With this arrangement, on the one hand, the strength of the connecting frame 230 can be further enhanced, and on the other hand, the accommodating chamber 235 can be used for accommodating the electrical leads of the cash recycling device 010, such as the connecting wires and the like provided on the movable frame 120, or electrical components can be provided in the accommodating chamber 235 so as to facilitate maintenance of the electrical components provided in the accommodating chamber 235 when the movable frame 120 is extended relative to the fixed frame 110.
Further, referring to fig. 4, a wire binding buckle 237 may be further disposed in the accommodating cavity 235, so as to receive the conductive wire by using the wire binding buckle 237.
The connection mode of the bottom plate 234 and the first and second plates 231, 232 can be selected according to the requirement, in this embodiment, the bottom plate 234, the first and second plates 231, 232 are integrally formed; in other embodiments, the bottom plate 234 and the first and second plates 231, 232 may be connected by welding, bonding, clipping, etc.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of a support assembly 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 5, the supporting frame 320 of the present embodiment includes a first bracket 330, the first bracket 330 includes a fourth plate 331 and a fifth plate 332 spaced apart from each other along a second direction, a second end of the supporting member 310 is connected to the fourth plate 331, and the fifth plate 332 is connected to the movable frame 120; therefore, the supporting member 310 is connected to the movable frame 120 through the supporting frame 320, and the assembling convenience of the supporting frame 320 is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, the fourth plate 331 has a first fixing hole 251, referring to fig. 3, the second plate 232 has a mounting hole 252, the mounting hole 252 is used for disposing a fastener, and the fastener disposed in the mounting hole 252 is matched with the first fixing hole 251, so that the second plate 232 is connected with the first bracket 330, that is, the supporting frame 320 is connected with the second plate 232.
Referring to fig. 5, the first bracket 330 further includes a sixth plate 333 connected between the fourth plate 331 and the fifth plate 332; specifically, the sixth plate 333 is connected between the fourth plate 331 and the fifth plate 332, and thus, the structural stability of the first bracket 330 may be improved, thereby improving the stability of the support 310 connected to the movable frame 120 through the support frame 320.
The first bracket 330 of this embodiment includes two fifth plates 332 and two sixth plates 333, the two fifth plates 332 are distributed at intervals along the first direction, the two sixth plates 333 are arranged at intervals, and the two fifth plates 332 and the two sixth plates 333 are in one-to-one correspondence and connected; one ends of the two sixth plates 333 far away from the corresponding fifth plates 332 are connected with the fourth plate 331; with this configuration, the structural stability of the first bracket 330 can be further improved, and the stability of the connection between the supporting member 310 and the movable frame 120 through the supporting frame 320 can be improved.
FIG. 6 is an exploded view of the support assembly 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 6, at least one sixth plate 333 is provided with a plugging portion 334, referring to fig. 3, the movable frame 120 is provided with a slot 121, and the plugging portion 334 is plugged with the slot 121 along a second direction; therefore, the stability of the connection between the supporting member 310 and the movable frame 120 via the supporting frame 320 can be improved, and the displacement of the first bracket 330 along the second direction can be reduced, thereby being beneficial to preventing the first bracket 330 from deforming along the second direction relative to the movable frame 120 and improving the phenomenon that the movable frame 120 moves in a dislocation way relative to the fixed frame 110.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 6, only one of the sixth plates 333 is provided with an inserting portion 334, the movable frame 120 is provided with a slot 121, and the slot 121 is adapted to the inserting portion 334, so that the inserting portion 334 is stably inserted into the slot 121, which not only reduces the displacement of the first bracket 330 in the second direction, but also reduces the displacement of the first bracket 330 in the first direction, so as to further improve the deformation of the movable frame 120 and the connecting assembly 200.
In other embodiments, each of the two sixth plates 333 is provided with an insertion portion 334, the movable frame 120 is provided with two slots 121, and the two insertion portions 334 are in one-to-one correspondence with and inserted into the two slots 121.
The plugging portion 334 of the present embodiment is a plugging plate in which the sixth plate 333 extends in the second direction away from the fourth plate 331; the connection mode of the plug board and the sixth board 333 can be selected according to the requirement. The sixth plate 333 of the present embodiment is integrally formed with the plugboard; in other embodiments, the connection between the plug board and the sixth board 333 may be an adhesive, a welding, a screw connection, or the like.
Referring to fig. 6, the fifth plate 332 of the present embodiment is formed with a first connecting slot 253, and the first connecting slot 253 is used for disposing a fastener, that is, the fifth plate 332 can be connected to the movable frame 120 through the fastener; the fastener includes a bolt or a screw. In this embodiment, the first connecting groove 253 formed in the fifth plate 332 is an open groove; in other embodiments, the fifth plate 332 may be provided with a connecting hole for installing a fastener.
It should be noted that the fastener disposed on the fifth plate 332 may be connected to the movable frame 120 to improve the stability of the connection between the supporting frame 320 and the movable frame 120.
Referring to fig. 6, the first bracket 330 of the present embodiment further includes a first connecting plate 244 and a second connecting plate 245 connected in an L-shape, wherein an end of the first connecting plate 244 away from the second connecting plate 245 is connected to the fourth plate 331, and the second connecting plate 245 can be connected to the movable frame 120 through a fastener; the second connecting plate 245 and the fourth plate 331 are spaced apart from each other along the second direction; with this configuration, the structural stability of the first bracket 330 may be further improved by using the first and second connection plates 244 and 245, so that the second connection plate 245 and the two fifth plates 332 form a stable triangular connection with the movable frame 120, thereby improving the stability of the connection of the first bracket 330 with the movable frame 120, and thus enabling the support 310 to be stably connected with the movable frame 120.
Referring to fig. 6, the second connecting plate 245 is further provided with a second connecting groove 254, and the second connecting groove 254 is used for arranging a fastener, that is, the second connecting plate 245 is connected with the movable frame 120 through the fastener. In other embodiments, the second connecting plate 245 may be provided with a connecting hole for installing a fastener.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the supporting frame 320 of the present embodiment further includes a second bracket 340, the second bracket 340 includes a seventh plate 341 and an eighth plate 342 that are connected at an angle, the seventh plate 341 is located between the movable frame 120 and the fifth plate 332, the seventh plate 341 is provided with an avoiding hole 260, and the inserting part 334 passes through the avoiding hole 260 along the second direction and is inserted into the slot 121; with such an arrangement, the position of the second bracket 340 can be fixed by the connection between the first bracket 330 and the movable frame 120, so that the position stability of the second bracket 340 is improved, and the assembling and disassembling of the supporting frame 320 are simplified.
Referring to fig. 6, the seventh plate 341 further has two second fixing holes 255, and the two second fixing holes 255 correspond to the first connecting grooves 253 of the two fifth plates 332 in a one-to-one manner, so that the fasteners disposed in the two first connecting grooves 253 can pass through the two second fixing holes 255 of the seventh plate 341 to be connected to the movable frame 120, thereby stably connecting the first bracket 330 and the second bracket 340 to the movable frame 120.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the seventh plate 341 further has a third fixing hole 256, and the third fixing hole 256 corresponds to the second connecting groove 254, so that a fastener disposed on the second connecting groove 254 can pass through the third fixing hole 256 to be connected with the movable frame 120.
Referring to fig. 5, the eighth plate 342 is provided with a limiting portion 343, the first bracket 330 is provided with a positioning portion 335, and the limiting portion 343 is abutted to the positioning portion 335 along the second direction; with such an arrangement, the problem of deformation of the first bracket 330 and the second bracket 340 along the second direction can be solved, and the second plate 232 of the connecting frame 230 is prevented from moving in a direction approaching the first plate 231, thereby improving the problem of misalignment of the movable frame 120 with respect to the fixed frame 110.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the seventh plate 341 and the eighth plate 342 are connected in an L-shape, and an included angle between the seventh plate 341 and the eighth plate 342 is substantially a right angle, and the specific angle may be: 88 °, 89 °, 90 °, 91 °, 92 °, etc.; thus, the structural stability of the second bracket 340 may be improved.
Referring to fig. 5, the eighth plate 342 is opposite to the first connecting plate 244 of the first bracket 330 and is distributed at intervals, a long groove 257 is formed on the eighth plate 342, the inner wall of one side of the long groove 257 away from the seventh plate 341 is the limiting portion 343, the fourth plate 331 of the first bracket 330 is provided with the positioning portion 335, when the first bracket 330 is connected to the second bracket 340, the positioning portion 335 is inserted into the long groove 257, and the limiting portion 343 is abutted against the positioning portion 335 along the second direction. The positioning portion 335 is located at an end of the fourth plate 331 away from the first connecting plate 244, and extends in a direction away from the first connecting plate 244.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the supporting frame 320 only includes the first bracket 330, and the first bracket 330 is directly connected to the movable frame 120 through a fastener.
Referring to fig. 5, the supporting member 310 of the present embodiment is a supporting shaft, that is, the cross section of the supporting member 310 is circular; the support shaft comprises a first shaft section 311 and a second shaft section 312 which are connected with each other, the first shaft section 311 is inserted into the first plate 231, and the second shaft section 312 penetrates through the second plate 232; the outer diameter of the second shaft section 312 is larger than that of the first shaft section 311 along the radial direction of the support shaft, one end (i.e. a shaft shoulder) of the second shaft section 312 close to the first shaft section 311 is abutted with the first plate 231, and one end of the second shaft section 312 far from the first shaft section 311 is abutted with the support frame 320; thus, the second shaft section 312 of the supporting shaft can be abutted between the supporting frame 320 and the connecting frame 230 in two directions, so as to further improve the supporting strength of the supporting component 300, improve the bearing capacity of the connecting component 200, and improve the deformation problem of the connecting component 200.
The inserting of the supporting member 310 into the through hole 236 of the second plate 232 specifically means: the second shaft section 312 is inserted into the through hole 236 of the second plate 232.
Referring to fig. 6, the supporting shaft of the present embodiment further includes a third shaft segment 313; the outer diameter of the third shaft section 313 is smaller than that of the second shaft section 312, the first shaft section 311, the second shaft section 312 and the third shaft section 313 are coaxially arranged, and the third shaft section 313 and one end, far away from the first shaft section 311, of the second shaft section 312 are connected; the third shaft section 313 is connected to the support bracket 320.
Referring to fig. 6, the first bracket 330 of the supporting frame 320 is provided with an insertion hole 258, and the third shaft section 313 is inserted into and matched with the insertion hole 258, so that the supporting member 310 is inserted into and matched with the first bracket 330; further, the insertion hole 258 is opened in the fourth plate 331, so that the third shaft 313 is inserted into the first bracket 330 through the fourth plate 331, and an end (i.e. a shoulder) of the second shaft 312 away from the first shaft 311 abuts against the fourth plate 331.
Referring to fig. 6, a threaded hole 259 is formed at an end of the third shaft section 313 away from the second shaft section 312, and after the third shaft section 313 is inserted into the insertion hole 258, a fastening member is disposed in the threaded hole 259, and the fastening member is abutted against a side of the fourth plate 331 facing the seventh plate 341, so as to improve the connection stability between the support member 310 and the first bracket 330. The fasteners include screws or bolts, and when the screws or bolts are engaged with the screw holes 259, the respective heads of the screws or bolts can abut against the side of the fourth plate 331 facing the seventh plate 341.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the supporting member 310 may also be a supporting column or a supporting rod, and the cross section of the supporting member 310 may be a circle, a rectangle, a polygon or a special shape; in other embodiments, the supporting member 310 may also be provided in a plate shape, which is not limited in particular.
The number of the support members 300 supported by the connection frame 230 may be selected as desired; when the number of the support members 300 supported by the connection frame 230 is equal to or greater than two, the plurality of support members 300 are arranged at intervals in the first direction. In this embodiment, the connecting frame 230 supports two sets of supporting members 300. In other embodiments, the number of support assemblies 300 supported by the connecting frame 230 may also be one, three, four, etc.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, along the second direction, the connection assembly 200 and the support assembly 300 are disposed on both sides of the movable frame 120, so that on one hand, the stability of the movable frame 120 moving along the first direction relative to the fixed frame 110 is improved, on the other hand, the problem that the movable frame 120 cannot be extended or retracted normally can be sufficiently improved, and the cash recycling device 010 can be sufficiently used normally.
Please refer to fig. 7, the cash recycling device 010 of the present embodiment further includes other structures similar to those of the related art, for example: the banknote box 410, the banknote inlet device 420, the banknote outlet device 430, the temporary storage device 440, the common channel 450, etc. are not described in detail herein.
In the cash recycling device 010 of the present embodiment, when maintenance of the processing device provided in the movable frame 120 is required, the movable frame 120 is driven to extend out of the fixed frame 110 in the first direction, so that the processing device can be exposed for maintenance.
To sum up, the guiding element 220 of the cash recycling device 010 provided by the embodiment of the present invention is disposed on the fixed frame 110, the guiding element 220 extends along a first direction, the movable element 210 is movably connected to the guiding element 220, the connecting frame 230 is connected between the movable frame 120 and the movable element 210 along a second direction, the first direction and the second direction form an included angle, and the supporting element 300 is fixedly connected to the movable frame 120 and supports the connecting frame 230; when the movable member 210 moves in a first direction relative to the guide member 220, the movable frame 120 can be driven to extend or retract in the first direction relative to the fixed frame 110; thus, when the movable frame 120 extends relative to the fixed frame 110, the supporting assembly 300 moves synchronously with the movable frame 120 and keeps supporting the connecting frame 230, and the connecting frame 230 is connected between the movable frame 120 and the movable member 210 along the second direction, so that the bearing capacity of the whole connecting assembly 200 on the gravity action of the movable frame 120 is improved under the combined action of the connecting frame 230 and the supporting assembly 300, and further the deformation of the connecting assembly 200 is improved, so that the movable frame 120 can extend or retract normally, and the normal use of the cash recycling device 010 is ensured.

1. A cash recycling apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a fixed frame, a movable frame, a connecting assembly and a supporting assembly; the connecting assembly comprises a moving piece, a guide piece and a connecting frame, the guide piece is connected with the fixed frame, and the length of the guide piece extends along a first direction; the movable piece is movably connected with the guide piece, the connecting frame is connected between the movable frame and the movable piece along a second direction, and the supporting component is fixedly connected with the movable frame and supports the connecting frame; the movable piece can move along the first direction relative to the guide piece so as to drive the movable frame to extend or retract along the first direction relative to the fixed frame; the first direction and the second direction form an included angle;
the connecting frame comprises a first plate, the first plate and the movable frame are arranged at intervals, and the first plate is fixedly connected with the movable piece;
the support assembly comprises a support member, the length of the support member extends along the second direction, a first end of the support member is connected with the first plate, and a second end of the support member is connected with the movable frame;
the connecting frame further comprises a second plate located between the movable frame and the first plate, the support passing through the second plate;
the connecting frame further comprises a third plate, one end of the third plate is connected with the first plate, and one end of the third plate, far away from the first plate, is connected with the second plate.
2. The cash recycling apparatus of claim 1, wherein an end of the third plate remote from the first plate is also fixedly connected to the movable frame.

The cash recycling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the connecting frame further comprises a base plate, the second plate is located between the movable frame and the first plate, the base plate is connected between the first plate and the second plate, the first plate, the base plate and the second plate together enclose a receiving cavity having an opening, and the support member extends through the receiving cavity and through the second plate.
4. The cash recycling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the support assembly further comprises a support bracket coupled to the movable frame, the second end of the support member being coupled to the movable frame via the support bracket.

The cash recycling apparatus of claim 4, wherein the supporting frame comprises a first bracket, the first bracket comprising a fourth plate, a fifth plate and a sixth plate, the fourth plate and the fifth plate being spaced apart in the second direction, the second end of the supporting member being connected to the fourth plate, the fifth plate being connected to the movable frame; the sixth plate is connected between the fourth plate and the fifth plate, the sixth plate is provided with an inserting portion, the movable frame is provided with a slot, and the inserting portion and the slot are inserted in the second direction.

The cash recycling apparatus of claim 4, wherein the support frame comprises a first bracket and a second bracket, the first bracket comprises a fourth plate, a fifth plate and a sixth plate, the second end of the support member is connected to the fourth plate, the fourth plate and the fifth plate are spaced apart along the second direction, the sixth plate is connected between the fourth plate and the fifth plate, and the sixth plate is provided with a plug part; the second support comprises a seventh plate and an eighth plate which are connected in an angle mode, the seventh plate is located between the movable frame and the fifth plate, the seventh plate is provided with an avoidance hole, the movable frame is provided with a slot, and the inserting part penetrates through the avoidance hole along the second direction and is inserted into the slot; the eighth plate is provided with a limiting portion, the first support is provided with a positioning portion, and the limiting portion and the positioning portion are abutted in the second direction.
7. The cash recycling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the support assembly further comprises a support bracket coupled to the movable frame, the second end of the support member being coupled to the movable frame via the support bracket;
the supporting piece is a supporting shaft which comprises a first shaft section and a second shaft section which are connected with each other, the first shaft section is inserted into the first plate, and the second shaft section penetrates through the second plate; along the radial of back shaft, the external diameter of second shaft section is greater than the external diameter of first shaft section, the one end that the second shaft section is close to first shaft section with first board butt, the one end that the second shaft section is kept away from first shaft section with the support frame butt.
8. The cash recycling apparatus of claim 1, comprising a plurality of the support assemblies, the length of the connecting frame extending in the first direction, the plurality of support assemblies being spaced apart in the first direction.
