Description

Dual-water-level monitoring humidifier and data processing method
Technical Field

Background
With the development of modern science and technology, the types of household appliances are more and more abundant. Among them, a humidifier is a home appliance that increases the humidity of a room. The humidifier can humidify a designated room, and can also be connected with other equipment (such as a central air conditioning system and the like) for increasing the humidity. The humidifiers are classified into an ultrasonic humidifier, a direct evaporation type humidifier, a thermal evaporation type humidifier, and the like. the humidifier may include an ultrasonic humidifier, a direct evaporation type humidifier, a thermal evaporation type humidifier, and the like. For example, the humidifying component of the ultrasonic humidifier is an ultrasonic oscillation piece, and the ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation is performed 200 ten thousand times per second to atomize water into 1-5 micron ultrafine particles and negative oxygen ions, so that uniform humidification, air freshening, health promotion, dryness and heat removal of winter heating and a comfortable living environment are realized. The humidifying component of the heat evaporation type humidifier is a heater and a fan, water is heated to 100 ℃ in a heating body through the heater to generate steam, and then the steam is sent out through the fan, so that the heat evaporation type humidifier is the simplest humidifying mode. In practical application, according to the humidification principle of the humidifier, the implementation manner of the humidification assembly is not exhaustive, and the humidification assembly is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the application.
The embodiment of the present application provides a humidifier including a water tank and a base, as shown in fig. 1, the humidifier includes a water tank 1 and a base 2.
The water tank 1 can be installed above the base 2, a water tank is designed on the base 2, the water tank 1 is mainly used for storing water of the humidifier, and the water tank on the base 2 is mainly used for providing a water atomization space. When the water tank 1 is installed above the base 2, water in the water tank 1 can flow down to flow into the water tank of the base 2.
In some embodiments, the water tank 1 and the base 2 are designed to be detachable, and the water tank 1 can be conveniently taken out of the base 2. When the user need add water to the humidifier, only need take out water tank 1 from base 2 and take to water source department and add water, then with water tank 1 install back can, very convenient.
In some embodiments, the water tank 1 includes an inner housing 11 and an outer housing 12, the outer housing 12 being fitted over the outer of the inner housing 11; the outer surface of the inner housing 11 is provided with a water level detection module. The outer case 12 protects components such as a water level detection module inside the water tank 1. The inside of the inner case 11 is a water storage space for storing water for humidification.
Based on above-mentioned humidifier, further, this application embodiment provides a two water level monitoring humidifier, including water tank 1, base 2, first water level detection device 3, second water level detection device 4 and humidification subassembly. The water tank 1 and the base 2 are similar to those of the previous embodiments, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a dual water level monitoring humidifier according to an embodiment of the present application, in which a humidification assembly is not shown. In the embodiment of the present application, the humidifying assembly is installed in the base 2 for humidifying water in the water tank 21, and the humidifying assembly is similar to the humidifying assembly of the aforementioned humidifier and will not be described herein again.
In the present embodiment, the first water level detecting means 3 is mounted on the water tank. In some embodiments, the first water level detecting means 3 is attached to an outer surface of the water tank 1 for detecting a water level of the water tank 1. In some embodiments, the first water level detecting means includes a plurality of water level detecting modules vertically arranged on the water tank 1, particularly arranged at different heights on the outer wall of the inner housing 11, for detecting the water level of the water tank 1. It is understood that the arrangement of the water level detection modules has an associated relationship with the height. For example, a first water level sensing module is located at a first height and a second water level sensing module is located at a second height … so that when water is sensed by the water level sensing modules of different heights, the water level of the water tank 1 can be recognized. For example, when the lowest water level detection module detects water and the upper water level detection module does not detect water, it indicates that the water level is between the two water level detection modules. Other water level conditions are similar and are not described in detail here.
In some embodiments, the water level detection module includes a metal sheet 33 and a signal processing circuit 31, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a circuit diagram of the water level detection module in the embodiment of the present application. In the exemplary circuit diagram, the KEY1 terminal is connected to the metal plate 33. The metal sheet 33 is attached to the outer wall of the inner housing 11. When the water level of the water tank 1 reaches a height corresponding to a certain metal sheet 33, the metal sheet 33 forms a capacitor with water to generate a micro current. The micro current is inputted to the signal processing circuit 31 and then detected, thereby determining that the water level of the water tank 1 has reached the position of the metal sheet 33.
In some embodiments, the metal sheet 33 may be a sensing copper sheet, which can be used to better detect the water level in the water tank 1. In practical applications, the metal sheet 33 may also be made of other metal materials, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, the signal processing circuit 31 may include an amplifier and a microprocessor MCU, as shown in fig. 3. The micro-current generated by the metal sheet 33 and the water can be amplified by the amplifier and then transmitted to the MCU, so that the MCU can detect the micro-current and determine the water level of the water tank 1.
In some embodiments, a plurality of water level detection modules may share one MCU. In other words, the first water level detecting device has N water level monitoring modules, which is equivalent to N metal sheets, N amplifiers and one MCU, wherein each metal sheet is connected to one amplifier, and the N amplifiers are connected to the same MCU.
In some embodiments, each water level detection module further comprises an indicator light 32, and the indicator light 33 may be connected to the signal processing circuit 31. When the signal processing circuit 31 detects that the micro-current determines that the position corresponding to the metal sheet 33 has water, the signal processing circuit 31 may output an electrical signal to the corresponding indicator lamp 32, so that the indicator lamp 32 is turned on. It will be appreciated that the indicator light 32 is generally at the same height as the metal sheet 33. In particular, in some embodiments, the indicator light 32 may be connected to an MCU in the signal processing circuit 31.
In some embodiments, a control board 22 is further installed inside the base 2, and the control board 22 is connected to the second water level detecting device 4 for detecting the water level of the water tank 21. In a possible embodiment, the second water level detecting device 4 may be provided with more than one water level detecting module, and the water level detecting module may be installed on the outer wall of the water tank 21. The water level detection module is similar to the water level detection module of the first water level detection device 3, and is not described herein again. In some embodiments, the second water level detecting device 4 may be disposed inside the base 2 in a receiving space that is waterproof and is protected from direct touch. The formation manner of the accommodating space may be similar to that of the accommodating space 61 in fig. 5, and the accommodating space is not described in detail in this embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 5, the control board 22 is connected to a second connecting board 22a through a connecting wire, the second connecting board 22a is provided with a conductive pin 51, and the connecting board is connected to the first water level detecting device 3 through the conductive pin 51. The second connecting plate 22a can perform a connecting function and a fixing function, and in practical cases, the second connecting plate 22a can also be connected to other devices, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application. In other cases, the control board 22 may also be directly connected to the first water level detecting device 3, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the control board 22 may determine the water level of the water tank 21 when receiving the water level data from the second water level detecting device 4.
In another possible embodiment, the second water level detecting device 4 can be implemented by using an existing dry-heating preventing device, such as: the device is provided with a magnetic float assembly, a liquid level sensor, an anti-dry burning protector or an anti-dry burning protector and the like. Since the amount of water in the water tank 21 is small, the following two cases are described:
in a possible case when the actual humidifier water level is in the water tank 1, in which case the water volume of the water tank 21 is the largest, i.e. the volume of the water tank 21, the calculation of the total remaining water volume can be achieved;
another possibility is when the actual humidifier is at a water level in the water reservoir 21, in which case there is no water in the water reservoir 1; the amount of water in the water tank 21 can be determined from the current rate of change of the amount of water from the moment when there is no water in the water tank 1, and thus the total remaining amount of water can be determined. The current water amount change rate may refer to specific descriptions in fig. 7 to 8.
In some embodiments, the control panel 22 may also be connected to a humidification assembly. When the water level in the water tank 21 is reduced to the minimum, which indicates that the water in the water tank 21 is consumed, the control board 22 can output a signal to control the humidification module to stop operating, so as to prevent dry burning. Optionally, the control board 22 may also send a notification message to the terminal through the communication module, the notification message being used to notify that the operation for the humidifying assembly has been stopped.
Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a dual water level monitoring humidifier according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 5 is an enlarged view of an area a in the cross-sectional view of the dual water level monitoring humidifier according to the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 4, it can be seen that the bottom plate 12 of the water tank 1 can be attached to the top plate of the base 2 to prevent water from overflowing.
Optionally, the bottom plate 12 of the water tank 1 may be provided with a filler 121, and the filler 121 may be provided with threads to match with the internal threads of the water tank cover 120, so that the water tank cover 120 may seal the filler 121 like a bottle cap. In some embodiments, the tank cover 120 may be provided with a resilient switch, which is turned on when the water tank 1 is mounted on the base 2, and water in the water tank 1 may fall down into the water tank 21 of the base 2. When the water tank 1 is separated from the base 2, the elastic switch is elastically returned and closed, so that the water in the water tank 1 cannot leak out. The embodiment of the application does not limit the concrete connection mode of the water tank and the base.
In some embodiments, the shape of the water tank 21 may be designed according to practical situations, and the shape of the water tank 21 is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In the present embodiment, the control panel 22 and the first water level detecting device 3 may be connected by the connection device 5. In some embodiments, the connection means 5 may comprise: a conductive pin 51 mounted on the second connection plate 22a and a conductive electrode mounted on the first connection plate 3a, as shown in fig. 4 and 5. The control board 22 may be connected to the first connection plate 3a through the second connection plate 22a and to the first water level detecting means 3 through the first connection plate 3a to receive water level data from the first water level detecting means 3, which may be used to describe the water level of the water tank 1.
In other embodiments, the second connection plate 22a may be eliminated, the control board 22 may be installed at the position of the second connection plate 22a, the conductive pins 51 may be installed on the control board 22, and the control board 22 may be connected to the first connection plate 3a through the conductive pins 51 and the conductive electrodes. In other embodiments, the signal processing circuit 31 in the first water level monitoring device 3 may be mounted on the first connection plate 3 a.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the top plate 23 of the base 2 may be provided with through holes for the conductive pins 51 of the second connecting plate 22a to pass through. The conductive pins 51 are electrically connected to the conductive electrodes of the first connecting plate 3a after passing through the top plate 23 and the bottom plate 12 of the water tank 1.
It is understood that the first water level detecting means 3 may include a metal sheet 33 and a signal processing circuit 31. Alternatively, the signal processing circuit 31 may be specifically disposed on the first connection board 3a as shown in fig. 5, or may be connected to the first connection board 3a through a connection line. The metal sheet 33 mounted on the outer wall of the water tank 1 may be connected to the circuit board through a wire, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Alternatively, the signal processing circuit 31 may be provided in a passage through which the waterproof cover 6 communicates with the outside of the inner case 11, and the signal processing circuit 31 may be connected to the metal sheets 33 provided at different heights by connecting wires.
In the example of fig. 5, a first connection plate 3a to which the first water level detection device 3 is mounted is provided on the bottom plate 12 of the water tank 1. In practical applications, the first connecting plate 3a for installing the first water level detecting device 3 may be disposed at other places, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the bottom plate 12 of the water tank 1 is provided with a recess 122 and the top plate 23 of the base 2 is provided with a protrusion 24. When the water tank 1 is placed on the base 2, the protrusion 24 engages with the recess 122, and the water tank is fixed.
In some embodiments, a waterproof cover 6 is provided on the floor 12 of the tank 1. The accommodating space 61 is formed by enclosing the waterproof cover 6 on the bottom plate 12 of the water tank 1 in a sealing manner, and water outside the accommodating space 6 is isolated from the circuit board in the accommodating space 6, so that water can be stored in the water tank 1, and the circuit board can also be installed. The waterproof cover 6 may be installed by ultrasonic welding, and the installation method of the waterproof cover 6 is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application. The first connection plate 3a disposed in the receiving space 61 formed by the waterproof cover 6 may not be affected by water. In some embodiments, the signal processing circuit 31 may be disposed on the first connection plate 3a within the accommodation space 61.
In some embodiments, the water tank bottom plate 12 is provided with a mounting portion 124, and the periphery of the waterproof cover 6 is hermetically connected with the mounting portion 124, so that the circuit board and the connector inside the waterproof cover are not affected by water contained in the accommodating space 61.
In some embodiments, a mounting boss 123 is provided on the bottom plate 12 of the water tank 1 toward the waterproof cover 6 at a position corresponding to the recess 24. Therefore, the situation that the thickness of the water tank bottom plate 12 is too thin due to the arrangement of the concave part 24 can be avoided, the thickness of each part on the water tank bottom plate 12 can be generally consistent, the strength of the water tank bottom plate 12 is favorably ensured, the manufacturing difficulty can be reduced, and the water tank bottom plate 12 is easy to fill completely if manufactured in an injection molding mode.
It is understood that connectors (connection lines) can be mounted on the first connection plate 3a and the second connection plate 22a for connecting power sources or other components, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 6 is a partially enlarged view of the top plate 23 of the base 2 in the embodiment of the present application. In some embodiments, a partition plate 231 is disposed on the top plate 23 between the through holes 232 through which the conductive pins 51 pass. The partition plate 231 is formed with portions that are not communicated with each other on the surface of the top plate 23. This is advantageous in that a small amount of moisture may drop on the base 2 and on the conductive pins 51 when the water tank 1 is taken or placed, and the two disconnected portions may prevent the two conductive pins 51 from being short-circuited, even if the spring conductive pins 51 contact water, the water is separated in the two regions and cannot contact, and thus the short circuit between the two spring conductive pins 51 due to water conduction is not caused.
In some embodiments, a diversion trench 233 may be further disposed at an edge of the partition plate 231, so that accumulated water in two side regions of the partition plate 231 may flow out along the diversion trench 233.
In some embodiments, a wireless communication module is also connected to control panel 22. The wireless communication module may transmit the water level data of the water tank 1 and the water level data of the water tank 21 to the terminal device. The wireless communication module may be a bluetooth module, a wifi module, a ZigBee module, or the like, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In other embodiments, the control board 22 may also transmit a warning notification message to the terminal when the water level data of the water tank 1 and the water level data of the water tank 21 are less than the threshold value. For example, when the water level data of the water tank 1 is less than the threshold value, the control board 22 may issue a notification message that the water tank 1 is out of water, so that the terminal issues a warning notification.
In some embodiments, a speaker may also be connected to control panel 22. The control board 22 may also emit a warning sound through the speaker when the water level data of the water tank 1 and the water level data of the water tank 21 are less than the threshold value. The prompt tone may be in any form, or may be a recorded audio, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The embodiment of the application further provides a terminal, which can be a mobile phone terminal, a computer terminal, a tablet terminal or a special control terminal, and the like. The terminal is provided with a client, and the terminal can realize various functions through the client, for example, the terminal is connected with a double-water-level monitoring humidifier.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal provided by the embodiment of the application can be firstly connected with the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier, and then the terminal can receive water tank water level data and water tank water level data reported by the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier. For example, the dual water level monitoring humidifier may send the water tank level data and the water tank level data to the terminal through the wireless communication module connected to the control board 22. The connection established between the terminal and the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier can be wireless connection (such as wifi connection), bluetooth connection, zigbee connection, wired connection and the like, and the embodiment of the application is not limited thereto.
In some possible embodiments, the connection between the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier and the terminal may be established through a server. The information sent by the double-water-level monitoring humidifier is forwarded to the terminal through the server, and the instruction sent by the terminal is forwarded to the double-water-level monitoring humidifier through the server. The dual-water-level monitoring humidifier can be connected with the server through wifi, and the terminal can also be connected with the server through wifi. In practical application, the server may be a cloud server or a common server, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the terminal may also perform user authentication with a dual water level monitoring humidifier. For example, the terminal may send the user account and the password to the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier, and when the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier verifies that the user account and the password are correct, the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier establishes a connection with the terminal. In practical application, other user authentication modes may also be adopted, for example, authentication is performed through a cloud server, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In a possible application scenario, the data processing method shown in fig. 7 is executed by a terminal connected to a dual-water-level monitoring humidifier, and in the embodiment of the present application, after the terminal is connected to the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier, the following steps may be executed:
701. receiving water tank level data of a first water level detection device sent by a double-water-level monitoring humidifier to obtain the water amount of a water tank;
in this embodiment, the water level data of the first water level detecting device may be transmitted to the terminal through the wireless communication module.
In some embodiments, the water level data of the water tank acquired by the terminal may be a special code, and the terminal obtains the water amount of the water tank by analyzing the code. For example, the water amount of the water tank may be in milliliters or liters, and in practical applications, other units may also be used, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, after the terminal obtains the water amount of the water tank, whether to prompt the user to add water to the humidifier can be determined according to the water amount of the water tank. For example, when the terminal detects that the water amount in the water tank is less than a preset threshold (e.g., 200ml), the terminal may push a notification message prompting the user to add water to the humidifier.
In some embodiments, the terminal may obtain tank level data from the dual-level monitoring humidifier via the server. For example, the terminal may send an instruction to the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier through the server, so that the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier feeds back water tank level data to the terminal through the server.
702. Receiving water level data of a water tank of a second water level detection device sent by the double-water level monitoring humidifier to obtain water quantity of the water tank;
in this embodiment of the application, the water level data of the water tank of the second water level detection device may be sent to the terminal through the wireless communication module. The wireless communication module may be a bluetooth module, a wifi module, a ZigBee module, or the like, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, the water level data of the water tank acquired by the terminal may be a special code, and the terminal may convert the code into the water level of the water tank. For example, the amount of water in the water tank may be in milliliters or liters, and in practical applications, other units may also be used, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In this embodiment, the steps 701 and 702 may not be in sequence. Step 701 and step 702 may be performed simultaneously, that is, the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier may feed back water tank water level data and water tank water level data to the terminal at the same time. In some embodiments, the dual level monitoring humidifier may feed back to the terminal at preset time intervals, for example, sending tank level data and sink level data to the terminal every other clock. The terminal may also perform step 701, step 702, and step 703 at preset time intervals, thereby calculating information such as the total remaining water amount, and updating the calculated information in real time.
It will be appreciated that the unit of the reservoir water volume is generally the same as the unit of the tank water level for better operation.
In some embodiments, the terminal may obtain the water level data of the water tank from the dual water level monitoring humidifier through the server. For example, the terminal may send an instruction to the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier through the server, so that the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier feeds back the water level data of the water tank to the terminal through the server.
703. And adding the water quantity of the water tank to obtain the total residual water quantity of the double-water-level monitoring humidifier.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the terminal may obtain the total remaining water amount of the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier by adding the water amount of the water tank to the water amount of the water tank. Illustratively, the water tank volume is 2000 ml, the water tank volume is 300 ml, and the total remaining water volume of the dual water level monitoring humidifier is 2300 ml.
In some embodiments, a display screen is also provided on the terminal. After the total residual water amount of the double-water-level monitoring humidifier is obtained through terminal calculation, the total residual water amount of the double-water-level monitoring humidifier can be displayed on a display screen in a text mode or a graphic mode. In practical application, the terminal can also be displayed in a screen-projecting manner, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, the water tank quantity and the water tank quantity can be respectively displayed on a display screen in a text mode or a graphic mode. In one example, the display screen may show the same proportion of the humidifier shape, for example, the maximum total remaining water amount is 5000 ml, the current total remaining water amount is 2300 ml, and the 46% proportion of the humidifier shape may be displayed on the display, or 46% of the humidifier shape may be filled with color, and the other part is not filled with color or is filled with white, so as to display the current estimated water level.
In some embodiments, after the total residual water amount of the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier is calculated by the terminal, whether to prompt the user to add water to the humidifier or not can be determined according to the total residual water amount. For example, when the terminal detects that the total remaining water amount is less than a preset threshold (e.g., 200ml), the terminal may push a notification message prompting the user to add water to the humidifier.
Further, in some embodiments, the terminal determines the remaining operable time of the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier according to the water amount of the water tank, and the water amount change rate. Specifically, after the total residual water amount of the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier is obtained through terminal calculation, the remaining workable time can be obtained by dividing the total residual water amount by the water amount change rate.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal may first obtain the water amount change rate. The rate of change of water volume may be used to describe the rate of water consumption.
In some embodiments, the rate of change of water volume is determined based on a current operating range of the dual water level monitoring humidifier. That is, the rate of change of the amount of water has a correspondence with the current gear of the humidifier. For example, the humidifier is provided with three humidification powers of high, medium and low levels, and according to the design requirement of the humidifier, the water amount change rate corresponding to the high level may be preset to be 500 ml per hour, the water amount change rate of the medium level may be 300 ml per hour, and the water amount change rate of the low level may be 100 ml per hour. Then, the terminal device may determine the water amount change rate according to the current gear of the humidifier and a preset correspondence.
In other embodiments, the rate of change of the amount of water is determined based on the amount of water consumed by the bi-level monitoring humidifier for a current unit time period. For example, the water amount change rate may be calculated from the current total remaining water amount and the historical total remaining water amount. For example, if the current total remaining water amount is 3000 ml and the total remaining water amount before 1 minute is 3005 ml, the current water amount change rate may be 5 ml/min by subtracting the current total remaining water amount from the total remaining water amount before 1 minute and dividing by 1 minute.
In practical application, the terminal may also obtain the water amount change rate through other manners, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, after obtaining the water volume change rate, the terminal may calculate the remaining workable time according to the water volume change rate and the current total remaining water volume, and the specific calculation method is as follows: the remaining workable time is obtained by dividing the total remaining water amount by the water amount change rate. Illustratively, the total remaining water amount is 3000 ml, and the water amount change rate is 300 ml per hour, then the total remaining water amount is divided by the water amount change rate to obtain the remaining workable time of 10 hours.
In some embodiments, after the terminal calculates the remaining operable time, the remaining operable time may be displayed on a display screen for the user to view.
In some embodiments, in addition to the manner that the terminal receives the water level data of the water tank of the second water level detection device sent by the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier to obtain the water amount of the water tank in step 702, the specific manner that the terminal determines the water amount of the water tank may be: after obtaining the water tank quantity according to the water tank level data, when the water tank quantity is greater than 0ml (or the preset minimum water quantity), the water quantity in the water tank is generally full, so the terminal can directly take the maximum value of the water tank quantity as the current water tank quantity. When the water amount in the water tank is less than or equal to 0ml (or the preset minimum water amount), the water amount in the water tank may not be full, and therefore, the terminal may obtain the water amount in the water tank through the water level data of the water tank of the second water level detection device. The terminal can estimate how much water is consumed in the water tank according to the current water amount change rate and the time elapsed after the time when the water amount in the water tank is 0 ml. Then, the amount of water left in the water tank is estimated according to the maximum amount of water in the water tank and the consumed amount of water. Or, the specific way of determining the water amount of the water tank by the terminal can be as follows: and the water tank water volume sent by the double-water-level monitoring humidifier is directly received, so that the terminal can directly determine the water tank water volume.
In some embodiments, the water tank water amount is estimated by an estimation method for the terminal of step 701. For example, if the humidifier transmits a plurality of water tank level data to the terminal, the water level detection module of a first height detects water, and the water level detection module of a second height adjacent to the water level detection module of the first height does not detect water, the terminal may estimate that the water level of the water tank is between the first height and the second height. For example, the terminal may estimate the intermediate position between the first height and the second height as the current estimated tank water volume.
In some embodiments, in addition to the manner of "receiving the water level data of the water tank of the first water level detection device sent by the dual water level monitoring humidifier to obtain the water amount of the water tank" in the step 701, the specific manner of determining the water amount of the water tank by the terminal may be: and receiving the water quantity of the water tank sent by the double-water-level monitoring humidifier, so that the terminal can directly determine the water quantity of the water tank.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal provided by the embodiment of the application can calculate the remaining operable time in real time. When the gears of the humidifier are changed, the water quantity change rate is also changed, and the remaining working time can be updated in real time, so that a user can know the remaining working time of different gears when the gears of the humidifier are switched. In practical application, the terminal may set to calculate and update the remaining operable time at regular intervals, for example, update the remaining operable time once every one minute, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
In some embodiments, if the water amount in the water tank is less than a first water amount (for example: the first water amount is 200ml), a first notification message for reminding a user to add water is pushed on a display screen; and if the water amount of the water tank is less than a second water amount (for example, the second water amount is 20ml), sending an instruction to the double-water-level detection humidifier, wherein the instruction is used for controlling the double-water-level detection humidifier to stop working.
In some embodiments, after the terminal calculates the remaining operable time of the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier, it may determine whether to prompt the user to add water to the humidifier or whether to send a control instruction to the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier according to the remaining operable time. Illustratively, when the terminal detects that the remaining operable time is less than the target time value (e.g., half an hour), the terminal pushes a second notification message on the display screen for reminding the user to add water. And if the terminal detects that the remaining operable time is less than the target time (for example, 5 minutes), sending an instruction to control the double-water-level monitoring humidifier to stop operating.
Referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present application provides a data processing method performed by a dual-water-level detection humidifier, including:
801. acquiring water level data of the water tank from the first water level detection device to obtain water quantity of the water tank;
in the embodiment of the application, the dual-water-level detection humidifier can directly obtain the water level data of the water tank from the first water level detection device to obtain the water quantity of the water tank.
802. Acquiring water level data of the water tank from the second water level detection device to obtain water quantity of the water tank;
in the embodiment of the application, the double-water-level detection humidifier can directly acquire the water level data of the water tank from the second water level detection device to obtain the water amount of the water tank.
In the embodiment of the present application, the steps 801 and 802 may not be in sequence.
803. Acquiring a water volume change rate, wherein the water volume change rate is used for indicating a water volume consumption rate;
in the embodiment of the application, the double-water-level detection humidifier may determine the water amount change rate according to the correspondence between the water amount change rate and the current gear of the double-water-level detection humidifier, or the double-water-level detection humidifier may determine the water amount change rate according to the water amount consumed by the double-water-level detection humidifier in the current unit time period. Illustratively, the amount of water currently consumed per minute is 100 milliliters, and the rate of change of the amount of water is 100 milliliters per minute. Other situations of step 803 are similar to the situation of the water volume change rate obtained by the terminal in the foregoing embodiment, and are not described here again.
804. And determining the remaining operable time of the dual-water-level monitoring humidifier according to the water quantity of the water tank, the water quantity of the water tank and the water quantity change rate.
In the embodiment of the present application, the step 804 of performing the dual-water-level detection humidifier is similar to the implementation manner of calculating the remaining operable time by the terminal in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the dual-water-level detection humidifier may obtain the total remaining water amount of the dual-water-level detection humidifier by adding the water amount of the water tank to the water amount of the water tank. Illustratively, the water tank volume is 2000 ml, the water tank volume is 300 ml, and the total remaining water volume of the dual water level monitoring humidifier is 2300 ml.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, a display screen 7 is further disposed on the dual water level detection humidifier. After the total residual water amount is calculated by the double-water-level detection humidifier, the total residual water amount can be displayed on the display screen 7 in a text mode or a graphic mode.
For example, the dual water level detection humidifier may display the water tank amount and the water tank amount on the display screen 7 in a text manner or a graphic manner, respectively. In one example, the display screen 7 may show the same proportion of the humidifier shape, for example, the maximum total remaining water amount is 5000 ml, the current total remaining water amount is 2300 ml, and the 46% proportion of the humidifier shape may be displayed on the display, or 46% of the humidifier shape may be filled with color, and the other part is not filled with color or is filled with white, so as to display the current estimated water level.
In some embodiments, after the total remaining water amount is calculated by the dual-water-level detection humidifier, whether to prompt the user to add water to the humidifier may be determined according to the total remaining water amount. For example, when the dual water level detection humidifier detects that the total remaining water amount is less than a preset threshold (e.g., 200ml), the dual water level detection humidifier may push a notification message prompting the user to add water to the humidifier, such as a voice notification or a notification by an orange indicator light color or a notification by an indicator light flashing at a certain frequency.
In some embodiments, after the remaining operable time is calculated by the dual water level detection humidifier, the remaining operable time may be displayed on the display screen 7 for the user to view.
In some embodiments, the specific way to determine the water tank volume for step 802 may be: after the water amount of the water tank is obtained according to the water level data of the water tank, when the water amount of the water tank is greater than 0 milliliter (or the preset minimum water amount), the water amount in the water tank is generally full, so the double-water-level detection humidifier can directly take the maximum value of the water amount of the water tank as the current water amount of the water tank. When the water amount in the water tank is less than or equal to 0ml (or the preset minimum water amount), the water amount in the water tank may not be full, so the dual-water-level detection humidifier can obtain the water amount in the water tank through the water-level data of the water tank of the second water-level detection device. The dual-water-level detection humidifier can estimate the water consumption in the water tank according to the current water quantity change rate and the time elapsed after the time when the water quantity in the water tank is 0 ml. Then, the amount of water left in the water tank is estimated according to the maximum amount of water in the water tank and the consumed amount of water.
In some embodiments, the humidifier is detected for step 801 double water level to estimate the water tank water amount by an estimation method. For example, in the detected plurality of tank level data, a water level detection module of a first height detects water, and a water level detection module of a second height adjacent to the water level detection module of the first height does not detect water, the dual water level detection humidifier may estimate that the water level of the tank is between the first height and the second height. For example, a dual level detection humidifier may estimate the intermediate position of the first height and the second height as the current estimated tank water volume.
In the embodiment of the application, the dual-water-level detection humidifier provided by the embodiment of the application can calculate the remaining operable time in real time. When the gears of the humidifier are changed, the water quantity change rate is also changed, and the remaining working time can be updated in real time, so that a user can know the remaining working time of different gears when the gears of the humidifier are switched. In practical applications, the dual-water-level detection humidifier may calculate and update the remaining operable time at regular intervals, for example, update the remaining operable time once every one minute, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, if the water amount in the water tank is less than a first water amount (for example: the first water amount is 200ml), a first notification message for reminding a user to add water is pushed on a display screen; and if the water amount of the water tank is less than the second water amount (for example, the second water amount is 20ml), controlling the double-water-level monitoring humidifier to stop working.
In some embodiments, after the dual-water-level detection humidifier calculates the remaining operable time, it may be determined whether to prompt the user to add water to the humidifier or whether to send a control instruction to the dual-water-level detection humidifier according to the remaining operable time. For example, when the dual water level detection humidifier detects that the remaining operable time is less than the target time value (e.g., half an hour), the dual water level detection humidifier pushes a second notification message to remind the user to add water. And if the dual-water-level detection humidifier detects that the remaining operable time is less than the target time (for example, 5 minutes), controlling the dual-water-level detection humidifier to stop operating.
