The invention discloses an iBoss business data processing system and a method, wherein the system comprises a business acceptance module, and the business acceptance module comprises an acceptance unit, a field splitting unit, an examination and approval unit, a marking unit and a field recombining unit. The invention can be widely applied to the field of project approval.

Background
The existing approval modes can be roughly divided into an online approval mode and an offline approval mode, the traditional offline approval mode is that an applicant takes a form to an approval department to submit the form of an approval application, however, the approval department is generally more than one, so that the applicant needs to run back and forth among a plurality of approval departments, and time and labor are wasted. As shown in fig. 2, the ibos service data processing system is an online service operation support system that is developed, and the system can perform online transaction on all services, and finally implement a service application scenario of B2B and B2I2B (B2B: abbreviation of Business-to-Business refers to a Business model in which an enterprise exchanges and transfers data information with the enterprise through a private network or the Internet, and develops a transaction activity.b 2I2B: abbreviation of Business-to-Internet-to-Business, which has the same function as B2B).
The iBoss business data processing system comprises an interaction layer, a service layer, an ability layer, a data access layer and a data storage layer. The data storage layer adopts a distributed memory database, a distributed file system and a distributed database to replace high-end storage and ORALCE to realize data storage; the data access layer realizes application and data separation by unifying data services and realizing transparent encapsulation of heterogeneous data access; the capability layer improves the service capability for the upper layer application by realizing each service logic and packaging the service logic into a central service; the service layer provides the capabilities of service registration, encapsulation, arrangement and the like for the central service, realizes the external exposure of the central service and provides the central capability for the upper application; the interaction layer encapsulates the central capacity exposed by the capacity layer by a container, provides service and forms interaction.
The iBoss service data processing system adopts a full-cloud architecture system, and is flexible and extensible; and the complete J2EE, loose coupling and easy-to-expand layered system architecture design is adopted, so that the transportability is strong.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an iBoss service data processing system, including a service acceptance module, as shown in fig. 1, where the service acceptance module includes:

Specifically, in this embodiment, the iBoss service data processing system includes a service acceptance module, and the service acceptance module is configured to examine whether a form sent by the client is correct.
The field splitting unit splits the first form into a plurality of fields according to the examination and approval items, so that the examination and approval unit can conveniently examine and approve the plurality of fields, and the first form is an application form submitted at a client. The examination and approval unit comprises a plurality of examination and approval subunits, the examination and approval subunits are used for examining and approving whether information in corresponding fields is wrong or not, if some fields of the form are wrong, the examination and approval subunits select wrong fields, the selected wrong fields are specifically that an option box is arranged in front of the fields, and the option box in front of the fields can be selected to select the wrong fields. The marking unit marks the error field in red and sets the error field to be in an editable state to obtain a marking field. The field reorganization unit reorganizes the marked fields and the unselected fields to form a new form, namely a second form. The unselected field refers to the field that is not selected by the approval unit, i.e. the correct field.
The client receives the reddened second form, can quickly find the content needing to be modified in the second form, and can effectively save the time for repeatedly checking the form information; when the submitted second form is approved, only the modified fields need to be approved, so that the approval time can be saved, and the approval efficiency is improved.
Further preferably, the marking unit is further configured to set the unselected field to a non-editable state.
The fields which are not selected are set to be in an uneditable state, when a second form is formed and sent to the client, only the content of the marked form can be modified, and the contents which are not selected can not be edited, so that unnecessary troubles brought to form examination and approval by tampering form information can be effectively prevented, repeated examination and approval of the same item can be avoided, and the examination and approval efficiency can be improved.
Further, as a preferred embodiment, the service acceptance module further includes a notification unit, and when detecting that the value of the field changes, the notification unit triggers the short message platform, so that the short message platform returns the approval result to the client.
As shown in fig. 1, the approval unit includes a plurality of approval subunits, and the approval subunits are used for approving the fields corresponding to the approval items. The examination and approval unit is connected with the short message platform in a butt mode, and when the notification unit detects that the field value examined and approved by any examination and approval subunit in the examination and approval process changes, the notification unit triggers the short message platform and pushes the examination and approval result to the client through a short message. The notification unit can feed back the examination and approval state in real time and inform the examination and approval progress. The change of the field value means that the field value is changed when the field is selected.
Further as a preferred embodiment, the notification unit is further configured to trigger the short message platform when no field exists in the field detection reorganization unit, so that the short message platform returns an approval completion result to the client.
