Abstract
An embodiment of the present invention provides a stabilizer bar mounting clip including: the rubber bushing comprises a base, wherein a U-shaped cavity is arranged in the base, and U-shaped openings are formed in two side walls of the base by the U-shaped cavity so as to enable the side walls to form a U-shaped cavity for accommodating a rubber bushing; and the two side walls are respectively provided with an assembling hole. According to the stabilizer bar mounting clamp, the stabilizer bar mounting clamp adopting the machining process and the mounting structure of the stabilizer bar mounting clamp and the rubber bushing are machined by adopting the steel block directly through the machining process, and sufficient strength can be provided under the condition of occupying small space.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile accessories, in particular to a stabilizer bar mounting clip.
Background
The middle straight section of the stabilizer bar on the vehicle needs to be fixed on the frame, so that the two ends of the stabilizer bar can be twisted by taking the middle straight section as a rotating shaft. In the prior art, a stabilizer bar is usually fixed on a frame through a stabilizer bar mounting clip matched with a rubber bushing, and the stabilizer bar mounting clip is generally processed on a vehicle by adopting a stamping or tailor-welding process. However, the force applied to the stabilizer bar system increases with the load of the vehicle, and in order to provide sufficient clamping force to the stabilizer bar mounting clip and ensure sufficient strength and durability, the stabilizer bar mounting clip needs to be very large in size. Because the chassis layout space of the vehicle is limited, the chassis space is quite tight under general conditions, and a great obstacle is brought to the design of the vehicle by a stabilizer bar mounting clamp with a larger size.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the technical problem of providing a stabilizer bar mounting clamp which ensures bearing capacity and reduces size.
To solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides the following solutions:
a stabilizer bar mounting clamp comprises a base, wherein a U-shaped cavity is arranged in the base, and the U-shaped cavity forms U-shaped openings on two side walls of the base so as to form a U-shaped cavity for accommodating a rubber bushing inside the side walls; and the two side walls are respectively provided with an assembling hole.
In some embodiments, the mounting hole is provided on the body of the sidewall, and the mounting hole extends along a direction in which the body of the sidewall extends.
In some embodiments, the mounting hole forms a slot on an inner surface of a side of the body of the sidewall facing the cavity of the U-shape.
In some embodiments, the bottom of the base is provided with a convex edge protruding out of the lower surface of the base.
In some embodiments, the ridges are two to form a cross shape.
The scheme of the invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
the invention provides a stabilizer bar mounting clamp, which can be used for processing a U-shaped cavity on a base, so that two side walls are formed on two sides of the U-shaped cavity on the base, and assembling holes extending along the vertical direction are processed on the side walls; and then convex ribs are processed on the bottom surface of the base. The stabilizer bar mounting clamp adopting the machining process and the mounting structure of the stabilizer bar mounting clamp and the rubber bushing are machined by adopting the steel block directly through the machining process, so that enough strength can be provided under the condition of occupying small space.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a stabilizer bar mounting clip 1, and fig. 2 shows a schematic configuration diagram of a rubber bush 2 when it is fitted on the stabilizer bar mounting clip 1 in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, the conventional stabilizer bar mounting clip 1 includes a U-shaped body, the U-shaped body includes two side walls 11 and an arc-shaped bottom wall 12, and flanges 13 extending in a direction away from the side walls 11 are respectively provided at tops of the two side walls 11, and the flanges 13 are provided with mounting holes 14.
As shown in fig. 1, a reinforcing rib 15 is provided between the side surface of the side wall 11 and the burring 13. The reason is that the current stabilizer bar mounting clip 1 adopts a processing technology of punch forming, so the thickness of the material cannot be too thick; in order to achieve the required structural strength, the structural strength must be increased by increasing the size of the flange, and the flange 13 and the side wall 11 need to be connected by the reinforcing rib 15; the stabilizer bar mounting clip 1 of this structure occupies a large space.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a stabilizer bar mounting clip 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base, in which a U-shaped cavity 102 is formed, and the U-shaped cavity forms U-shaped openings on both side walls of the base, so that the side walls 101 internally form the U-shaped cavity 102 for accommodating a rubber bushing 2; and the two side walls 101 are respectively provided with an assembling hole 103.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fitting hole 103 is provided in the body of the side wall 101, and the fitting hole 103 extends along a direction in which the body of the side wall 101 extends.
As shown in fig. 3, the fitting hole 103 is formed as a slot on the inner surface of the body of the side wall 101 on the side facing the U-shaped cavity 102.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bottom of the base is provided with a protruding edge 104 protruding from the lower surface of the base. Wherein, the ridges 104 are two to form a cross shape.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
