In a bathroom floor in which a plurality of floor panels are arranged, the floor panels are reliably and easily connected to each other. The adjacent first floor panel (5A) and second floor panel (5B) of the bathroom floor (2) are connected to each other by a bathroom floor panel connecting device (20). A first connecting part (30) of the device (20) is arranged on the first floor panel (5A), and a second connecting part (40) is arranged on the second floor panel (5B). Generally, a floor panel of a unit bath (ユニットバス) is manufactured by compression molding, lamination molding, or the like, and is carried to a construction site and installed.
A floor for a large bathroom such as a nursing facility is configured from a plurality of bathroom floor panels in consideration of size restriction of a molding machine, ease of carrying in and handling, and the like.

Technical problem to be solved by the invention
The plurality of bathroom floor panels are carried into a construction site, laid in line, and connected to each other. On the other hand, walls of a building skeleton are built around a bathroom floor, and there are many places where the outside space of the bathroom in plan view is narrow or almost nonexistent. In this case, it is impossible to fix the adjacent bathroom floor panels to each other with screws from the outside in a plan view of the bathroom.

When a bathroom floor is constructed in a construction site, a first floor panel and a second floor panel are arranged. Preferably, a restricting protrusion protruding toward the opposite side of one of the engaging member and the second coupling component is formed at a side edge portion of the restricting groove.
When the engaging member is moved from the attachment/detachment position to the restricting position in a state where the engaging projection is inserted into the receiving hole, the boss portion is pressed toward the opposite side by the restriction of the boss portion. Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The bathroom 1 in the present embodiment is a relatively large bathroom used in a nursing facility or the like, for example. As shown in fig. 1, the entirety of the bathroom 1 is a shower room. When the bathroom 1 is to be used, a movable bathtub (not shown) may be separately carried in.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a bathroom floor 2 (bathroom floor structure) includes a base frame 3, a drain tank (ピット, pit)4, a plurality of bathroom floor panels 5, and a surface sheet (シート, sheet) 6. The drain tank 4 and the plurality of bathroom floor panels 5 are supported by the base frame 3. A drain tank 4 is disposed in a central portion (predetermined portion) in a depth direction D (vertical direction in fig. 1) of the bathroom 1. The bathroom floor 2 is divided into two floor sections 2a with the drain groove 4 therebetween. A plurality of (e.g., 4 in fig. 1) bathroom floor panels 5 are arranged in the respective floor sections 2a in the width direction of the bathroom 1 (the left-right direction in fig. 1).
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, each bathroom floor panel 5 has a rectangular shape (a quadrangular shape) in a plan view, and the longitudinal direction thereof is oriented in the bathroom depth direction D and the short-side direction thereof is oriented in the bathroom width direction W. As shown in fig. 3, a water flow slope that slopes downward from the end in the depth direction D toward the drain groove 4 is formed on each bathroom floor panel 5 and further on the upper surface (bathroom floor surface) of the floor portion 2 a.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a column notch 2c is formed at one corner of the bathroom floor 2 so as to avoid a building skeleton column. A post notch portion 5e is formed in the bathroom floor panel 5C at the corner portion.
The presence or absence or position of the pillar 2c may be appropriately changed according to the building frame in which the bathroom 1 is installed.
As shown in fig. 4, each bathroom floor panel 5 includes a panel body 10 and a frame 19. The panel body 10 includes a panel main body 11, a lower reinforcing plate 13, and an upper reinforcing plate 12. The panel body 11 is made of a foamed resin. The material of the foamed resin of the panel body 11 is, for example, EPS (expanded polystyrene), and the expansion ratio is about 15 to 30 times. The material of the foamed resin is not limited to this, and may be foamed polyethylene, foamed polypropylene, or the like. The panel body 11 made of foamed resin has heat insulation properties.
The panel body 11 made of the foamed resin is sandwiched between the upper reinforcing plate 12 and the lower reinforcing plate 13 from above and below, thereby forming a sandwich structure. This can reduce the manufacturing cost of the panel body 10 and ensure the required strength.
The reinforcing plates 12 and 13 are made of a metal plate such as stainless steel, iron, or steel, or a resin-coated decorative steel plate. The material of the reinforcing plates 12 and 13 is not limited to the metal body, and may be a hard resin such as a thermosetting resin. Side plate portions 12b and 13b are integrally provided at the four end portions of the reinforcing plates 12 and 13, respectively. As shown in fig. 5, the panel body 11 and the lower reinforcing plate 13 are bonded by an adhesive 15, and the panel body 11 and the upper reinforcing plate 12 are bonded by an adhesive 15A. Examples of the adhesives 15 and 15A include thermosetting two-liquid mixed polyurethane adhesives, but are not limited thereto, and epoxy adhesives, silicone adhesives, and the like may be used. The adhesives 15 and 15A are preferably applied to the entire surface between the panel body 11 and the reinforcing plates 13 and 12, but may be applied locally as long as the required adhesiveness is obtained.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a surface sheet 6 is laid over the upper surface of the panel body 10 of the bathroom floor panel 5 adjacent in the width direction W. The surface sheet 6 is made of relatively soft resin, silicone rubber, or the like. The surface sheet 6 has water repellency. The surface sheet 6 ensures the heating and cushioning properties of the bathroom floor 2. The surface sheet 6 may be cut into an appropriate size at a construction site, or may be preliminarily formed into a predetermined size by an NC cutter or the like at a factory.
As shown in fig. 5, a double-sided adhesive tape 14 is laminated on the upper surface of the upper reinforcing plate 12 of each panel body 10. The skin sheet 6 and the upper reinforcing plate 12 are joined together via a double-sided adhesive tape 14. Alternatively, the top sheet 6 and the upper reinforcing plate 12 may be bonded together with an adhesive.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an outer peripheral frame 9 is provided around the entire periphery of the outer peripheral portion of the bathroom floor 2. The outer peripheral frame 9 divides the frame 19 into outer portions 5w and 5d of the bathroom floor panel 5 facing the bathroom outer periphery. A frame portion 19W is disposed on an outer side portion 5W of each bathroom floor panel 5 on the side opposite to the drain groove 4 so as to extend in the width direction W. In the bathroom floor panel 5 at both ends in the width direction W of the bathroom floor 2, the outer side portion 5D intersecting the outer side portion 5W is provided with a frame portion 19D extending in the bathroom depth direction D.
The frame 19 is not provided on the adjacent side portion 5b and the drain side portion 5a of the adjacent bathroom panel of each bathroom floor panel 5.
Short tank frame portions 19C are provided at the short side edges of the drain tank 4. The depth direction frame portions 19D located on both sides across the drain groove 4 are connected to each other via the groove frame portion 19C so as to form a straight line in a plan view.
As shown in fig. 4, the frame 19 and the outer peripheral frame 9 include a wall/door receiving portion 17 and a skin end receiving portion 18. As shown in fig. 3, a wall/door receiving recess 17f for receiving the bathroom wall panel 7 or a bathroom door frame (not shown) is formed in an upper surface portion of the wall/door receiving portion 17. The skin end receiving portion 18 receives the end portion 6d of the skin sheet 6 other than the drain groove 4 side. These receiving parts 17, 18 are each formed from an aluminum extruded profile.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the wall/door receiving portion 17 and the surface layer end receiving portion 18 of the width direction frame portion 19W each extend horizontally along the bathroom width direction W (the longitudinal direction of the width direction side portion 5W).
In the depth direction frame portion 19D, the wall/door receiving portion 17 extends horizontally along the bathroom depth direction D (the longitudinal direction of the depth direction side portion 5D), while the surface layer end receiving portion 18 extends obliquely with respect to the wall/door receiving portion 17 so as to follow the water flow slope. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the depth direction frame portion 19D, the wall/door receiving portion 17 protrudes upward beyond the surface layer end receiving portion 18, and a side portion 17b of the upper protruding portion of the wall/door receiving portion 17 is exposed to the bathroom inside.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the bathroom floor panel connecting device 20 is interposed between the frame portions 19W adjacent in the bathroom width direction W (adjacent direction). These two adjacent frame portions 19 are connected to each other in a straight line via a connecting device 20, and further, the two adjacent bathroom floor panels 5, 5 are connected to each other.
Hereinafter, when the two adjacent frame portions 19 are distinguished from each other, one is referred to as a "first frame portion 19A", and the other is referred to as a "second frame portion 19B". The holder member 31 is made of hard resin and has a vertically long shell shape. As shown in fig. 4, the retainer member 31 is formed to have a side view substantially identical to the cross-sectional shape of the wall/door receiving portion 17 formed of an aluminum extrudate when viewed in the width direction W. A wall/door receiving recess 31f is formed in an upper surface portion of the holder member 31. The wall/door receiving recess 31f is formed to have the same cross section as the wall/door receiving recess 17f of the frame 19, and receives the bottom of the bathroom wall panel 7 (or bathroom door frame). As shown in fig. 6, the wall/ door receiving recesses 17f, 17f of the adjacent frame portions 19A, 19B are linearly connected to each other via the wall/door receiving recess 31f of the holder member 31.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, a pair of upper and lower cutout recesses 31d are formed in the first side plate 31a on the first frame portion 19A side of the holder member 31. A pair of upper and lower cutout recesses 31e are formed in the second side plate 31B on the second frame portion 19B side.
As shown in fig. 7, a waterproof material 51 is provided on an outer surface of the first side plate 31 a. A waterproof material 52 is provided on an outer surface (a surface facing the other side) of the second side plate 31 b. These waterproof members 51 and 52 are made of, for example, EPDM foam. Since the outer side surfaces of the side plates 31a and 31b are planar, the waterproof members 51 and 52 can be stably provided.
The holder member 31 is fixed to an end surface of the first frame portion 19A by a pair of upper and lower fixing screws 37. A flat plate-shaped reinforcing metal fitting 34 is attached to the inner surface of the first side plate 31 a. The fixing screw 37 is screwed into the first frame portion 19A through the insertion hole 34d of the reinforcing metal 34 and the cutout recess 31d of the first side plate 31 a. A reinforcing metal fitting 34 is interposed between the head of the fixing screw 37 and the first side plate 31 a. And the waterproof member 51 is sandwiched and compressed between the end surface of the first frame portion 19A and the first side plate 31 a. Thereby, the waterproof material 51 performs the waterproof treatment between the first frame portion 19A and the holder member 31.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the engaging member 32 is housed inside the holder member 31. The engaging member 32 includes a vertical plate portion 32a, an upper plate portion 32b, and a bottom plate portion 32d, and is formed of a metal member shaped like コ long in the vertical direction. The vertical plate portion 32a is disposed so as to face a direction orthogonal to the opposing direction of the frame portions 19A, 19B, and is attached to the inner side surface of the second side plate 31B. A pair of upper and lower engagement receiving portions 35 are formed on the vertical plate portion 32a (one of the engagement member and the second connecting component). The number of the engagement receiving portions 35 of the engagement member 32 may be only one, or may be three or more.
As shown in fig. 9, each engagement receiving portion 35 includes a receiving hole 35a, a regulating groove 35b, and a regulating protrusion 36. The receiving hole 35a is formed in a circular shape and penetrates in the thickness direction of the vertical plate portion 32 a. The regulating groove 35b extends downward (along the displacement direction) from the receiving hole 35 a. The width of the restriction groove 35b is smaller than the diameter of the receiving hole 35 a.
The regulating protrusion 36 is formed by cutting (cutting り to cut こし) at each of the side edge portions of the vertical plate portion 32a on both sides of the regulating groove 35 b. The pair of regulating protrusions 36 are disposed to face each other across the regulating groove 35 b. Each restricting raised portion 36 is raised from the vertical plate portion 32a toward the first side plate 31a (the side opposite to the other of the engaging member and the second connecting component).
The front side of the restricting bulging portion 36 facing the first side plate 31a includes a flat top surface 36a and an inclined guide surface 36 b. The inclined guide surface 36b is connected to an edge of the lower side of the receiving hole 35a, and is inclined from this position toward the downward first side plate 31a side. The flat top surface 36a is connected to the lower end portion of the inclined guide surface 36 b. The flat top surface 36a protrudes toward the first side plate 31a from the front side surface of the vertical plate portion 32a facing the first side plate 31a, and is orthogonal to the facing direction W of the frame portions 19A, 19B and the direction in which the floor panels 5A, 5B are adjacent to each other.
As shown in fig. 7 and 10, the engaging member 32 can be displaced (raised) upward and downward (in a displacement direction intersecting the adjacent direction) in the holder member 31. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the holder member 31 is provided with the operation member 33 for lifting. The operating member 33 is constituted by a screw. The operating member 33 passes through the upper plate portion 31c (upper surface portion) of the holder member 31, hangs down to the internal space of the holder member 31, and is screwed into the upper plate portion 32b of the engaging member 32. The head 33a (operation portion) of the screw constituting the operation member 33 is rotatably locked to the upper plate portion 31 c. The head portion 33a is exposed at the bottom of the wall/door receiving recess 31f of the holder member 31.
The engagement member 32 is moved up and down between an upper regulation position (fig. 7) and a lower attachment/detachment position (fig. 10) by a screw rotation operation of the operation member 33. At this time, the engagement member 32 is held by the holder member 31 so as not to be rotated by the torque from the operation member 33.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, when the engaging member 32 is at the attachment/detachment position, the bottom plate portion 32d is seated on the bottom portion of the holder member 31. The pair of receiving holes 35a are located at the same height as the corresponding notch recesses 31e, respectively, and these receiving holes 35a communicate with the notch recesses 31 e.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the engaging member 32 is at the restricting position, the upper plate portion 32b abuts against the lower surface of the upper plate portion 31c of the holder member 31. The receiving hole 35a is offset upward of the corresponding notch recess 31e, and the regulating groove 35b and the regulating ridge 36 are located at the height of the notch recess 31 e.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the second connecting part 40 provided in the second frame portion 19B includes a pair of upper and lower connecting screw members 41. Each of the connection screw members 41 is screwed into an end portion of the second frame portion 19B opposite to the first frame portion 19A, toward the longitudinal direction of the second frame portion 19B. The upper connection screw member 41 is disposed at a height corresponding to the height of the upper cutout recess 31e of the first connection component 30. The lower connecting screw member 41 is disposed at a height corresponding to the height of the lower notch 31e of the first connecting component 30.
The cylindrical member 42 is fitted in the outer periphery of the head-side portion of the lower head portion of the connection screw member 41. Thus, the connection screw member 41 is a stepped screw having a larger diameter in the portion where the cylindrical member 42 is disposed. The arrangement portion and the head portion of the tubular member 42 in the connection screw member 41 protrude from the opposite end portions of the second frame portion 19B toward the first frame portion 19A side to form engaging protrusions 43. The engaging projection 43 includes a protruding shaft portion 44 and a shaft head portion 45. The protruding shaft 44 is formed by the arrangement portion of the cylindrical member 42 in the connection screw member 41 and the cylindrical member 42. As shown in fig. 8, the diameter of the protruding shaft portion 44 (the outer diameter of the cylindrical member 42) is smaller than the width of the restriction groove 35 b.
As shown in fig. 7, an end portion of the tubular member 42 on the second frame portion 19B side (a step of the stepped screw) abuts against an end surface of the second frame portion 19B.
The end of the tubular member 42 on the first frame 19A side abuts against the shaft head 45.
As the second connecting component 40, a stepped screw which is an integrated body of the connecting screw member 41 and the cylindrical member 42 may be used.
A shaft head portion 45 formed of a head portion of the connection screw member 41 is provided at a projecting end portion (left end portion in fig. 7) of the projecting shaft portion 44. The shaft head portion 45 is larger in diameter than the outer diameter of the tubular member 42, and further larger in diameter than the protruding shaft portion 44. The diameter of the shaft head 45 is smaller than the diameter of the receiving hole 35a of the engaging member 32 and larger than the width of the restricting groove 35 b.
The engaging projection 43 can engage with the engaging member 32.
As shown in fig. 10, when the engaging member 32 is at the detachable position, the upper and lower pair of receiving holes 35a are located at positions having the same height as the corresponding engaging projections 43, respectively. The engaging projection 43 can be inserted into and removed from the receiving hole 35A by horizontally moving the floor panels 5A and 5B toward and away from each other. As shown in fig. 11, the engaging projection 43 is received by the receiving hole 35A in a state where the opposing end surfaces of the floor panels 5A, 5B are in contact with each other. Specifically, the protruding shaft portion 44 penetrates the receiving hole 35a, and the journal head portion 45 is located at a position protruding toward the first side plate 31a side from the vertical plate portion 32a at the peripheral edge of the receiving hole 35 a.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the floor panels 5A and 5B in the connected state, the engaging members 32 of the connecting device 20 of the floor panels 5A and 5B are disposed at the restricting positions. At the restricting position, the restricting grooves 35b and the restricting bulging portions 36 of the pair of upper and lower engagement receiving portions 35 are located at the same height as the corresponding engagement projections 43, respectively. The protruding shaft portion 44 of the engaging projection 43 passes through the regulating groove 35b, and the shaft head portion 45 abuts against and is caught on the flat top surface 36a of the regulating bulge portion 36. The shaft head 45 is strongly pressed against the flat top surface 36a and is restricted. Thus, the first and second connecting parts 30 and 40 are engaged with each other so as not to be separable, and the first and second frame portions 19A and 19B, and hence the floor panels 5A and 5B, are connected to each other so as not to be separable.
As shown in fig. 1, the tank frame portion 19C on the short side edge of the drain tank 4 and each depth direction frame portion 19D are connected via a connection device 29. The coupling device 29 has the same configuration as the coupling device 20 described above for the widthwise frame portions 19W, 19W.
When constructing the bathroom floor 2 at a construction site, the base frame 3 is first installed. A drainage channel 4 is erected above the base frame 3. Further, a plurality of floor panels 5 are arranged in line, and the adjacent floor panels 5(5A, 5B) are connected to each other as follows.
As shown in fig. 10, the engaging member 32 of the connecting device 20 is disposed in advance at the attachment/detachment position. The floor panels 5A and 5B are horizontally opposed to each other. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, these floor panels 5A and 5B are brought close to each other and brought into contact with each other. As the approach operation proceeds, the engaging projection 43 of the second floor panel 5B passes through the cutout recess 31e of the first floor panel 5A and is received by the receiving hole 35A.
Next, by operating the operation member 33, the engagement member 32 is raised to the restricting position as shown in fig. 7 and 8. By disposing the head portion 33a of the operating member 33 on the upper plate portion 31c of the holder member 31, the operating member 33 can be easily screwed from above. Therefore, even if the framework wall 8 or the like is disposed closely to the outer side of the bathroom floor 2 in a plan view, the operation of the operation member 33 is not hindered.
As the engaging member 32 is raised to the restricting position, the protruding shaft portion 44 of the engaging projection 43 is transferred from the receiving hole 35a to the restricting groove 35 b. As enlarged in fig. 13 a to 13b, the shaft head portion 45 is pushed toward the first frame portion 19A (left side in fig. 13) along the inclined guide surface 36b of the regulating protrusion 36, and is shifted toward the flat top surface 36 a. The shaft head portion 45 can be smoothly guided toward the flat top surface 36a by the inclined guide surface 36 b. Accordingly, the engagement projection 43 and the second frame portion 19B are pulled toward the first frame portion 19A.
When the engaging member 32 reaches the restricting position, the shaft head portion 45 is strongly pressed toward the first frame portion 19A side as it goes up (by the vessel り) to restrict the flat top surface 36a of the raised portion 36. Therefore, a strong pressing force or a strong pulling force toward the first frame portion 19A side acts on the second frame portion 19B via the engaging projection 43. In other words, the first and second frames 19A and 19B are strongly pressure-bonded to each other. This enables the first and second floor panels 5A and 5B to be firmly joined to each other. Then, the waterproof material 52 is strongly compressed by the aforementioned pulling force. This can reliably achieve the waterproofing ability of the waterproof material 52, and reliably seal the space between the first connecting component 30 and the second frame portion 19B.
In this way, the floor panels 5 can be easily and reliably connected to each other even in a construction site where the outer space is narrow or almost no space is left in a plan view of the bathroom.
After that, the surface sheet 6 is laid, and the bathroom wall panel 7 (or door frame) is installed. The bottom of the bathroom wall panel 7 (or door frame) is fitted into not only the wall/door receiving recess 17f of the frame 19 but also the wall/door receiving recess 31f of the connecting device 20. Therefore, the operation member 33 can be hidden by the bathroom wall panel 7 (or the door frame). The operating member 33 is not exposed to the side portion 17b of the wall/door receiving member 17 and the like and is not visible from the bathroom.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
For example, the connection device 20 may be provided between the panel bodies 10, 10 of the adjacent first and second floor panels 5A, 5B.
The engaging member of the first joint component 30 on the first floor panel 5A side has an engaging projection, and the engaging projection can be moved between the attachment/detachment position and the regulation position by the operating member 33. The second connecting component 40 on the second floor panel 5B side may have a receiving hole 35a and a regulating groove 35B for the engaging projection of the first connecting component 30, and may further have a regulating protrusion 36.
The restricting position may be located below the mounting/dismounting position. The engaging member may be lowered to be the restricting position.
The displacement direction of the engaging member by the operating member 33 may be a direction intersecting the adjacent direction of the floor panels 5A and 5B, and may preferably be a non-horizontal direction, and may not be limited to the vertical direction but may be a direction inclined with respect to the vertical direction.
The frame 19 is not necessarily provided over the entire bathroom width direction W or the entire bathroom outer periphery, and may be partially provided over the bathroom width direction W or a part of the bathroom outer periphery.
The bathroom floor structure of the invention is not only suitable for large bathrooms such as nursing facilities, but also suitable for other bathrooms such as single houses and collective houses.
The floor panel may be made of FRP.
The bathroom may also have a bathtub and a bathtub pan. The bathroom floor of the present invention may also include the above-described bathtub receiving tray.
Industrial applicability
The present invention can be applied to a large bathroom such as a nursing facility.
Claims (10)
1. A bathroom floor panel connecting device for connecting first and second floor panels adjacent to each other in an abutting direction of a bathroom floor having a plurality of floor panels arranged to each other, the bathroom floor panel connecting device comprising:
a first connecting part having a locking member and an operating member and provided on the first floor panel;
a second connecting part provided to the second floor panel;
the engaging member is movable between a mounting/dismounting position and a restricting position along a displacement direction intersecting the adjacent direction by operation of the operating member,
the second connecting part is attachable to and detachable from the engaging member at the attaching and detaching position and is inseparably restricted by the engaging member at the restricting position,
a receiving hole and a restricting groove having a width smaller than a diameter of the receiving hole and extending from the receiving hole in the displacement direction are formed in either one of the engaging member and the second connecting component, the other of the engaging member and the second connecting component includes an engaging projection projecting toward the one side in the adjacent direction, the engaging projection includes a projecting shaft portion having a smaller diameter than a width of the restricting groove and a boss portion formed at a projecting end portion of the projecting shaft portion, and the boss portion has a smaller diameter than the receiving hole and a larger diameter than a width of the restricting groove.
2. Bathroom floor panel connection according to claim 1,
the operating member is exposed to an upper surface of the first connecting component.
3. Bathroom floor panel connection according to claim 1,
a restricting protrusion protruding toward the opposite side of one of the engaging member and the second coupling member is formed at a side edge portion of the restricting groove.
4. Bathroom floor panel connection according to claim 3,
the restricting bulging portion has a flat top surface facing the opposite side, and an inclined guide surface connecting an edge of the receiving hole and the flat top surface and inclined toward the flat top surface to the opposite side.
5. Bathroom floor panel connection according to claim 3,
the first connecting part or the second connecting part has a side surface facing the other side, and a waterproof member is provided on the side surface.
6. Bathroom floor panel connection according to any of claims 1 to 5,
the first connecting component has a retainer member fixed to the first floor panel and capable of holding the engaging member in a vertically movable manner,
the operating member is a screw member that is rotatably inserted through the upper surface portion of the holding member and is screwed into the engaging member.
7. Bathroom floor panel connection according to claim 6,
a wall/door receiving recess for receiving a wall panel or a door frame of a bathroom is formed in an upper surface portion of the holder member, and a head portion of the operating member is exposed to the wall/door receiving recess.
8. A bathroom floor structure provided with a plurality of floor panels arranged in a line, characterized by comprising:
first and second floor panels adjacent in an abutting direction, and
a bathroom floor panel connecting device for connecting the first floor panel and the second floor panel with each other,
the bathroom floor panel connecting device includes:
a first connecting part provided with a clamping component and an operating component and arranged on the first floor panel, and a second connecting part arranged on the second floor panel,
the engaging member is movable between a mounting/dismounting position and a restricting position along a displacement direction intersecting the adjacent direction by operation of the operating member,
the second connecting part is attachable to and detachable from the engaging member at the attaching and detaching position and is inseparably restricted by the engaging member at the restricting position,
a receiving hole and a restricting groove having a width smaller than a diameter of the receiving hole and extending from the receiving hole in the displacement direction are formed in either one of the engaging member and the second connecting component, the other of the engaging member and the second connecting component includes an engaging projection projecting toward the one side in the adjacent direction, the engaging projection includes a projecting shaft portion having a smaller diameter than a width of the restricting groove and a boss portion formed at a projecting end portion of the projecting shaft portion, and the boss portion has a smaller diameter than the receiving hole and a larger diameter than a width of the restricting groove.
9. The bathroom floor structure of claim 8,
a first frame portion for receiving a wall panel or a door frame of a bathroom is provided on a side portion of the first floor panel facing the periphery of the bathroom,
a second frame portion that receives the wall panel or the door frame is provided on a side portion of the second floor panel facing an outer periphery of the bathroom, the first frame portion and the second frame portion being arranged on a straight line with each other,
the first connecting part is provided at an end portion of the first frame portion on the side of the second frame portion,
the second connecting part is provided at an end of the second frame part on the side of the first frame part.
10. Bathroom floor structure according to claim 9,
a wall/door receiving recess for receiving a bathroom wall panel or a bathroom door frame is formed on an upper surface portion of the bathroom floor panel connecting device,
the operating member is exposed to the wall/door receiving recess.
