The mounting seat 1011 comprises a fixing plate 1014 arranged in parallel with the insert plate 2011, a second through hole is formed in the fixing plate 1014, a U-shaped stop strip 1015 is arranged on one side, facing the air duct 20, of the fixing plate 1014, the stop strip 1015 is arranged around the second through hole, a stop flange 1016 extending towards the central line direction of the second through hole is arranged on one side, facing away from the fixing plate 1014, of the stop strip 1015, and the fixing plate 1014, the stop strip 1015 and the second abutting flange 1016 are surrounded to form a slot 1013; during connection, the inserting plate 2011 is inserted through a radial opening surrounded by the stop strip 1015, and after the inserting plate 2011 is inserted into the slot 1013, the first through hole is opposite to the second through hole so as to realize communication between the first through hole and the second through hole; the stop strip 1015 and stop ledge 1016 prevent the insert plate 2011 from separating from the retaining plate 1014; during disassembly, the insertion plate 2011 is pulled out from the radial opening defined by the stop strip 1015, so that the insertion plate 2011 and the fixing plate 1014 can be separated.
In this embodiment, the shapes and sizes of the insert plate 2011 and the mounting base 1011 are not limited, as long as the insert plate 2011 is matched with the slot 1012 formed in the mounting base 1011, for example, the insert plate 2011 is circular, the slot 1012 is arc-shaped, or the insert plate 2011 and the slot 1012 are both square. Similarly, the shape and size of the first through hole and the second through hole are not limited in this embodiment.

Preferably, on the basis of the above embodiment, in order to improve the reliability of the connection between the first connecting piece 201 and the second connecting piece 101, the air conditioner internal unit further includes a fastening screw, the insert plate 2011 is provided with a threaded hole, the mounting seat 1011 is provided with a mounting hole, and the fastening screw passes through the mounting hole and then is matched with the threaded hole, so that the first connecting piece 201 and the second connecting piece 101 are screwed on the basis of insertion, and the connection between the first connecting piece 201 and the second connecting piece 101 is tighter; in addition, in the using process, the fastening screw is matched with the threaded hole, and the insert plate 2011 can be prevented from being separated from the mounting seat 1011. Alternatively, the center line of the threaded hole may be parallel to the center line of the first through hole, correspondingly, the center line of the mounting hole is parallel to the center line of the second through hole, when the insert plate 2011 is inserted into the slot 1012, the center line of the threaded hole is collinear with the center line of the mounting hole, and the fastening screw passes through the mounting hole and then is matched with the threaded hole; or, taking the directions shown in fig. 4 and 5 as examples, a first mounting plate is arranged on one side of the mounting base 1011 facing the plug board 2011, a mounting hole is formed in the first mounting plate, the center line of the mounting hole is perpendicular to the center line of the second through hole, a second mounting plate is arranged on one side of the plug board 2011, which is far away from the mounting base 1011, a threaded hole is formed in the second mounting plate, the center line of the threaded hole is perpendicular to the center line of the first through hole, when the plug board 2011 is inserted into the slot 1012, the center line of the threaded hole is collinear with the center line of the mounting hole, and a fastening screw passes through the mounting hole.
Alternatively, the plug 2011 is provided with a first magnetic body, the mounting seat 1011 is provided with a second magnetic body, and when the plug 2011 is inserted into the slot 1012, the first magnetic body attracts the second magnetic body, so that the plug 2011 and the slot 1012 are attracted together through magnetic force, the plug 2011 is prevented from being separated from the slot 1012, and the connection is more reliable. The first magnetic body and the second magnetic body can be permanent magnets, such as rare earth permanent magnets, and have strong magnetism, and the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body is large; the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body may have a regular shape such as a circular shape, a directional shape, or a triangular shape, or may have other irregular shapes.
In this embodiment, the positions of the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body are not limited, as long as the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body attract each other when the plug board 2011 is inserted into the slot 1012. In a possible case, the first magnetic body is disposed on the side of the plug 2011 facing the mounting seat 1011, and the second magnetic body is disposed at the bottom of the slot 1012, so that the magnetic force direction between the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body is parallel to the central line direction of the first through hole, thereby preventing the plug 2011 from coming out of the radial opening surrounded by the stop strip 1015 along the central line direction of the first through hole. In another possible situation, the insert plate 2011 is provided with a first abutting flange, the mounting seat 1011 is provided with a second abutting flange extending out of the slot 1012, when the insert plate 2011 is inserted into the slot 1012, the first abutting flange is attached to the second abutting flange, the first magnetic body is arranged on the first abutting flange, and the second magnetic body is arranged on the second abutting flange, so that the magnetic force direction between the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body is perpendicular to the central line direction of the second through hole, and the insert plate 2011 is prevented from being transversely separated from the slot 1012. The first abutting flange and the inserting plate 2011 can be connected in a welding mode and can also be integrally formed in a casting mode; the connection manner of the second abutting flange and the mounting seat 1011 is similar to the connection manner of the first abutting flange and the inserting plate 2011, and the description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 6 is an exploded view of a first air handling device in an air conditioner indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, with continued reference to fig. 1-6. In the above embodiment, when the first air processing device 10 is a humidifying device, the humidifying device may include a water storage tank 102 and a humidifying filter element 103, an air inlet is provided on a sidewall of the water storage tank 102, an air outlet is provided on a top of the water storage tank 102, the air inlet is communicated with the air outlet, and the second connecting member 101 is connected with the water storage tank 102; the humidifying filter element 103 is arranged in the water storage tank 102, the humidifying filter element 103 is tubular, and the humidifying filter element 103 is communicated with the air supply opening.
The water storage tank 102 contains water, and the humidifying filter element 103 contained in the water storage tank 102 changes humidity by absorbing the water in the water storage tank 102, so that the humidity of the air flowing through the humidifying filter element 103 is increased. The air inlet is arranged on the side wall of the water storage tank 102 close to the top, so that water in the water storage tank 102 is prevented from overflowing from the air inlet, and meanwhile, the water storage capacity of the water storage tank 102 is increased as much as possible; the number of the air inlets can be multiple, and the multiple air inlets are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the water storage tank 102 so as to increase the air inlet amount. The humidifying filter element 103 may be made of water-absorbing material such as gauze or sponge, and is used for absorbing water and allowing air to pass through, and when the humidifying filter element 103 is accommodated in the water storage tank 102, part of the humidifying filter element 103 is in contact with water to absorb water in the water storage tank 102. The connection mode of the water storage tank 102 and the second connection member 101 may be a detachable connection mode such as a screw connection mode or an insertion connection mode, and may also be integrally formed by a casting mode.
When the air conditioner internal unit works, indoor air enters from the main air inlet, then enters the water storage tank 102 from the air inlet communicated with the main air inlet, passes through the humidifying filter element 103, takes away moisture on the humidifying filter element 103, and further improves the humidity of the air; then flows out from the air supply opening communicated with the humidifying filter element 103, flows to the air inlet end of the air duct 20, enters the air duct 20, flows into the main air duct through the air outlet end of the air duct 20, and is converged with the air flow in the main air duct; finally, the air is discharged to the indoor from the main air outlet 301, thereby increasing the humidity of the indoor air.
The top of the water storage tank 102 is further provided with a supporting cover plate 108, the supporting cover plate 108 covers the top of the water storage tank 102 to seal the air supply port of the water storage tank 102, one end of the supporting cover plate 108 facing the water storage tank 102 is provided with a second annular flange, and a through hole of the second annular flange is communicated with the humidifying filter element 103; the supporting cover plate 108 is provided with a middle through hole communicated with the through hole of the second annular flange, and the supporting cover plate 108 is connected with the second connecting piece 101 so that the middle through hole is communicated with the air inlet end of the air duct 20. Through setting up support apron 108, support apron 108 shutoff storage water tank 102's air supply mouth to avoid the air that gets into storage water tank 102 inside not flowing through humidification filter core 103 just to flow out from the air supply mouth, lead to carrying out the air quantity reduction of humidification, humidification efficiency is low.
Because the humidifying filter element 103 has a blocking effect on air, the air speed passing through the humidifying filter element 103 is reduced, the air circulation speed is low, the humidifying efficiency is low, and in order to improve the humidifying efficiency, the humidifying device in the embodiment further comprises a fan 105 and a fan box 104 arranged at the top of the water storage tank 102, the fan box 104 is provided with a first opening and a second opening, the first opening is communicated with the air supply port, the second opening is communicated with the air inlet end of the air duct 20, and the second connecting piece 101 is connected with the fan box 104; a fan 105 is disposed within the fan box 104, the fan 105 being configured to drive air from the first opening to the second opening. The first opening, the inside of the fan case 105, and the second opening communicate with each other. The present embodiment does not limit the shape and size of the first opening and the second opening as long as air can pass through; preferably, the fan box 104 and the water storage tank 102 can be detachably connected by clamping or screwing, so as to conveniently take out the humidifying filter element 103 from the water storage tank 102, and further conveniently replace or maintain the humidifying filter element 103.
The humidifying device further comprises a motor 106, the motor 106 is in transmission connection with the fan 105, the motor 106 is arranged in the fan box 104 and is in threaded connection with the fan box 104, the fan 105 is driven to rotate through the motor 106, and then airflow is driven to flow from the air supply opening to the air inlet end of the air guide pipe 20. Furthermore, because the motor 106 has a large volume and cannot be completely accommodated in the fan box 104, part of the motor 106 extends out of the fan box 104 and abuts against the second connector 101, which easily causes that the second connector 101 cannot be connected with the fan box 104; to avoid this, in this embodiment, the side of the second connector 101 facing away from the first connector 201 is provided with a mounting cover 1013, the mounting cover 1013 has a cavity therein, which is communicated with the second through hole, and the cavity is used for accommodating part of the motor 106, and the mounting cover 1013 is connected with the fan box 104 so that the cavity is communicated with the second opening. The installation cover 1013 may be in a regular shape such as a cylindrical shape, a prismatic shape, a hemispherical shape, etc., or may be in other irregular shapes, and when the installation cover 1013 is a cylindrical shape, the cavity is also a cylindrical shape, and when the installation cover 1013 is a hemispherical shape, the cavity is also a hemispherical shape; the connection mode of the mounting cover 1013 and the fan box 104 may be clamping, or may be screwing or welding, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The humidifying device further comprises a water adding tank 107, the water adding tank 107 is accommodated in the water storage tank 102, a water outlet is formed in the side wall of the water adding tank 107, and the water outlet is communicated with the inside of the water storage tank 102. After the air conditioner internal unit works for a period of time, when the water storage capacity in the water storage tank 102 is not enough to wet the humidifying filter element 103, the water outlet of the water adding tank 107 is opened, so that the water adding tank 107 injects water into the water storage tank 102, the humidifying filter element 103 is prevented from being dry, and the humidity of the air passing through the humidifying filter element 103 is prevented from being not improved or being improved slightly.
The humidifying device further comprises an electromagnetic valve and a first liquid level detection device, the electromagnetic valve is assembled at the water outlet, the electromagnetic valve is used for controlling opening and closing of the water outlet, the first liquid level detection device is arranged inside the water storage tank 102 and electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve, and when the first liquid level detection device detects that the liquid level of the water storage tank 102 does not reach a first preset height, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened so as to open the water outlet of the water adding tank 107 and inject water into the water storage tank 102. Through the above arrangement, the liquid level of the water storage tank 102 can be automatically monitored, when the liquid level of the water storage tank 102 does not reach the first preset height, the water adding tank 107 automatically adds water to the water storage tank 102, and compared with the water adding of the water storage tank 102 by a user, the humidifying device can be prevented from being detached when water is added, so that the maintenance cost is reduced. The first liquid level detection device may be a liquid level sensor or a buoyancy switch, which is not limited in this embodiment; the first preset height is not limited in this embodiment, as long as the liquid level in the water storage tank 102 reaches the first preset height, the humidity of the air passing through the humidifying filter element 103 can be greatly increased.
After the air conditioner internal unit work a period, the water storage capacity of adding water tank 107 descends, in order to avoid adding the water in the water tank 107 whole consumption, and then can't be the storage water tank 102 moisturizing, humidification device still includes second liquid level detection device and alarm device in this embodiment, second liquid level detection device and alarm device electricity are connected, second liquid level detection device sets up in adding water tank 107, a liquid level that is used for detecting adding water tank 107 does not reach the second when predetermineeing the height, control alarm device sends the police dispatch newspaper, and remind the user in time to add water tank 107 lack of water, need change or moisturizing. The second preset height can be freely set by a user or a technician according to actual needs; or may be calculated based on a user's experience with the amount of water required by the filler tank 107. The second liquid level detection device may be a liquid level sensor or a buoyancy switch, which is not limited in this embodiment; the alarm device may be a Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamp, or a buzzer or a speaker.
The water adding tank 107 is also provided with a water filling port, and when the water adding tank 107 is lack of water, water is added into the water adding tank 107 through the water filling port, so that the water adding tank 107 can be recycled. The water filling port may be disposed on a sidewall of the water adding tank 107, or may be disposed at the top or bottom of the water adding tank 107. When water needs to be added into the water adding tank 107, the first air treatment device 10 is detached, the water adding tank 107 is taken out from the water storage tank 102, and water is added into the water adding tank 107 from a water filling port of the water adding tank. Furthermore, in order to facilitate the user to take out the water adding tank 107, a pull rope or a handle is further arranged on the water adding tank 107; in this embodiment, it is preferable that the water adding tank 107 is provided with a first take-out port and a second take-out port on both side walls which are opposed to each other in the width direction, and the first take-out port and the second take-out port are opposed to each other and are provided near the top of the water adding tank 107.
When the air conditioner internal unit works, indoor air enters from the main air inlet and then enters the water storage tank 102 from the air inlet communicated with the main air inlet, an air flow is formed under the driving action of the fan 105, and the air flow passes through the humidifying filter element 103 to take away moisture on the humidifying filter element 103; then, the air flow enters the through hole of the second annular flange communicated with the humidifying filter element 103, passes through the second annular flange, flows to the middle through hole, flows to the fan box 104 from the middle through hole, and sequentially passes through the first opening and the second opening of the fan box 104; then, the air flow enters the cavity of the installation cover body 1013 from the second opening, flows to the second through hole of the second connecting piece 101, enters the communicated first through hole from the second through hole, and flows into the air inlet end of the air duct 20 from the first through hole; finally, the air flows into the main air duct through the air outlet end of the air duct 20, joins with the air flow in the main air duct, and is discharged to the indoor through the main air outlet 301, thereby increasing the humidity of the indoor air.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the air conditioner indoor unit further includes a second air treatment device, the second air treatment device is provided with a third connecting piece, the first connecting piece 201 is detachably connected with the third connecting piece, so that the air supply port of the second air treatment device is communicated with the air inlet end of the air duct 20; the second air treatment device has a different air treatment function from the first air treatment device 10, and when the first connecting member 201 is separated from the second connecting member 101, the third connecting member is connected to the first connecting member 201. Because the second connecting piece 101 of the first air treatment device 10 is detachably connected with the first connecting piece 201 of the air guide tube 20, a user can detach the first air treatment device 10 and then connect the second air treatment device with the air guide tube 20, so that the treatment function of the indoor air by the indoor air conditioner is changed, the treatment function of the indoor air by the indoor air conditioner is diversified, and the individualized requirement of the user on the air treatment function can be met. The second air processing device, similar to the first air processing device 10, may be a humidifying device, or may be a purifying device or other processing devices, and details of this embodiment are not repeated herein; the structure of the third connecting member is similar to that of the second connecting member 101, and the description of this embodiment is omitted. The first air treatment device 10 has a different air treatment function from the second air treatment device, which is illustratively a purification device or other treatment device when the first air treatment device 10 is a humidification device; when the first air treatment device 10 is a purification device, the second air treatment device is a humidification device or other treatment device.
In summary, the air conditioner indoor unit according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the first air treatment device 10 and the air duct 20. The air outlet end of the air duct 20 is used for being communicated with a main air duct, the air inlet end of the air duct 20 is provided with a first connecting piece 201, the first air treatment device 10 is provided with a second connecting piece 101, the first connecting piece 201 is detachably connected with the second connecting piece 101, and the air supply opening of the first air treatment device 10 is communicated with the air inlet end of the air duct 20. Through the arrangement, when the air conditioner internal unit works for a period of time, the first air treatment device 10 needs to be maintained or replaced, because the first connecting piece 201 is detachably connected with the second connecting piece 101, the first connecting piece 201 can be separated from the second connecting piece 101, and further the first air treatment device 10 is separated from the air guide tube 20, after the first air treatment device 10 is detached alone, the first air treatment device 10 is maintained or replaced alone, and compared with the replacement of the first air treatment device 10 and the air guide tube 20, the maintenance cost is reduced.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

The indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first connecting piece comprises a mounting seat, a third through hole communicated with the air guide tube is formed in the mounting seat, the second connecting piece comprises a plug board, a fourth through hole communicated with an air supply port of the first air treatment device is formed in the plug board, a slot is further formed in the mounting seat, and the plug board is inserted in the slot so that the third through hole is communicated with the fourth through hole.

An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 2-3, further comprising a fastening screw, wherein a threaded hole is formed in the insertion plate, a mounting hole is formed in the mounting seat, and the fastening screw penetrates through the mounting hole and then is matched with the threaded hole.

An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein a first magnetic body is provided on the insertion plate, a second magnetic body is provided on the mounting seat, and the first magnetic body attracts the second magnetic body when the insertion plate is inserted into the slot.
6. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein the first magnetic body is arranged on one side of the insertion plate facing the mounting seat, and the second magnetic body is arranged at the bottom of the insertion groove.

The indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 5, wherein a first abutting flange is arranged on the insertion plate, a second abutting flange extending out of the insertion slot is arranged on the mounting seat, when the insertion plate is inserted into the insertion slot, the first abutting flange is attached to the second abutting flange, the first magnetic body is arranged on the first abutting flange, and the second magnetic body is arranged on the second abutting flange.

The indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first air treatment device is a humidifying device, the humidifying device comprises a water storage tank and a humidifying filter element, an air inlet is arranged on the side wall of the water storage tank, an air supply opening is arranged at the top of the water storage tank, the air inlet is communicated with the air supply opening, and the second connecting piece is connected with the water storage tank;
the humidification filter core sets up in the storage water tank, the humidification filter core is the tubulose, the humidification filter core with the air supply mouth intercommunication.

The indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 8, wherein the humidifying device further comprises a fan and a fan box arranged at the top of the water storage tank, the fan box is provided with a first opening and a second opening, the first opening is communicated with the air supply opening, the second opening is communicated with the air inlet end of the air guide pipe, and the second connecting piece is connected with the fan box; the fan is arranged in the fan box and used for driving air to flow from the first opening to the second opening.

The indoor unit of claim 1, further comprising a second air treatment device, wherein the second air treatment device is provided with a third connecting piece, and the first connecting piece is detachably connected with the third connecting piece so that an air supply port of the second air treatment device is communicated with the air inlet end of the air guide tube; the second air treatment device and the first air treatment device have different air treatment functions, and when the first connecting piece is separated from the second connecting piece, the third connecting piece is connected with the first connecting piece.
