Where in fig. 3 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. Based on the same inventive concept as the method of gas leakage detection of a gas roaster in the previous embodiment, the present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of: obtaining the gas detection amount around the gas roaster; obtaining a preset gas quantity threshold value; judging whether the gas detection amount is larger than the preset gas amount threshold value or not; when the coal gas detection amount is larger than the preset coal gas amount threshold value, alarm information is obtained; and according to the alarm information, obtaining switch cut-off information and controlling the cut-off of the gas pipeline valve.
In a specific implementation, when the program is executed by a processor, the method steps in the second embodiment may also be implemented.
One or more technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application have at least one or more of the following technical effects:
1. the embodiment of the invention provides a gas leakage detection system of a gas roaster, which comprises: the gas detection device is used for detecting the gas amount around the gas roaster and outputting gas amount information according to the gas amount; the control device is connected with the gas detection device, receives the gas quantity information output by the gas detection device and generates a control signal according to the gas quantity information; and the execution device is connected with the control device, receives the control signal sent by the control device and controls the gas valve according to the control signal. The automatic closing of the gas valve of the roaster is realized, safety accidents are prevented, the gas leakage detection alarm and safety action functions are realized, the system reliability is high, and the technical effect of a safety precaution function is achieved. Thereby solving the technical problems that the prior art lacks effective means for on-site detection and control of the gas baking oven and has hidden danger to the safety of personnel.
2. According to the gas leakage detection method and device for the gas roaster, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the gas detection amount at the periphery of the gas roaster is obtained; obtaining a preset gas quantity threshold value; judging whether the gas detection amount is larger than the preset gas amount threshold value or not; when the coal gas detection amount is larger than the preset coal gas amount threshold value, alarm information is obtained; and according to the alarm information, obtaining switch cut-off information and controlling the cut-off of the gas pipeline valve. Solves the technical problems that the prior art lacks effective means for on-site detection and control of the gas baking oven and has hidden danger to the safety of personnel. The gas concentration of the periphery of the gas roaster is effectively detected, the gas valve of the roaster is automatically closed, safety accidents are prevented, reliable guarantee is provided for safety of workers, and the gas roaster has the functions of gas leakage detection alarm and safe action and has the technical effect of high reliability.

Claims (11)

1. A gas leakage detection system of a gas roaster, the system comprising:
the gas detection device is used for detecting the gas amount around the gas roaster and outputting gas amount information according to the gas amount;
the control device is connected with the gas detection device, receives the gas quantity information output by the gas detection device and generates a control signal according to the gas quantity information;
the execution device is connected with the control device, receives the control signal sent by the control device and controls the gas valve according to the control signal;
the coal gas detection device comprises:
a detector that detects gas around the gas roaster;
the alarm is connected with the detector, receives the detection result of the detector and sends alarm information according to the detection result;
the coal gas detection device further comprises:
the concentration display is connected with the detector and displays the concentration detected by the detector;
the detector is a detection transmitter;
the control device includes:
the signal receiver is connected with the alarm and receives alarm information sent by the alarm;
the data processor is connected with the signal receiver and is used for processing the alarm information to generate the control information;
the execution device is a pipeline cut-off valve;
the pipeline cut-off valve is in interlocking control;
the gas roaster comprises a detector, a control device, a gas concentration comparison module and a gas leakage detection module, wherein the detector sends detected values to the control device, the control device stores detected data, carries out data statistics on detection results periodically, compares the gas concentration within a period of time with the gas concentration within a previous period of time, and indicates that gas leakage occurs in equipment of the gas roaster if the concentration change condition is large.
2. A gas leakage detection method of a gas roaster, which is applied to the system of claim 1, wherein the method comprises:
obtaining the gas detection amount around the gas roaster;
obtaining a preset gas quantity threshold value;
judging whether the gas detection amount is larger than the preset gas amount threshold value or not;
when the coal gas detection amount is larger than the preset coal gas amount threshold value, alarm information is obtained;
according to the alarm information, switch cut-off information is obtained, and a gas pipeline valve is controlled to be cut off;
obtaining a first time coal gas concentration value;
obtaining a gas concentration value at a second time, wherein the first time is earlier than the second time;
judging whether the gas concentration value at the second time is greater than the gas concentration value at the first time;
when the gas concentration value at the second time is greater than the gas concentration value at the first time, obtaining the gas concentration variation;
obtaining a standard threshold value of coal gas concentration change;
when the coal gas concentration variation does not meet the coal gas concentration variation standard threshold, obtaining first maintenance information, wherein the first maintenance information is that equipment maintenance is required when the coal gas concentration variation is abnormal;
when the second time coal gas concentration value is greater than the first time coal gas concentration value, obtaining a coal gas concentration variation, including:
obtaining a time difference value according to the first time and the second time;
obtaining a concentration difference value according to the first time coal gas concentration value and the second time coal gas concentration value;
obtaining the coal gas concentration variation according to the time difference and the concentration difference;
the first time is the same length as the second time.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said obtaining a gas detection around a gas roaster comprises:
and detecting the gas around the gas roaster through the detector to obtain the gas detection amount.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein said obtaining a gas detection around the gas roaster comprises:
sending the gas detection amount to the concentration display;
and according to the gas detection amount, the concentration display displays the gas amount.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein before obtaining the preset gas amount threshold, the method comprises:
obtaining a standard value of dangerous concentration of coal gas quantity;
obtaining the historical gas concentration;
obtaining a gas quantity threshold value according to the gas quantity dangerous concentration standard value and the historical gas concentration;
and setting a preset gas quantity threshold value according to the gas quantity threshold value.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining switch cut-off information to control the gas pipeline valve to be cut off according to the alarm information comprises:
acquiring a trigger switching value according to the alarm information;
acquiring the switch cut-off information according to the trigger switching value;
and controlling the gas pipeline valve to be cut off according to the switch cut-off information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the obtaining the switch cutoff information according to the trigger switching amount comprises:
obtaining a set trigger threshold;
judging whether the trigger switching value meets the set trigger threshold value or not;
and when the trigger switching value meets the set trigger threshold value, obtaining the switching-off information.
8. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining of the switch cut-off information according to the alarm information and the controlling of the gas pipeline valve after cutting off comprise:
obtaining a stop alarm instruction according to the switch cut-off information;
and closing the alarm information according to the alarm stopping instruction.
9. A gas leakage detecting device of a gas roaster, characterized in that the device comprises:
the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining the gas detection amount around the gas roaster;
the second obtaining unit is used for obtaining a preset gas quantity threshold value;
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether the gas detection amount is larger than the preset gas amount threshold value or not;
the third obtaining unit is used for obtaining alarm information when the coal gas detection amount is larger than the preset coal gas amount threshold value;
the fourth obtaining unit is used for obtaining switch cut-off information according to the alarm information and controlling the cut-off of the gas pipeline valve;
a fourteenth obtaining unit for obtaining a first time gas concentration value;
a fifteenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second time gas concentration value, wherein the first time is earlier than the second time;
a third judging unit, configured to judge whether the second time gas concentration value is greater than the first time gas concentration value;
a sixteenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a gas concentration variation when the second time gas concentration value is greater than the first time gas concentration value;
a seventeenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a standard threshold of gas concentration change;
an eighteenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first overhaul information when the gas concentration variation does not meet the gas concentration variation standard threshold, where the first overhaul information is that equipment overhaul needs to be performed when the gas concentration variation is abnormal;
