In this embodiment, the display screen of the OELD television is divided into three components, two adjacent components are connected by a hinge, the three components share the same flexible OLED screen, the whole set can be folded into a triangular prism by arranging two hinges, and the maximum folding angle presented by the folded screen is 60 degrees instead of the traditional 180 degrees, so that the design difficulty of a hinge structure of the whole set with a large size and an OLED module can be reduced as much as possible. Meanwhile, the folded flexible OLED display screen is arranged inside the triangular column and is in a hollow state, so that the screen can be protected to the maximum extent, and the problem of screen cracking caused by impact, vibration friction and the like is solved.
In some embodiments, in conjunction with fig. 4, the main display screen assembly 11 includes: the OLED display panel comprises a power panel 120, a rear shell and a main screen back plate 130, wherein the power panel 120 is formed by connecting a main board 110 and the main board, the rear shell is arranged on the back sides of the main board 110 and the power panel 120, the main screen back plate 130 is arranged in front of the main board 110 and the power panel 120, and the main board 110 is connected with a flexible OLED screen 20 through a conducting wire.
Specifically, the power board 120, the main board 110, and the speaker 150 required for lighting the OLED flexible screen are disposed on the main display screen assembly 11, which is located at the middle portion, and the flexible OLED screen on the assembly is not folded when folded.
In this embodiment, the main display assembly 11 is further provided with a plurality of data ports 160 (not shown in the figure) for connecting with external devices, and when external devices such as audio devices need to be connected, the main display support portion is folded back and connected to the main display support portion, and the main display support portion is restored to its original position. Because different wiring ports can be selected according to needs, the connection and the use of external equipment are facilitated.
In some embodiments, the hinge assembly 30 is a hinge with a damping device.
Specifically, in order to realize that the flexible OLED panel can be folded and fixed at any angle within a certain angle range, the hinge assembly 30 is a hinge with a damping device, such as a damping nail, a damper, and the like. By way of example, the damping device is a damping pin 310, two damping pins are arranged at the folding position of the hinge, and the flexible OLED screen can only rotate within a set range through the action of the damping pins. It should be noted that the structures of the hinge, the damper, and the like described in the present invention are all known in the prior art, that is, they are all required to achieve the purpose of rotation and folding achieved in the present invention, and are not described herein again. The specific design structure is out of the protection scope of the invention.
Further, the flexible OLED panel on the first sub-display support portion 12 and the second sub-display support portion 13 is foldable by a hinge assembly 30 at an angle of 0 to 60 degrees.
Specifically, rotation of the flexible OLED screen in the range of 0-60 degrees may be achieved by the hinge assembly 30. The flexible OLED screen positioned on the first auxiliary display screen supporting part 12 and the second auxiliary display screen supporting part 13 can be folded within the range of 0-60 degrees, so that a curved surface or a plane structure can be formed, and the requirement experience of different users or users in different environments can be met.
In some embodiments, the area of the flexible OLED panel on the main panel assembly 11 is equal to the area of the flexible OLED panel on the first sub panel support 12 and the second sub panel support 13, respectively.
Specifically, the flexible OLED panel is divided into three parts, as shown in A, B, C in fig. X, where B denotes the flexible OLED panel on the main panel assembly, A, C denotes the OLED panel on the first and second sub-panel supports, A, B, C denotes the same area, and A, C is symmetrically disposed on both sides of B. A, C is folded into a 60-degree equilateral triangular prism shape.
In some embodiments, a fixing structure for fixing the folded first sub display support part 12 and the second sub display support part 13 is further included.
Specifically, in order to fix the folded first sub-display screen supporting portion 12 and the second sub-display screen supporting portion 13, a fixing structure is disposed on the first sub-display screen supporting portion 12 and the second sub-display screen supporting portion 13, and the fixing structure may be a magnetic structure, or may be a magnetic structure such as a buckle or a thread-gluing structure. When the whole machine leaves the factory, the folding screen is fixed in a folding state through the fixing structure, the corresponding packaging structure is designed into a triangle, and the packaging structure is honeycomb-shaped when the whole machine is transported and stacked, so that high stability and high reliability are achieved, and transportation and storage of the whole machine are facilitated.

Meanwhile, when external equipment needs to be connected, only the screen part corresponding to the main board side needs to be connected in a folded mode, and then the original position is recovered, the folded screen is in a 60-degree equilateral triangular prism shape, the left part and the right part are fixed together by adopting a magnetic attraction structure, a hollow structure is formed inside the screen, the screen is similar to a 3D structure in shape, the screen is prevented from being damaged when the television is transported, the folded screen is fixed by a fixing structure when the whole machine leaves a factory in a folded shape, the corresponding packaging structure is designed into a triangular shape, and the folded screen is formed into a honeycomb shape when the whole machine is transported and stacked, so that high stability and high reliability are achieved, and transportation and storage of the whole machine are.
