Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of safety airbag production, in particular to a method for forming a safety airbag in one step and a safety airbag prepared by the same. The method for forming the safety air bag in one step comprises the following steps: a. importing a drawing of the safety airbag into longitude and latitude computer texture CAD software; b. making the surface of the airbag fabric into an identifiable pattern, guiding the pattern into a denier A1 type, and weaving to obtain a coil material; c. and (4) washing, drying and shaping the coil stock, and then placing the coil stock on a cutting machine for cutting to obtain the finished product of the air bag. The method for forming the safety air bag in one step can identify the cutting outline of the yarn, the mark formed on the upper part area of the cavity of the air bag is readable by a cutting machine and is used for cutting and guiding, so that the cutting is convenient and quick, the manual operation is reduced, and the safety air bag formed in one step is provided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of safety airbag production, in particular to a method for forming a safety airbag in one step and a safety airbag prepared by the same.
Background
In order to prevent the bodies of a driver and passengers from being impacted by the front side and the side surface in the process of collision and overturn of an automobile, safety air bags are arranged around the driver and the passengers, and the air bags are opened at the moment of a traffic accident to form a buffering cushion, so that direct collision with harder objects such as a steering wheel, a window, a door panel and a frame of the automobile is avoided, buffering is increased to a great extent, and injury is reduced.
The current automobile-assembled airbags are usually sewn by two layers of fabric or woven by one-step forming airbags. The manufacturing process of the sewn safety air bag is complex, the air tightness of the air bag is poor due to needle holes generated in the sewing process, and the protection effect is general. The cutting of the one-step formed airbag is difficult, and in order to prevent the airbag sealing edge tissue from being cut in the cutting process, the cutting procedure or manual interference is usually corrected, and the cutting of only a certain area of the upper layer or the lower layer cannot be realized.
CN 100432311C discloses a cutting method of one-shot forming airbag, which adds identifiable yarn in the warping process and has complicated operation. According to the identifiable yarn, only the outer contour can be cut, the assembly hole of the air bag cannot be cut, the position of the assembly hole needs to be manually calculated, and then manual cutting is carried out.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the existing safety airbag production, the invention provides a method for forming a safety airbag in one step and the safety airbag prepared by the same.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a method of forming an airbag in one piece, comprising the steps of:
a. importing a drawing of the safety airbag into longitude and latitude computer texture CAD software;
b. making the surface of the airbag fabric into an identifiable pattern, guiding the pattern into a denier A1 type, and weaving to obtain a coil material;
c. and (4) washing, drying and shaping the coil stock, and then placing the coil stock on a cutting machine for cutting to obtain the finished product of the air bag.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, further comprising, in step b, the balloon banding in the checkerboard pattern is filled with 2/2 basket weave, non-inflated areas are filled with an upper and a lower double layer weave, inflated areas are filled with a double layer plain weave, the upper layer weave of the logo one and the logo two is 2/2 twill weave, the lower layer is plain weave, the upper layer of the logo three is 2/2 basket weave, and the lower layer is plain weave.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the step c of marking the first mark, the second mark and the third mark on the exhaust hole of the second-generation meter and marking the assembly hole of the third-generation meter, after the first mark, the second mark and the third mark are identified by a scanner of the cutting machine, firstly, the whole air bag is cut off along the cutting line on the outer side in the non-inflation area, then, a mechanical sucker is adsorbed on the third mark to separate the upper layer and the lower layer of the air bag, an electric cutter cuts a hole on the outer side of the third mark along the cutting line, and a steel baffle extends into the air bag to prevent laser from burning the lower layer of fabric when.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, further comprising that the first sign, the second sign and the third sign are formed by one or more of a weave of double-flat, square-flat, twill and satin.

The method for forming the safety airbag at one time has the advantages that the yarn cutting outline can be identified, the mark formed on the upper layer part area of the cavity of the airbag is readable by a cutting machine and is used for cutting guidance, so that the cutting is convenient and rapid, the manual operation is reduced, and the safety airbag formed at one time is provided.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural view of the present invention, a method for forming an airbag at a time includes the steps of:
a. importing a drawing of the safety airbag into longitude and latitude computer texture CAD software;
b. making the surface of the airbag fabric into an identifiable pattern, guiding the pattern into a denier A1 type, and weaving to obtain a coil material;
c. and (4) washing, drying and shaping the coil stock, and then placing the coil stock on a cutting machine for cutting to obtain the finished product of the air bag.

In embodiments where the body of the air-bag is plain weave, the differences in the grain, colour and lustre of the heavy flat, square flat, twill, satin are plain, these differences form a recognisable marking, and the position of the air-bag on the fabric is determined by recognising a machine-readable marking which distinguishes it from the body. The cutting program calculates the distance between the cutting curve and these machine readable marks to cut the air bag accurately, when the fabric has oblique or arched weft, these marks will also be accompanied by oblique or arched weft, and the computer will recalculate the cutting curve according to the mark offset to prevent cutting the air bag.

Claims (5)
1. A method for forming an air bag in one step is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. importing a drawing of the safety airbag into longitude and latitude computer texture CAD software;
b. making the surface of the airbag fabric into an identifiable pattern, guiding the pattern into a denier A1 type, and weaving to obtain a coil material;
c. and (4) washing, drying and shaping the coil stock, and then placing the coil stock on a cutting machine for cutting to obtain the finished product of the air bag.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein in step b, the airbag sealing edge is filled with 2/2 basket weave, the non-inflated area is filled with upper and lower double layer weaves, the inflated area is filled with double layer plain weave, the upper layer weave of the first and second signs is 2/2 twill weave, the lower layer is plain weave, the upper layer of the third sign is 2/2 basket weave, and the lower layer is plain weave.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step c, the first mark, the second mark, and the third mark are marked, after the first mark, the second mark, and the third mark are recognized by the scanner of the cutting machine, the entire airbag is cut along the cutting line of the outer side in the non-inflation area, then the mechanical suction cup is sucked on the third mark to separate the upper layer and the lower layer of the airbag, the electric cutter cuts a notch along the cutting line of the outer side of the third mark, and the steel baffle plate extends into the airbag to prevent the laser from burning the lower layer of the fabric when the assembling hole is cut.
4. A method of forming an air-bag as claimed in claim 2 or 3 wherein the first, second and third markings are formed using one or more of a double-flat, square-flat, twill, satin weave.
5. An air bag according to any one of claims 1 to 4 produced by a one-shot method wherein the air bag has a double weave in the cavity portion, an upper layer of plain weave and a partial area of one or more of heavy flat, square flat, twill and satin weave, and a lower layer of plain weave; the sealing edge of the air bag is a single layer of tissue.
