Abstract
The invention relates to a 24-degree double-seal pipeline connecting piece, which relates to the technical field of spacecraft liquid propulsion system pipeline sealing and comprises a ball head, an outer sleeve nut, a threaded joint, an O-shaped ring, a retainer ring and a trapezoidal retainer ring. The 24-degree double-seal pipeline connecting piece is characterized in that a double-seal structure is formed by a metal hard seal pair formed by a ball head and a 24-degree conical surface and a nonmetal seal pair formed by an O-shaped ring and the inner wall of a threaded joint, and a check ring and a trapezoidal check ring are used for fixing the O-shaped ring, so that the O-shaped ring is prevented from being extruded by high-pressure gas until the nonmetal seal pair fails. The invention solves the problems of long service life and reliable sealing of space stations, deep space detectors, power weapons, and the like in long-term storage, and can be widely applied to the connection of fluid pipeline systems of manned spacecrafts, satellites, missiles, vehicles (rockets), and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spacecraft liquid propulsion system pipeline sealing, in particular to a 24-degree double-sealing pipeline connecting piece.
Background
The leak tightness of the pipe connections plays a crucial role in space propulsion systems, since both gas and propellant leaks in space propulsion systems lead to reduced performance or life and even to loss of function. At present, standard double-seal conduit connecting pieces are formed in the domestic aerospace field, and two types of plunger type double-seal pipeline connecting pieces with end face gasket seal and O-shaped ring seal and plunger type double-seal pipeline connecting pieces with double-channel O-shaped ring seal can be selected.
For liquid titanium alloy pipelines of spacecraft space propulsion systems, if plunger type pipeline connectors in the form of end gaskets and O-ring seals are selected, the corresponding end gaskets are made of 1035 aluminum or T2 copper. Among them, the aluminum gasket and the titanium alloy joint are in direct contact, and there is electrochemical corrosion caused by potential difference, and the copper gasket also generates combustion reaction with the oxidant (dinitrogen tetroxide) and cannot be used, so the plunger type pipeline connecting piece only can adopt the double-channel O-shaped ring sealing mode.
When the pipeline connecting piece in the form of radial sealing of the two O-shaped rings is used for a liquid propellant pipeline, the O-shaped rings are always soaked in a propellant medium, the sealing failure mechanisms of the two O-shaped rings are the same, and the long-life sealing requirement of a space station and a deep space exploration type propulsion system is difficult to meet.

In order to meet the long-life sealing requirements of propulsion systems of space stations, deep space exploration and other types, the invention provides a 24-degree double-sealing pipeline connecting piece for a spacecraft liquid propulsion system, which can realize long-term reliable sealing of a gas-liquid pipeline of the spacecraft liquid propulsion system.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a24-degree double-sealing pipeline connecting piece comprises a ball head, an outer sleeve nut, a threaded joint and an O-shaped ring; a chamfer is arranged on the outer peripheral side of one end, close to the threaded joint, of the ball head to form a table body end, and the included angle between the extension lines of two bevel edges of the side projection of the table body end is 24 degrees;
a first sealing groove is formed in one end, close to the ball head, of the threaded joint, a butting groove is formed in the bottom of the first sealing groove, the butting groove of the threaded joint is in splicing fit with the table body end of the ball head, the inner peripheral side, close to one end of the threaded joint, of the outer nut is movably connected with the outer peripheral side, close to one end of the ball head, of the threaded joint, and the outer nut is used for enabling the threaded joint and the ball head to be close to or far away from each other; a fastening ring is arranged in the middle of the outer periphery of the ball head along the circumferential direction of the ball head; the part of the ball head between the fastening ring and the platform body end is in inserted fit with the first sealing groove; a second sealing groove is formed between the table body end of the ball head and the fastening ring along the circumferential direction of the fastening ring, and the O-shaped ring is sleeved on the outer circumferential side of the second sealing groove; the outer peripheral side of the O-ring abuts against the inner peripheral side of the first seal groove.
The invention is further arranged in such a way that one end of the outer sleeve nut, which is close to the threaded joint, is provided with a connecting groove, the other end of the outer sleeve nut is provided with a through hole, the through hole is communicated with the connecting groove, one end of the ball head, which is far away from the threaded joint, penetrates through the through hole, and the fastening ring is positioned inside the connecting groove.
The invention is further provided that the diameter of the orthographic projection of the fastening ring is smaller than the diameter of the through hole.
The invention is further provided that the inner peripheral side of one end of the outer nut close to the threaded joint is in threaded connection with the outer peripheral side of one end of the threaded joint close to the ball head.
The invention is further provided that a check ring is arranged on one side, close to the threaded joint, in the second sealing groove, and the check ring is made of fluoroplastic.

(1) the long-term reliable sealing of the gas and liquid pipelines of the liquid propulsion system is realized through a simple and compact mechanical structure by the ball head, the outer sleeve nut, the threaded joint and the O-shaped ring, so that the maintenance requirement is met, and the long-term reliable sealing among the pipelines is also realized;
(2) the peripheral side of one end of the ball head close to the threaded joint is provided with a table body end, and the included angle between the extension lines of two bevel edges of the side projection of the table body end is 24 degrees; a first sealing groove is formed in one end, close to the ball head, of the threaded joint, a butting groove is formed in the bottom of the first sealing groove, and the butting groove of the threaded joint is in splicing fit with the table body end of the ball head to form a metal hard sealing pair;
(3) the O-shaped ring, the ball head and the threaded joint together form a radial non-metal sealing pair, and the 24-degree double-sealing pipeline is more reliable in long-term sealing.

The retainer ring 6 and the trapezoidal retainer ring 5 play a role in fixing the O-shaped ring 4, and prevent that when the first seal fails, high-pressure gas extrudes the O-shaped ring 4 to cause the second non-metal seal to fail. The sealing form can be applied to the connection of high-pressure gas pipelines below 35 MPa.
