Abstract
The invention provides an automatic waste printer ink collecting device and a printer, relates to the technical field of printers, and solves the technical problems that materials are polluted and wasted when printing materials are replaced in the prior art. As an alternative embodiment, the number of the ink scraping sheets 6 is at least one, and the width of the ink scraping sheets 6 is adapted to the width of the conduction band 1. The width of the ink scraping blade 6 needs to be ensured to be able to remove ink from the conduction band 1.

As an optional implementation mode, the ink scraping device further comprises an auxiliary mounting plate 8, and a second mounting hole corresponding to the first mounting hole on the ink scraping sheet 6 is formed in the auxiliary mounting plate 8.
When the ink scraping sheet 6 is installed, the auxiliary installation plate 8, the ink scraping sheet 6 and the installation plate 9 are sequentially penetrated through bolts and then fastened through nuts. When the ink scraping sheet 6 is worn, the ink scraping sheet can be conveniently replaced.
As an alternative embodiment, the mounting seat 5 is provided with a third mounting hole, and the third mounting hole is used for mounting the automatic waste ink collecting device of the present invention to a printer.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
when printing, the printing trolley 15 of the printer moves along the moving track 14 to print patterns on materials, and waste ink flies to the guide belt 1 during printing; when printing, the motor 2 of the ink receiving conveyor belt can be opened, the motor 2 drives the driving shaft 3 to rotate, so as to drive the conduction band 1 to rotate circularly, the ink scraping sheet 6 can scrape waste ink on the conduction band 1 in the process of the circular rotation of the conduction band 1, the waste ink flows into the waste ink collecting tank along the flow guide arc surface 11 of the ink scraping sheet 6, and when the waste ink in the waste ink collecting tank is collected to a certain degree, the waste ink can be discharged through the discharge pipe 7; the guide belt 1 of the automatic printer waste ink collecting device can be cleaned at any time through the ink scraping sheet 6 and is kept in a cleaning state all the time.
Example 2:
