2. The wet watermark paper of claim 1, wherein the penetrant is at least one of sulfated castor oil, sodium alkyl sulfonate, sodium alpha-alkenyl sulfonate, and alkylphenol ethoxylates.
3. The manufacturing method of the wet watermark paper is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s100: firstly, adding penetrant into stirring equipment, then adding latex, and stirring and permeating the penetrant and the latex at the speed of 300 revolutions per minute for 1 hour at normal temperature to obtain a mixed solution;
s200: and (5) conveying the mixed liquid in the step (S100) to a coating device, and pressing a wet watermark pattern on the anti-counterfeiting paper by the coating device.

The manufacturing method of the wet watermark paper according to the claim 3, characterized in that the coating device comprises a bracket (1), a coating roller (2), a press roller (3), an auxiliary roller (4) and a coating liquid collecting tank (5), the coating roller (2), the press roller (3) and the auxiliary roller (4) are sequentially arranged on a partition board of the bracket (1) from bottom to top, the anti-counterfeiting paper is arranged between the press roller (3) and the auxiliary roller (4), and the coating liquid collecting tank (5) is arranged right below the coating roller (2).
5. A method of manufacturing a wet-embossed paper as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that the coating roll (2) is connected with a connecting tube (201).
6. The method for manufacturing the wet watermark paper as claimed in claim 4, wherein the press roll (3) is an adhesive covered roll provided with laser engraved pattern protrusions (301) on the surface.
7. A method of making a wet-embossed paper as claimed in claim 6 in which the shape of the protuberances (301) is determined by the shape of the desired watermark pattern or text.
8. A method of manufacturing a wet watermark paper according to any of the claims 3-7, characterized in that the mixture is fed to the application roller (2) through a connecting pipe (201), the application roller (2) is rotated to transfer the mixture to the press roller (3), the press roller (3) is rotated and presses the security paper, thereby pressing a wet watermark pattern on the security paper.
