The lower parts of the two base plates 64 are provided with transversely extending clamping grooves 22 with downward openings, and one end of each clamping groove 22 is provided with a clamping control piece 23; the clamping control member 23 is a strip plate member with three bent sections, wherein the upper end of the clamping control member 23 is hinged to the middle part of the base plate 64 through a pin shaft, and a groove 24 matched with the shape of the port of the clamping groove 22 is formed in the middle part of the clamping control member 23 and the edge part close to the end part of the clamping groove 22; a section of spring 3 is connected to the middle part of the clamping control member 23, one end of the spring 3 is connected to the middle part of the clamping control member 23, and the spring 3 extends transversely and towards the direction far away from the clamping control member 23 and is connected to the base plate 64; the lower plate surface of the clamping control member 23 is provided with a hollow strip-shaped limiting hole 31, meanwhile, a limiting column 32 which is relatively vertically protruded is arranged at the corresponding part of the base plate 64, and the limiting column 32 vertically penetrates through the limiting hole 31, so that the rotation amplitude of the clamping control member 23 is limited.
On the side of the base plate 64 adjacent to the clamping control member 23, the lower portion of the side has a downwardly extending section of the grip portion 8 for easy gripping, and the clamping control member 23 is located between the grip portions 8 and can be relatively exposed and relatively retracted by rotation.
A coupling plate 67 is vertically connected to the upper edges of the grip portions 8 of the two base plates 64, and the coupling plate 67 has a screw hole.
The link type adjusting mechanism 7 mainly comprises an adjusting stud 70, a first link 71 and a second link 72; wherein, the threaded hole is internally threaded with an adjusting stud 70, the adjusting stud 70 is positioned between the two base plates 64 and inclines downwards relatively, and the upper end of the adjusting stud 70 is fixed with a knob 75; a nut slider 74 is screwed on the adjusting stud 70; the nut sliding part 74 is provided with a limiting column 32 which is relatively horizontally raised; meanwhile, a strip-shaped limiting hole 31 is formed at a corresponding position of the base plate 64, and the limiting column 32 penetrates through the limiting hole 31, so that the lifting movement amplitude of the nut sliding piece 74 is limited.
The limit column 32 on the nut sliding part 74 can be used as a shaft at the same time, and the shaft is hinged with the first connecting rod 71; the other end of the first link 71 is hinged to a second link 72, the middle of the second link 72 is hinged to the side of the base plate 64 far away from the adjusting stud 70 through a pin, the end of the second link 72 is exposed out of the base plate 64, and the exposed end has a hook 73 bent downward relatively.
The upper end of the fastening chain 63 is hinged to the upper part of the base plate 64 through a pin shaft and is close to the adjusting stud 70, and after a material with processing is placed on the sawtooth supporting part 62 of the base plate 64, the fastening chain 63 bypasses above the material to be processed and extends downwards to be clamped on a hook body 73 at the end part of the second connecting rod 72; to facilitate the engagement between the fastening chain 63 and the hook body 73, the axis of each hinge portion of the fastening chain 63 is relatively convex.

Claims (10)

1. A cutting machine support comprises a support table-board (4) and a foot rod (5) for supporting the support table-board, and is characterized in that a roller carrier (10) is arranged on the support table-board; the roller frame comprises a clamping mechanism (1) which is positioned at the lower part and used for clamping the table top of the support and a double-roller mechanism (2) which is positioned at the upper part.

The cutting machine support according to claim 1, characterized in that the double-roller mechanism comprises at least two rollers (20) with the same outer diameter and at the same level and in the same plane, and a base (21) for supporting the rollers, wherein the upper edges of the rollers are exposed at the upper end of the base, and an object to be processed is supported between the upper ends of the adjacent rollers.

The cutting machine support according to claim 2, characterized in that the lower part of the base is provided with a clamp groove (22) with a downward opening and matched with the cross-sectional profile of the support table, one end of the clamp groove is provided with a clamping control piece (23) hinged to the base, meanwhile, a section of spring (3) is connected between the clamping control piece and the base, and the edge part of the clamping control piece close to the end part of the clamp groove is provided with a groove (24) matched with the shape of the port of the clamp groove; and a limiting mechanism used for limiting the relative rotation amplitude of the clamping control piece is arranged between the clamping control piece and the base.

A cutter frame according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping mechanism is provided with a clamp groove (22) opening downwards and matching the cross-sectional profile of the table of the frame, one end of the clamp groove being provided with a clamping control member (23) which by rotation changes the width of the clamp groove to create clamping and release.

The cutting machine bracket as recited in claim 4, characterized in that the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping base (25), a clamping groove with a downward opening is arranged at the lower part of the clamping base, a static clamping block (26) is arranged at one end of the clamping groove, a dynamic clamping block (27) is arranged at the other end of the clamping groove, and the shapes of clamping surfaces of the static clamping block and the dynamic clamping block, which are opposite to each other, are matched with the cross-sectional profile of the bracket table surface; the dynamic clamping block is hinged to the clamping base, an elastic piece (28) is arranged between the dynamic clamping block and the clamping base, a section of inclined and prolonged rotating handle piece is arranged at the lower part of the dynamic clamping block, a limiting piece (29) extending upwards in an inclined mode is arranged at the upper part of the dynamic clamping block, and the limiting piece can be abutted against the clamping base to limit the rotating amplitude of the dynamic clamping block and the rotating handle piece.

The slitter frame according to claim 2, wherein the base comprises two parallel vertical plates, the upper parts of which are connected in front to two parallel shafts, on which the rollers are connected; the upper edge of the plate is arranged into a V-shaped edge with a concave middle part; or the upper edge of the plate is arranged into a V-shaped edge with a concave middle part, and the middle part is in an arc transition from the lowest part to the uppermost end of the edge; the edge part of the roller, which is close to the middle part of the V-shaped edge, is exposed on the V-shaped edge.

The cutting machine support according to claim 6, characterized in that foot rest mounting seats (51) are fixed to both ends of the support table, and foot rods (5) are hinged to the foot rest mounting seats; a through hole is formed in the foot rest mounting seat, a supporting shaft sleeve which is horizontally and axially communicated is arranged below the table surface of the support, a section of telescopic rod (41) is sleeved on the through hole and the supporting shaft sleeve, an adjusting and positioning mechanism for adjusting and positioning the telescopic amplitude of the telescopic rod is arranged between the telescopic rod and the foot rest mounting seat, and the end part of the telescopic rod is connected with a roller bracket (42); the roller bracket comprises a vertical column (43) and the double-roller mechanism (2) fixed at the upper end of the vertical column; the upright post is vertically connected to the end part of the telescopic rod.

The cutting machine support according to claim 1, characterized in that a sawtooth bracket (6) is further arranged on the support table top, and the sawtooth bracket comprises a bracket base (61), a sawtooth supporting part (62) which is arranged on the upper part of the bracket base and is provided with a concave-convex sawtooth edge, a fastening chain (63) with one end connected to the bracket base, a connecting rod type adjusting mechanism (7) which is arranged on the middle lower part of the bracket base and is used for adjusting the fastening degree of the fastening chain, and a clamping mechanism which is arranged on the lower part of the bracket base and has a clamping function; the other end of the fastening chain is connected with the connecting rod type adjusting mechanism.

The slitter support according to claim 9, wherein the carriage base comprises two vertical, mutually parallel base plates; the upper edge of the base plate is provided with a V-shaped edge with a concave middle part, the V-shaped edge is provided with a concave-convex sawtooth edge, and the V-shaped edge is in arc transition from the lowest part of the middle part to the uppermost end of the edge in an upward convex shape; the connecting rod type adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting stud (70) in threaded connection with the base plate, a first connecting rod (71) with one end in threaded connection with the adjusting stud, and a second connecting rod (72) hinged to the other end of the first connecting rod, the middle part of the second connecting rod is hinged to one side, far away from the adjusting stud, of the base plate through a shaft, the end part of the second connecting rod is exposed out of the base plate, and the exposed end part is provided with a hook body (73) bent downwards relatively; the fastening chain is extended downwards after bypassing the upper part of the material to be processed and can be clamped on the hook body.
