Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a wireless charging system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which mainly includes two parts, namely a wireless charging box for outputting electric energy to the outside in a wireless manner, and a wireless charging headset for receiving and storing the electric energy transmitted in a wireless manner.
Wherein, for can outwards be with wireless output electric energy, this wireless box that charges can further include:
a charging box battery;
the wireless charging transmitting module is used for transmitting electromagnetic waves outwards in a wireless mode;
and the charging box MCU is connected with the charging box battery and the wireless charging transmitting module and is used for controlling the wireless charging transmitting module to transmit the electric energy stored in the charging box battery in an electromagnetic wave form.
Correspondingly, in order to receive the wirelessly incoming power, the wireless charging headset may further include:
an earphone battery;
the wireless charging receiving module is used for receiving electromagnetic waves transmitted in a wireless mode;
and the earphone MCU is connected with the earphone battery and the wireless charging receiving module and is used for controlling the wireless charging receiving module to store the received electric energy into the earphone battery.
The MCU is called Microcontroller Unit in english, is named as a micro control Unit in chinese, is also called a microcomputer or a single chip, and is a chip-level computer formed by properly reducing the frequency and specification of a central processing Unit and integrating peripheral interfaces and circuits such as a memory, a counter, a USB, an a/D conversion, a UART, a PLC, a DMA, and the like on a single chip, and is suitable for different applications and combined control, and is suitable for miniaturized electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 1, the charging box MCU acts as a controller in the wireless charging box, so that the wireless charging transmitting module outputs electric energy outwards under the control of the wireless charging transmitting module, correspondingly, the wireless earphone MCU acts as a controller in the wireless charging earphone, so that the wireless charging receiving module stores the electric energy transmitted in a wireless form into the earphone battery under the control of the wireless charging receiving module, thereby jointly completing the purpose of charging the earphone battery of the wireless charging earphone in a wireless manner.
Corresponding to the wireless charging system comprising the functional components, the application also provides an adaptive wireless charging method as shown in the flow chart of fig. 2, and the method comprises the following steps:
s101: the wireless charging box detects whether the wireless charging earphone is put into the box, if so, S102 is executed, otherwise, the operation is finished;
s102: a charging box MCU in the wireless charging box controls the wireless charging transmitting module to transmit electromagnetic waves outwards in a wireless mode;
s103: an earphone MCU in the wireless charging earphone controls the wireless charging receiving module to charge the earphone battery by the electromagnetic waves transmitted in a wireless mode.
This application has used wireless charging technology in the aspect of the miniaturized wireless earphones such as TWS through the setting of each functional components and parts, makes wireless charging box can charge for wireless charging earphone through wireless mode, has avoided a series of problems that the contact connection charging mode that prior art adopted exists. Simultaneously, the wireless charging technology's application also need not to set up the required hole of charging of wired charging at the wireless earphone that charges and the corresponding part of wireless box that charges, is favorable to further reducing the trompil area of equipment, promotes the equipment seal nature to bring higher intensity and better inside components and parts of protection, improve equipment's life.
Further, in order to realize the intellectuality of wireless charging and no physical keying, this application still realizes wireless charging box to wireless charging earphone's income box detection through addding following functional components and parts in wireless charging box and wireless charging earphone respectively:
a first signal transceiving module is additionally arranged in the wireless charging box, is connected with the charging box MCU and is used for broadcasting a scanning signal outwards and receiving an earphone in-box response signal fed back by a response scanning signal;
and a second signal transceiver module is correspondingly added in the wireless charging earphone and connected with the earphone MCU for returning an earphone in-box response signal when receiving the scanning signal.
In brief, the scheme is that a physical button for clearly indicating that wireless charging is started for the wireless charging earphone entering the wireless charging box is not arranged on the wireless charging box, and under the traditional scheme of connecting through a contact, the wireless charging earphone entering the wireless charging box automatically conducts the charging loop through the contact, so that the conduction of the charging loop is equivalent to giving a signal that the wireless charging earphone enters the wireless charging box and starts to perform charging action. However, since the wireless charging mode is adopted in the present application, the signal cannot be obtained by itself as in the prior art. Therefore, the scanning signal is sent outwards through the first signal receiving and sending module, so that only the wireless charging earphone placed in the box can receive the scanning signal, and further the earphone is returned to the box to respond to the signal, so that the wireless charging box can know that the wireless charging earphone is placed in the box. The effective receiving range of the scanning signal is 3 to 8 millimeters, namely, only the wireless charging headset entering the box can respond correspondingly through the limitation of the effective distance. For the wireless charging box, after receiving the earphone in-box response signal, the wireless charging box executes the outward output of electric energy under the control of the charging box MCU so as to charge the wireless charging earphone in the wireless charging box.
It should be understood that the scanning signals emitted serve to: the wireless charging earphone which receives the signal is convenient to respond, namely for the wireless charging earphone, the received scanning signal means that the wireless charging earphone enters a wireless charging coverage area of the wireless charging box, and the earphone in-box response signal returned according to the received scanning signal is equivalent to a response to the wireless charging box, namely, the wireless charging earphone enters the wireless charging box, and the wireless charging operation can be started. Specifically, the scanning signal and the headset in-box response signal may be generated by using a plurality of communication interaction protocols, such as a BLE (bluetooth low energy) signal based on bluetooth technology, and may be generated in any other feasible manner, which is not limited herein.
Correspondingly to the functional component configured to implement the in-box detection, there is also provided an adaptive in-box detection method as shown in the flowchart of fig. 3, including the following steps:
s201: the wireless charging box broadcasts scanning signals outwards;
and the charging box MCU in the wireless charging box controls the first signal transceiver module to broadcast the scanning signal outwards.
S202: the wireless charging earphone returns an earphone in-box response signal to the wireless charging box according to the received scanning signal;
and the earphone MCU in the wireless charging earphone sends an earphone in-box response signal to the first signal transceiver module through the second signal transceiver module according to the scanning signal received by the second signal transceiver module.
S203: and the wireless charging box determines that the wireless charging earphone is placed into the box according to the earphone placing response signal.
And the charging box MCU in the wireless charging box determines that the wireless charging earphone is put into the box according to the corresponding earphone putting-in signal received by the first signal transceiver module.
Meanwhile, in order to reduce the electric quantity loss of the wireless charging box caused by the scanning signal as much as possible, the transmission frequency of the scanning signal can be further set to be in direct proportion to the box outlet time length of the wireless charging earphone, namely, the longer the box outlet time length is, the higher the transmission frequency of the scanning signal is, and the longer the box outlet time length is, the more the actual situation that the wireless charging earphone is charged into the box is likely to be caused. Correspondingly, the out-of-box time duration can be obtained by counting the time duration that the first signal transceiver module does not receive the earphone in-box response signal.
Further, in order to verify whether the earphone in the wireless charging box is the wireless charging earphone of matching, this application has still add in the wireless charging box: and the earphone identity verification module is connected with the charging box MCU and is used for performing matching verification on the earphone identity information contained in the earphone in-box response signal. It should be understood that, for the purpose of verification, the earphone in-box response message sent by the earphone MCU should also include the earphone identity information.
In order to save electric quantity and extension earphone battery life as far as, this application has still optimized to two parts in the wireless charging process, avoids whether the electric energy that excessive ineffective charging and earphone battery stored is durable promptly, has add supporting functional components and parts on wireless charging box and wireless charging earphone respectively to realize charging power's dynamic adjustment, can be:
the wireless charging box is additionally provided with: the power adjusting module is connected with the wireless charging transmitting module and used for adjusting the transmitting power of the electromagnetic waves;
the wireless charging earphone is correspondingly provided with: and the real-time required power feedback module is connected with the earphone MCU and the earphone battery and is used for feeding back real-time required power corresponding to the real-time electric quantity of the earphone battery to the wireless charging box through the earphone MCU.
In order to facilitate understanding of how the above-mentioned additional functional components implement dynamic adjustment of charging power, the present application also provides a method for wirelessly transmitting electric energy as shown in the flowchart of fig. 4, including the following steps:
s301: the wireless charging box emits electromagnetic waves outwards according to the initial power;
s302: the wireless charging earphone receives the electromagnetic waves and stores corresponding electric energy into an earphone battery;
s303: the wireless charging earphone feeds back real-time required power corresponding to stored electric energy of the earphone battery to the wireless charging box in real time;
s304: the wireless charging box adjusts the actual transmit power to the real-time required power.
It will be appreciated that in charging a battery, the charging power will often vary depending on how much electrical energy has been stored in the battery, so that the battery to be charged is fully charged without wasting electrical energy. Therefore, the dynamic change of the charging power is realized through the information interaction of the real-time required power feedback module and the power adjusting module based on the process. The wireless charging box will also stop emitting electromagnetic waves outwards when the earphone battery is full.
Further, in order to let the user know really that the wireless earphone that charges that the wireless box that charges is going into the box charges to prevent not charging the circumstances appearance, this application has still add on the wireless box that charges: link to each other with the box MCU that charges for the suggestion wireless box that charges is currently in the suggestion module that charges who carries out the state that wireless earphone charges, and is concrete, and this suggestion module that charges can be for the components and parts that can realize the suggestion effect such as the warning light that charges.

After the whole communication process is established through wireless charging, the wireless charging box transmits electromagnetic waves at a small initial power, the wireless charging earphone receives the electromagnetic waves with a small power and then compares the electromagnetic waves with the electric power required by the current residual electric quantity of the wireless charging earphone, if the received power is smaller than the required power, the wireless charging earphone transmits a demand change signal to the wireless charging box, the transmitting power of the wireless charging box is increased, the wireless charging earphone performs comparison again until the power transmitted by the wireless charging box meets the demand of the wireless charging earphone, and at the moment, the establishment of the whole product charging process is completed.
In the above process, the wireless charging earphone (receiver IC) sends out the energy signal loaded with the communication signal, and the wireless charging box demodulates the communication signal from the energy signal to obtain the demand signal of the receiving end (i.e. the electric power value requested by the receiving end). The wireless charging transmitting module outputs the DC power input into the module to a transmitting end coil through DC/AC (direct current/alternating current) conversion processing of a wireless charging box controller IC. Alternating current passes through the coil to generate a magnetic field, and the receiving end coil induces the magnetic field, so that energy required by the receiving end is transmitted. The energy obtained by the receiving end is processed by AC/DC conversion of a Receiver IC, and a direct current voltage VCHG is output and is processed by a power supply and a charging management module, and then the earphone battery is charged.
When MCU of wireless charging box need acquire the electric quantity information of earphone and need acquire whether the earphone charges when accomplishing, wireless charging box transmission private communication agreement signal, when wireless charging earphone accepts the signal of wireless charging box, carry out systematic detection, charge the electric quantity information of earphone and whether accomplish and send for wireless charging box, when charging when accomplishing, wireless charging box closes the wireless function of charging, avoids the loss of charging box battery capacity. Through the private agreement that earphone and charging box increase, under the circumstances that the box that guarantees to charge can charge for the earphone, can carry out the communication of earphone and charging box through the private agreement.
