Furthermore, various fault alarms are realized by adopting AD16-30JC and a white combined indicator lamp with characters.

An integrated hydraulic station machine-side control system integrates an S7-300PLC remote station and an integrated control system for displaying all faults in a hydraulic station; collecting, monitoring, alarming, local operation and remote operation of information in the hydraulic station by adopting a PLC (programmable logic controller); the interface module communicates with the electrical cabinet in the electrical room and the HMI in the main control room through the Ethernet or the PROFIBUS-DP network, so as to realize automatic control and monitoring.
The pressure relay, the liquid level controller, the temperature controller, the oil filtering signal transmitter, the butterfly valve travel switch and the like acquire and input signals of system pressure, liquid level, temperature, filter blockage information, butterfly valve position and the like into the PLC for calculation and processing.
A DC24V20A direct-current power supply is adopted to supply power for the electromagnetic water valve and the electric butterfly valve. The PLC module is powered by a DC24V 10A direct current power supply.
The AD16-30JC and white combined indicator lamp with characters of M multiplied by Nmm are adopted to realize various fault alarms.
When the oil temperature of the hydraulic system is too high or too low, the system pressure is too high or too low, the main pump has faults of low oil supply pressure, filter blockage and the like, and then the system is controlled and displayed in real time.
