Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electric appliances, and relates to a switch, in particular to a switch with a strong pull-out function.
Background
The seesaw switch is an electrical element for controlling the on-off of the circuit, and is essential electrical equipment for people to work and live. Because of the advantages of simple structure, rapid assembly, convenient operation and the like, the electric heating device is widely applied to various electric places and electric equipment. With the development of society, the number of various household appliances is continuously increased, and meanwhile, the power of the appliances is increased more and more. Under the condition that the rated voltage of domestic and industrial electricity in China is respectively 220V/380V unchanged, the power is increased, and the current is increased along with the increase. This is a constantly increasing demand for switching of the control circuit.
When a button is pressed down, the rocker structure can be momentarily bounced at a supporting point under the rocker due to inertia at the moment of changing the on-off state of the switch, and the bounced causes the supporting point to be impacted by an electric arc, so that serious electric corrosion is formed. It has been found through testing that this galvanic corrosion is more severe with higher current being switched on. The service life requirement of rocker switch is at least several thousand to several tens of thousands of times, and the electrocorrosion of seesaw structure in the strong point makes the contact resistance increase of seesaw structure and backing sheet, leads to generating heat to increase in turn. Along with the longer the circuit conducting time, the higher and higher temperature of the parts caused by heat generation, and finally sintering and melting of the contact of the seesaw structure and the contact of the wire outlet end can be caused, so that the two contacts are bonded together, the circuit becomes continuously conducting and can not be disconnected, and the fire risk is brought.
Chinese patent (CN207883585U) discloses a rocker switch, comprising: a support member; and a rocker assembly in contact engagement with the support; the rocker assembly comprises a contact, a rocker body and a clamping part positioned on the rocker body; the clamping part is matched with the supporting end of the supporting piece so as to prevent discontinuous contact caused by the movement of the rocker component on the supporting piece when the rocker switch is switched on and off. The clamping part is matched with the supporting end of the supporting piece, so that the wane and the supporting piece are firmly matched, the electric contact is stable, and the situation that the wane component moves on the supporting piece to cause the contact between the wane component and the supporting piece to be discontinuous when a user presses a switch is avoided.
The rocker switch solves the bouncing problem of the rocker component on the support piece (the rocker structure is arranged on the support piece), reduces the frequency of occurrence of electric corrosion, but after long-term use, the rocker switch also has small probability of electric corrosion, and does not reflect how to separate the contact on the rocker structure from the contact on the support piece after the electric corrosion.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the switch with strong pull function provided by the present invention comprises: a panel 100; a base 200 detachably coupled to the panel 100, wherein a cavity 210 is formed by being depressed downward in a thickness direction of the base 200; a button assembly 300 installed at an open end of the cavity 210, wherein one end of the button assembly 300 is provided with a sliding portion 310 and a strong pull portion 320; an output assembly 400 mounted at the closed end of the cavity 210, wherein two ends of the output assembly 400 are respectively provided with a first triggering portion 410, and a supporting portion 420 is arranged between the two first triggering portions 410; the seesaw assembly 500 has two ends each provided with a second triggering portion 510 contacting and cooperating with the first triggering portion 410, wherein a contact portion 520 is provided at the middle portion of the seesaw assembly 500, the lower side of the contact portion 520 is nested and connected with the support portion 420, the upper side of the contact portion 520 contacts the sliding portion 310, and the left and right sides of the contact portion 520 are each provided with a strong release portion 530 contacting and cooperating with the strong pull portion 320.
It is further preferred that the strong pull 320 on the button assembly 300 and the strong pull 530 on the seesaw assembly 500 be interchangeably provided. That is, the strong pull 320 on the button assembly 300 may be provided on the seesaw assembly 500, and the strong pull 530 on the seesaw assembly 500 may be provided on the button assembly 300.
In the prior art, the seesaw assembly 500 is momentarily bounced at the support part 420 due to inertia when the on-off state of the switch is changed, and the bounced causes the support part 420 to be impacted by electric arc, so that serious electric corrosion is formed, the larger the current is, the more serious the electric corrosion is, and further the electric corrosion of the seesaw assembly 500 at the support part 420 causes the contact resistance between the seesaw assembly 500 and the support part 420 to increase, and then the heat generation is increased. As the time for conducting the circuit is longer, the temperature of the second triggering part 510 at the end of the seesaw assembly 500 is higher and higher through heat conduction, and finally the second triggering part 510 at the end of the seesaw assembly 500 and the first triggering part 410 on the output assembly 400 are sintered and melted to be adhered to each other, so that the circuit becomes continuously conducted and cannot be disconnected, thereby bringing a fire risk.
In the present invention, fig. 2 shows the switch conducting state, when the second triggering part 510 at the left side of the seesaw assembly 500 contacts with the first triggering part 410 at the left side of the output assembly 400, and the second triggering part 510 at the right side of the seesaw assembly 500 is separated from the first triggering part 410 at the right side of the output assembly 400, since the electric corrosion generally occurs in the switch conducting state, if the second triggering part 510 at the left side of the seesaw assembly 500 and the first triggering part 410 at the left side of the output assembly 400 are sintered, melted and bonded together due to the electric corrosion, at this time, in order to close the switch, the user needs to press down the left side of the switch assembly 300, at this time, the button assembly 300 rotates counterclockwise, and the seesaw assembly 500 rotates clockwise around the support part 420, so that the strong pull part 320 of the button assembly 300 contacts with the strong pull part 530 of the seesaw assembly 500, and as the left, the pressure between the strong pull part 320 and the strong pull part 530 is increased continuously, and finally the second trigger part 510 at the left side of the seesaw assembly 500 is separated from the first trigger part 410 at the left side of the output assembly 400, and the second trigger part 510 at the right side of the seesaw assembly 500 is contacted with the first trigger part 410 at the right side of the output assembly 400, that is, the switch is closed.
For further clarity, fig. 3 and 4 are illustrated as an example, wherein fig. 3 is a mechanical diagram, and the pressing force of the button assembly 300 by the user's finger is F1Around the rotation axis O in the button assembly 3001Rotation, F1Point of action of (1) and (O)1Is L from each other1Assuming that the second trigger part 510 on the left side of the seesaw assembly 500 is bonded to the first trigger part 410 on the left side of the output assembly 400, a sufficient separation force F is required2To separate it, the seesaw assembly 500 is wound around the support part 420 (O)2) Rotation, F2Point of action and O2Is L from each other4The strong pull portion 320 of the button assembly 300 contacts the strong pull portion 530 of the seesaw assembly 500 at point A and generates a pair of forces FAWith reaction force FA', A and O1Is L from each other2A and O2Is L from each other3。
This gives:
FA'×L3=F2×L4;
namely: f2∞FA';
And FAAnd FA' is the acting force and the reacting force;
thus, FA=FA',
Namely: f2∞FA。
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of the movement of the seesaw assembly 500, assuming that the left second trigger portion 510 is adhered to the left first trigger portion 410 of the output assembly 400, the switch cannot be normally turned, and a sufficient separation force F is required2Causing them to separate. When the button assembly 300 is rotated from the initial position (the implementation position) to the dash-dot line position, the strong pull portion 320 of the button assembly 300 contacts the strong pull portion 530 of the seesaw assembly 500, which has been rotated by θ1An angle; during the continuous rotation of the button assembly 300 to the maximum stroke position (dotted line position), the button deformation amount epsilon gradually increases, FAAlso gradually increases to a maximum value, i.e.:
FA∞ε;
at this time, the rotation theta2Angles, i.e. amounts of deformation epsilon and theta2In connection with, namely:
ε∞θ2;
therefore, the method comprises the following steps: fAMaximum value and theta that can be provided2Is related to the size of (i.e. is
FA∞θ2
And because the rotation stroke of the button assembly 300 is a fixed value, namely theta1+θ2To a fixed value, it is desirable to increase θ2I.e. decrease theta1That is, the reinforced pull-out portion 320 of the button assembly 300 is required to contact the reinforced pull-out portion 530 of the seesaw assembly 500 earlier, so that the addition of the reinforced pull-out portion 530 to the seesaw assembly 500 can effectively increase the separating force F2Therefore, the second trigger part 510 on the left side of the seesaw assembly 500 is separated from the first trigger part 410 on the left side of the output assembly 400, and the purpose of strong pulling is achieved.
According to the switch with the forced pulling function, the forced pulling part 530 is arranged on the seesaw component 500, so that the distance between the forced pulling part 320 on the button component 300 and the forced pulling part 530 on the seesaw component 500 when the button component and the seesaw component are touched is shortened, a strong separating force is provided under the condition that the trigger parts are bonded, the switch can be smoothly dialed, the danger of fire is reduced, and the use safety of the switch is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the seesaw assembly 500 includes a seesaw 540 disposed in a U-shaped configuration, wherein two second triggering portions 510 are installed at both sides of an open end of the U-shaped seesaw 540, two forced release portions 530 are installed on inner sidewalls of the U-shaped seesaw 540, the contact portion 520 is installed at a closed end of the U-shaped seesaw 540, and the sliding portion 310 of the button assembly 300 is in contact with the closed end of the U-shaped seesaw 540.
Further preferably, two sidewalls of the U-shaped seesaw 540 are disposed obliquely, wherein a transverse span of an open end of the U-shaped seesaw 540 is larger than a transverse span of a closed end of the U-shaped seesaw 540.
It is further preferable that the escapement 530 installed on the sidewall of the U-shaped seesaw 540 is provided in an arch structure.
It is further preferable that the forced releasing part 530 of the arch structure includes a guiding part 531, a transition part 532 and a force receiving part 533, wherein the guiding part 531, the transition part 532 and the force receiving part 533 are smoothly transited through an arc to form a single curved surface.
In this embodiment, in order to separate two bonded triggering portions, the sliding portion 310 moves at the closed end of the U-shaped seesaw 540, the strong pulling portion 320 gradually approaches the strong pulling portion 530, and along the guiding portion 531, through the transition portion 532, and reaches the force-receiving portion 533, so that the strong pulling portion 320 and the strong pulling portion 530 are completely opposite to abut against and contact with each other, at this time, when the user presses the switch-off direction, the pressure between the strong pulling portion 320 and the strong pulling portion 530 continuously increases, finally, the separation of the two bonded triggering portions is realized, and the switch-off effect is achieved.
Further preferably, the plane of the force-receiving portion 533 in the forcible entry portion 530 is parallel to the plane of the side wall of the U-shaped seesaw 540.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a plane of the strong pull portion 320 of the button assembly 300 and a plane of the force-receiving portion 533 of the strong pull portion 530 are parallel to each other. The advantage of this arrangement is that after the strong pull portion 320 passes through the guiding portion 531 and the transition portion 532, the strong pull portion 320 can be in front contact with the force-bearing portion 533, so as to enlarge the contact area between the strong pull portion 320 and the strong pull-off portion 530, thereby separating the two trigger portions bonded together more effectively.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the contact part 520 is provided in a U-shaped structure, the contact part 520 includes a first contact plane 521, and a second contact plane 522 is connected to each side of the first contact plane 521, wherein the first contact plane 521 and the second contact plane 522 are smoothly transited through an arc.
In this embodiment, since the contact part 520 is composed of three contact planes (a first contact plane 521 and two second contact planes 522), when the contact part 520 is nested with the support part 420, three tangential positions (three tangential points) are formed between the contact part 520 and the support part 420, when the contact part 520 in the seesaw assembly 500 rotates around the support part 420, there is at least one contact point (tangential point) between the contact part 520 and the support part 420, so that the seesaw assembly 500 is prevented from bouncing during the rotation around the support part 420, that is, the seesaw assembly 500 is always electrically connected with the support part 420, and the reliability and stability of the connection therebetween are ensured.
The specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the spirit of the invention. Various modifications or additions may be made to the described embodiments or alternatives may be employed by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit or ambit of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
