 includes a plurality of upper, lower, left and right frames, the receiving cavity may be provided on only one of the upper, lower, left and right frames, or may be provided on a plurality of the upper, lower, left and right frames, and the receiving cavities formed by the plurality of frames constitute an integral receiving cavity.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the upper frame includes a top plate and two opposite front and rear plates extending downward from the top plate, and the top plate, the front plate and the rear plate enclose a receiving cavity for receiving the screen 100.
It should be appreciated that the portion of the screen 100 that extends into the receiving cavity may have a different configuration than the display area of the screen 100, as it is not used to reflect light emitted by the laser projection device. For example, when the screen is a black grid light-resistant sheet, a portion thereof protruding into the receiving cavity of the outer frame 200 may not be provided with a prism structure layer, and the prism structure layer may be disposed only in the display region.
In the present embodiment, the fastening member 103 for fastening the screen 100 and the outer frame 200 may be a rivet, a screw, or another type of fastening member, as long as it is sufficient to fix the aluminum honeycomb panel 101 to the outer frame, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto. It will be appreciated that the portion of the screen 100 projecting into the receiving cavity needs to be provided with corresponding fixing holes in order to cooperate with the fasteners 103.
According to the picture screen for the laser television provided by the embodiment of the invention, the screen 100 and the outer frame 200 are directly fixed together through the fastener 103, the screen is not required to be clamped on the outer frame by using a clamp, the height of the whole picture screen can be at least reduced, and the volume of the whole picture screen is reduced to a certain extent.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in some examples, the screen 100 includes a honeycomb aluminum plate 101 and an optical film 102, which may be a flexible or rigid film, a portion of the honeycomb aluminum plate 101 extends into a receiving cavity inside the outer frame 200 and is fixed with the outer frame 200 by a fastener 103, and the optical film 102 is attached to a front surface of the honeycomb aluminum plate 101.
The optical film 102 may be adhered to the front surface of the aluminum honeycomb plate 101, for example, the optical film 102 may be adhered to the front surface of the aluminum honeycomb plate 101 by a double-sided tape or the like, so that the optical film 102 and the aluminum honeycomb plate 101 are adhered together. Of course, the optical film 103 may also be fixed on the front surface of the aluminum honeycomb plate 101 in other suitable manners, for example, it may be fixed on the aluminum honeycomb plate 101 by being embedded in a mounting groove provided on the front surface of the aluminum honeycomb plate 101, so as to reduce the thickness of the screen and provide a user with a light and thin visual effect.
In an exemplary embodiment, the screen 100 includes a honeycomb aluminum plate 101, and an optical film 102, wherein an upper end of the honeycomb aluminum plate 101 extends into a receiving cavity inside the outer frame 200 and is fixed to the outer frame by a rivet, and the optical film 102 is adhered to an outer surface of the honeycomb aluminum plate 101 by a double-sided adhesive tape 104. The frame 200 is connected with the honeycomb aluminum plate 101 and the optical film 102 into a whole by the rivets and the double-sided adhesive tape 104, so that the structure is simple, and the defects that the connection caused by clamping the screen on the frame of the picture screen by a clamp is unstable, and the weight and the whole thickness of the picture screen are large are avoided.
Fig. 3 is a partial perspective view of the canvas of fig. 1, and referring to fig. 3, in some examples, to avoid scratching or otherwise damaging the screen, the canvas may further include: the curtain cloth winding and unwinding device comprises a winding drum 301, a curtain cloth 302 and a driving element 303, wherein the curtain cloth 302 is wound on the winding drum 301, and the driving element 303 is used for driving the winding drum 301 to rotate so as to wind or unwind the curtain cloth 302; the outer frame 200 includes an upper frame 201, and a mounting cavity is formed at an inner side of the upper frame 201, in which the winding drum 301 is mounted, and the curtain cloth 302 is positioned in front of the screen 100 when the curtain cloth 302 is unfolded. It will be readily understood that the mounting cavity for mounting the reel 301 and the receiving cavity for receiving the screen may be formed through and integrally, that is, a part of the cavity formed on the lower side of the upper frame is used for mounting the reel 301 and the driving member 303, and another part is used for receiving the top end of the screen 100.
The driving member 303 is also installed in the installation cavity of the upper frame 201, for example, it can be installed at one side of the winding drum, so that the driving member 303 can be hidden in the outer frame 200 when in use, and the appearance of the picture screen is not affected.
Illustratively, the picture screen further comprises a mounting plate 304, the mounting plate 304 is an L-shaped folded plate, one end of the L-shaped folded plate is fixed to the upper frame 201, the other end of the L-shaped folded plate is fixed to a driving member 303, and the winding drum 301 is in transmission connection with the driving member 303. For example, in one specific example, the upper frame includes a top plate and two oppositely disposed front and rear plates extending downward from the top plate, the front plate and the rear plate enclosing a cavity; one end of the L-shaped folded plate is fixed with the top plate, and the other end of the L-shaped folded plate is provided with a driving motor; the winding drum is sleeved on an output shaft of the driving motor. It will be readily appreciated that in some cases two mounting plates may be provided in the upper frame, with the drum 301 being rotatably mounted between the two mounting plates, and that the two mounting plates may be provided with only one drive member or with one drive member each.
Assuming that the driving member 303 is a motor, in use, the motor drives the winding drum 301 to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, so as to wind or unwind the curtain 302. For example, when the curtain 302 needs to be unfolded, the motor is started and rotates clockwise, so as to drive the winding drum 301 to rotate clockwise, the curtain 302 gradually unfolds and descends, and the motor is turned off after the curtain 302 is completely unfolded, so that the screen 100 is completely shielded by the curtain 302; when the curtain cloth 302 needs to be rolled up, the motor is restarted and rotates anticlockwise to drive the winding drum 301 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the curtain cloth 302 gradually rises and is rolled up, the motor is turned off after the curtain cloth 302 is completely rolled up, the curtain cloth 302 is hidden in the upper frame 201 at the moment, and the whole screen 100 is completely exposed.
In order to facilitate the operation, the switch of the motor can be arranged at a place which is easy to be touched by a user, and meanwhile, a remote controller can be arranged to control the on and off of the motor, so that the user can remotely control the rolling or unfolding of the curtain cloth 302 through the remote controller.
It should be noted that, although the installation plate 304 is used to connect the upper frame 201 and the winding drum 301, the driving element 303, and the upper frame 201 are not limited to be fixed by the installation plate 304, and may be fixed by other methods as long as the winding drum 301 and the driving element 303 can be fixed on the upper frame 201 without affecting the winding and unwinding of the curtain 302, and the fixing method therebetween is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
The curtain cloth 302 is wound on the winding drum 301, specifically, the upper end of the curtain cloth 302 is fixed with the winding drum 301, and the lower end is in a free state, so that when the winding drum 301 rotates, the curtain cloth 302 can be wound and unwound. For example, it may be arranged that when the drum 301 rotates clockwise, the curtain 302 is unfolded and gradually lowered, when the curtain 302 is completely unfolded, the lower end of the curtain 302 is located at the lowest point, when the drum 301 rotates counterclockwise, the curtain 302 is gradually raised and wound, and when the curtain 302 is completely wound, the lower end of the curtain 302 is completely hidden in the mounting cavity formed by the upper frame 201.
The curtain 302 is positioned in front of the screen 100 when fully deployed and completely covers the entire screen, thus preventing the rear screen 100 from being scratched or otherwise damaged when not in use. It will be readily appreciated that when the curtain 302 is fully deployed, the lower end of the curtain 302 should be located further below the lower end of the screen 100, and that the left and right sides of the curtain 302 will also typically extend beyond the screen; that is, in order to protect the screen 100 behind the curtain 302, the curtain 302 is generally configured to have a length and width greater than the screen 100.
In some examples, the curtain cloth 302 may further have a picture on the outer surface thereof, and the content of the picture may be customized and replaced according to the user's needs, so that when the curtain cloth 302 is unfolded, the user can view the favorite content of the user, thereby playing a certain decorative role and enhancing the home environment.
Because the fabric 302 is generally made of a softer material, it is easily creased in its natural state, and in order to make the fabric 302 more flat when deployed, a load may be placed on the fabric 302 to act as a tension on the fabric 302.
Fig. 4 is a partial sectional view of fig. 1, and referring to fig. 4, for example, a weight 305 is provided at a lower end of the curtain cloth 302, and when the curtain cloth 302 is unwound or wound, the curtain cloth 302 can be smoothly lowered and can be leveled by the weight of the weight 305.
The weight 305 may be metal, alloy, plastic or other materials, etc., which are not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
The weight 305 may be connected to the lower end of the curtain cloth 302 by clamping, adhering, or fastening with screws, and the connection manner of the weight 305 and the lower end of the curtain cloth 302 is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that the lifting speed of the curtain 302 is related to the weight of the counterweight 305, and the larger the weight of the counterweight 305 is, the slower the lifting speed of the curtain 302 is but the faster the lowering speed is under the same motor torque, and the curtain 302 is flatter when being unfolded and lowered; the smaller the weight of the weight 305, the faster the raising speed of the curtain 302 and the less the motor noise, but the slower the lowering speed and the more likely the curtain 302 will shake when it is deployed and lowered.
Therefore, the weight of the weight block 305 also affects the experience of the use of the picture screen, and the use effect can be better by adjusting the weight of the weight block 305. In an exemplary embodiment, the weight of the weight block 305 is configured to be adjustable, for example, the weight block 305 is a magnetic member, the weight block 305 with a certain weight is fixedly connected with the lower end of the curtain cloth 302, and meanwhile, some spare magnetic members are configured, when the weight of the weight block 305 needs to be increased, the spare magnetic members are adsorbed on the installed weight block 305, so that the weight of the weight block 305 can be increased, and when the weight is too large, the increased magnetic members are only needed to be taken down, so that the purpose of adjusting the weight of the weight block 305 can be achieved.
Of course, the magnetic member is used as an example to illustrate how to adjust the weight of the weight block 305, and in practical use, other ways may be used, which are not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the actual use process, the speed of unwinding or winding the curtain cloth 302 can be controlled by controlling the rotation speed of the motor, for example, the motor is set to rotate at a constant speed, so that the curtain cloth 302 ascends or descends at a constant speed, and the motor can also rotate at an accelerated speed, so that the curtain cloth 302 ascends or descends at an accelerated speed, and the like. In the use process, the user can select according to actual requirements.
In the embodiment, the winding drum 301, the curtain cloth 302 and the driving part 303 are adopted, the curtain cloth 302 is provided with the customized picture, when the screen 100 is not required to be used for projection, the curtain cloth 302 is unfolded and positioned in front of the screen 100 to shield the screen 100, so that a viewer can not see the screen 100 and can only see the curtain cloth 302, and therefore on one hand, the curtain cloth can play a role in protecting the screen 100 to prevent the screen 100 from being scratched, on the other hand, the picture curtain can be more attractive when the screen is not used for projection, and the visual effect when the screen is not used for projection is enhanced; when the screen 100 is required to be used for projection, the curtain cloth 302 is rolled up to expose the screen 100, so that normal projection can be performed, and the operation is convenient; through setting up balancing weight 305 at curtain cloth 302 lower extreme for curtain cloth 302 is more level and more smooth when expanding, further strengthens curtain cloth 302's visual effect, and use experience is better.
When the picture screen is used for projection, the picture screen needs to be hung at a proper position, usually, the picture screen is hung on a wall surface in advance, and then the laser projection equipment is arranged right in front of the picture screen for projection.
Fig. 5 is a partial rear view of a picture screen, and referring to fig. 5, a wall hanging bracket 401 is provided on the back of the screen 100, and a hanging wheel 402 is provided on the wall surface, and the wall hanging bracket 401 is engaged with the hanging wheel 402, so that the picture screen is hung on the wall surface.
The wall hanging support 401 is arranged on the honeycomb aluminum plate 101 of the screen 100, because the outer frame 200 of the picture screen, the honeycomb aluminum plate 101 and the optical diaphragm 102 are directly integrated together, the gap between the outer frame 200 and the honeycomb aluminum plate 101 is small, the thickness of the outer frame 100 is small generally, for example, the thickness of the outer frame is only 1.5mm, therefore, when the wall hanging screen is actually hung, the whole picture screen is equivalent to be integrally attached to the wall surface, and the attaching degree of the screen 100 and the wall surface is ensured.
The number of the wall-mounted brackets 401 may be one or multiple, and only the movie screen needs to be normally hung on a wall surface.
The number of the hanging wheel 402 can be one or more, but the number of the hanging wheel 402 needs to be matched with the number of the hanging brackets 401.
For example, in an exemplary embodiment, two wall hanging brackets 401 are provided on the aluminum honeycomb panel 100, the two wall hanging brackets 401 are respectively located above the left side and above the right side of the aluminum honeycomb panel 100, and the two wall hanging brackets 401 are located at the same height, and accordingly, two hanging wheels 402 are also provided on the wall surface, and the two wall hanging brackets 401 are respectively hung on the two hanging wheels 402, so that the movie screen is hung on the wall surface.
It should be noted that, in the actual use process, the user may select the number of the wall hanging brackets 401 and the distribution on the aluminum honeycomb plate 100 according to the needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Although the above-mentioned hanging manner can make the screen 100 look like to be attached to the wall surface, and ensure the attachment degree of the screen 100 and the wall surface, before hanging, the hanging wheel 402 needs to be installed on the wall surface, and the position of the hanging wheel 402 is influenced by the position of the hanging bracket 401 on the aluminum honeycomb panel 101, so that the hanging is limited to a certain extent; moreover, since the wall-mounted bracket 401 needs to be aligned with the hanging wheel 402 when hanging, the gap between the screen 100 and the wall surface is very small, which makes the mounting accuracy and requirements high, and may cause inconvenience in operation.
In view of this, in other examples, the hanging manner of the movie screen may be changed by changing the structure of the movie screen, so that the wall-hanging bracket 401 is not required to be disposed on the screen 100 and is not affected by the position of the wall-hanging bracket.
Fig. 6 is a partial structure diagram of a picture screen, fig. 7 is a diagram of a hanging state of the picture screen in fig. 6, and referring to fig. 6 and 7, in this embodiment, a hanging groove 403 is formed on a back surface (i.e., a surface facing away from a viewer and close to a wall) of the outer frame 200, and a hanging rack 404 matched with the hanging groove 403 is formed at a position where the picture screen needs to be hung, and the picture screen can be hung on the hanging rack 404 by inserting the hanging rack 404 into the hanging groove 403.
Because the hanging rack groove 403 in the embodiment is a long-strip-shaped groove along the horizontal direction, the hanging rack groove 403 can move along the horizontal direction during installation, for example, one end of the hanging rack 404 is inserted into one end of the hanging rack groove 403, then the picture screen moves towards the other end, and installation can be completed, so that the requirement on positioning is reduced, and installation is simpler.
In addition, the hanging rack 404 is at a certain distance from the wall surface, so that the screen 100 can be closer to a viewer, the film screen is visually thinner, and the visual experience is improved.
The hanger 404 can be installed on a wall surface, for example, as shown in the figure, the hanger 404 is Z-shaped, one end of the Z-shape is fixed on the wall surface, and the other end of the Z-shape is matched with the hanger groove 403, so that the picture screen is hung on the hanger 404.
