Furthermore, the accommodating and detecting device comprises an object placing disc with accommodating grids, a detecting plate distributed with detectors, a detector circuit board and a fixing box; the detector board is arranged below the object placing disc, the detectors correspond to the containing grids one by one to detect the containing conditions in the containing grids and generate corresponding detection signals, and the detector circuit board is electrically connected with the detectors; the object placing plate, the detection plate and the detector circuit board are fixed on the fixed box.
Further, the detector is a thin film pressure sensor.
Furthermore, the storage tray is a foam storage tray, and the shape of the storage grid is matched with the shape of an article to be stored.
Further, the fixing case accommodates and fixes the tray and the detection plate.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an intelligent operation and maintenance article box comprises a box 100 having a box body 2 and a box cover 1, and further comprises an operation and maintenance module 200 disposed in the box body 2; the operation and maintenance module 200 comprises an accommodation detection device for accommodating articles and generating a detection signal according to the accommodation condition, and a control device 204 for controlling the accommodation detection device and displaying the detection result according to the detection signal.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the accommodating detection devices are three in number and are arranged in layers without being fixedly connected with each other so as to facilitate taking and placing of articles. The accommodation detection device includes an upper device 201, a middle device 202, and a lower device 203 in this order from top to bottom. Wherein, the upper device 201 comprises an upper object tray 3, an upper detection plate 4, an upper fixing box 5, an upper detector circuit board 6 and an upper fixing plate 7. The upper layer object placing tray 3 and the upper layer detection plate 4 are fixed in the upper layer fixing box 5 in an accommodating manner, the upper layer detector circuit board 6 is arranged at the bottom of the upper layer fixing box 5, and then the whole upper layer fixing box 5 is mounted on the upper layer fixing plate 7. The upper detection board 4 is arranged at the bottom of the upper object placing disc 3 and is electrically connected with the upper detector circuit board 6.
Similarly, the middle layer apparatus 202 includes a middle layer tray 8, a middle layer detection board, a middle layer fixing cassette 9, and a middle layer detector circuit board 10. The middle layer object placing disk 8 and the middle layer detection board are fixed in the middle layer fixing box 9 in an accommodating mode, and the middle layer detector circuit board 10 is arranged at the bottom of the middle layer fixing box 9. The middle detection board is arranged at the bottom of the middle object placing tray 8 and is electrically connected with the middle detector circuit board 10.
The lower unit 203 includes a lower tray 11, a lower detection plate, a lower fixed cassette 12, and a lower detector circuit board 13. The lower tray 11 and the lower detection plate are accommodated and fixed in a lower fixed casing 12, and a lower detector circuit board 13 is provided at the bottom of the lower fixed casing 12. The lower detection board is arranged at the bottom of the lower storage tray 11 and is electrically connected with the lower detector circuit board 13.
The upper, middle and lower storage trays 3, 8 and 11 are all foam storage trays and are provided with storage grids matched with the storage trays according to the shapes of the stored articles. On the one hand, the article can be protected from shaking in the storage grid, and on the other hand, the article can be conveniently taken and placed. A plurality of film type pressure sensors are distributed on the detection plate at the bottom of the storage plate and correspond to the storage grids above the film type pressure sensors one by one, so that each film type pressure sensor can detect the storage condition of articles in the corresponding storage grid, and operation and maintenance personnel can master the condition of each article in the box conveniently.
When the film-type pressure sensor is arranged, the contact position between the object and the detection plate needs to be determined according to the structure of the object stored in the corresponding storage compartment, and then the sensor needs to be arranged according to the contact position, so that the sensor can be triggered to generate a signal in time after the object is placed in the storage compartment.
The control device 204 comprises a microswitch 14, a controller 19, a display screen 15, a bracket 17 and a signal lamp 16. The top of the bracket 17 is a horizontal panel, the microswitch 14, the display screen 15 and the signal lamp 16 are all arranged on the horizontal panel, the controller 19 is arranged on the outer side of the vertical plate below the horizontal panel, and the detector circuit board, the microswitch 14, the display screen 15 and the signal lamp 16 are electrically connected with the controller 19. The box body 2 is also provided with a battery for supplying power to the internal elements of the whole tool box, and the battery is a rechargeable battery.
The micro switch 14 is triggered to connect the power supply circuit, so that the whole device is powered on, then the film sensor senses whether the corresponding storage grid has an object to press the sensor, if so, a detection signal is generated and sent to the controller 19, the controller 19 generates a corresponding detection result according to the received detection signal, the storage grid which does not detect the object and the corresponding object name are displayed on the display screen 15, and meanwhile, the signal lamp 16 is lightened.
In this embodiment, as a mode of activating the microswitch, the inside of the case cover 1 is provided with one activating portion 18. When the lid 1 is closed, that is, when the box 100 is in the completely closed state, the microswitch 14 is pressed by the trigger 18 without being triggered, and the box inner is in the power-off state. When the box cover 1 is opened, once the trigger part 18 does not act on the micro switch 14 any more, the micro switch 14 is triggered, the power supply circuit is switched on, the box inner parts are electrified to work, and the storage condition of the box inner tools is fed back to the display screen 15. This has the advantage that the microswitch 14 can be forced to act when the box is opened, thereby omitting the manual additional operation and further improving the convenience of the article management work.
Since the receiving inspection devices are arranged in layers to receive more articles and facilitate the taking and placing of the articles, the control device 204 is particularly disposed at one side of the receiving inspection device.

The intelligent operation and maintenance article box of claim 1, wherein: the accommodating and detecting device comprises an object placing disc with accommodating grids, a detecting plate with detectors distributed, a detector circuit board and a fixing box; the detector board is arranged below the object placing disc, the detectors correspond to the containing grids one by one to detect the containing conditions in the containing grids and generate corresponding detection signals, and the detector circuit board is electrically connected with the detectors; the object placing plate, the detection plate and the detector circuit board are fixed on the fixed box.
3. The intelligent operation and maintenance article box of claim 2, wherein: the detector is a thin film pressure sensor.
4. The intelligent operation and maintenance article box of claim 2, wherein: the storage tray is a foam storage tray, and the shape of the storage grid is matched with the shape of an article to be stored.
5. The intelligent operation and maintenance article box of claim 2, wherein: the fixed box accommodates and fixes the object placing plate and the detection plate.

The intelligent operation and maintenance article box of claim 1, wherein: the control device (204) comprises a controller (19) for receiving the detection signals and generating corresponding control signals, a display screen (15) for displaying corresponding detection results according to the control signals, and a support (17) for fixing the controller (19) and the display screen (15), wherein the controller (19) is electrically connected with the display screen (15).
7. The intelligent operation and maintenance article box of claim 6, wherein: the control device (204) further comprises a signal lamp (16) for lighting according to the control signal, and the signal lamp (16) is electrically connected with the controller (19).

The intelligent operation and maintenance article box of claim 6, wherein: the control device (204) further comprises a microswitch (14) for responding to the opening action of the box body cover (1) and switching on a working circuit of the control device (204), and the microswitch (14) is electrically connected with the controller (19).
9. The intelligent operation and maintenance article box of claim 8, wherein: the inner side of the box body cover (18) is provided with a trigger part (18) used for triggering the microswitch (14).
10. The intelligent operation and maintenance article box of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: the accommodating detection devices are arranged in a layered mode, and the control device (204) is arranged on one side of the accommodating detection devices.
