本发明公开了一种阻燃防静电松紧带,包括内部弹性带和外层织物,所述内部弹性带设置在外层织物内,所述内部弹性带包括抗静电层、强力纤维层,所述的抗静电层由若干根经线与纬线编织而成,所述的经线和纬线均为抗静电纤维,所述强力纤维层设置在抗静电层内,所述外层织物为防滑纤维层,并设置有透气孔,所述防滑纤维层是由若干根纱线纤维和阻燃丝交错编织而成该阻燃防静电松紧带的抗静电层和防滑纤维层均具有阻燃效果,抗静电层中的经线和纬线均为抗静电纤维,抗静电纤维具有防静电功能,因此使得该松紧带具有防静电功能,当该松紧带应用在贴身衣物时,可避免摩擦而产生静电,防止静电对人体造成不适感。

技术领域
本发明涉及松紧带领域,具体来说,涉及一种阻燃防静电松紧带。
背景技术
松紧带又叫弹力线,橡筋线,特别适合于服装产品,用途广泛,但其用料为易燃材料,一旦点燃将容易发生危险,并且许多松紧带是用于贴身衣物中,由于人体与衣物摩擦会产生静电,目前许多贴身衣物具有抗静电功能,然而贴身衣物中的松紧带不具备抗静电功能,因此通过人体的衣物与松紧带位置处摩擦产生静电,使得静电积累在人体身上,从而造成人体不适,鉴于以上缺陷,实有必要设计一种阻燃防静电松紧带。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃防静电松紧带,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种阻燃防静电松紧带,包括内部弹性带和外层织物,所述内部弹性带设置在外层织物内,所述内部弹性带包括抗静电层、强力纤维层,所述的抗静电层由若干根经线与纬线编织而成,所述的经线和纬线均为抗静电纤维,所述抗静电纤维由若干根阻燃丝和竹炭纤维编织而成,所述强力纤维层设置在抗静电层内,所述强力纤维层由强力纤维和弹性乳胶丝编制而成,所述外层织物为防滑纤维层,并设置有透气孔,所述防滑纤维层是由若干根纱线纤维和阻燃丝交错编织而成。
进一步的,所述阻燃丝的材质为阻燃涤纶。
本发明提供了一种阻燃防静电松紧带,有益效果如下:
该阻燃防静电松紧带的抗静电层和防滑纤维层均具有阻燃效果,使阻燃防静电松紧带具有优秀的阻燃效果,使其不易被点燃,避免不必要的意外发生,也使其变得更加耐用,抗静电层中的经线和纬线均为抗静电纤维,抗静电纤维具有防静电功能,因此使得该松紧带具有防静电功能,当该松紧带应用在贴身衣物时,可避免摩擦而产生静电,防止静电对人体造成不适感。

在具体应用中,所述阻燃丝的材质为阻燃涤纶。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,外层织物为防滑纤维层,设置有透气孔,防滑纤维层是由若干根纱线纤维和阻燃丝交错编织而成,防滑纤维层的内部包裹由若干根阻燃丝和竹炭纤维编织而成的抗静电层,抗静电层的内部包裹由强力纤维和弹性乳胶丝编制而成的强力纤维层。
