(1) drying the quartz sand, and crushing the aerated concrete waste to form aerated concrete waste residue;
(2) weighing cement, quartz sand, rubber powder, hydroxypropyl cellulose ether, polypropylene fiber, a waterproof agent, polyphenyl granules, starch ether and aerated concrete waste residues according to a formula;
(3) putting the weighed cement and quartz sand into a stirrer, uniformly stirring to form a mixture 1, and then putting the rubber powder, the hydroxypropyl cellulose ether, the polypropylene fiber, the waterproof agent, the polyphenyl granules, the starch ether and the aerated concrete waste residue into the mixture 1, uniformly stirring to form a novel caulking agent;
(4) and packaging the novel caulking agent by using a packaging machine.
