Technical Field
The invention relates to a mechanical shearing mechanism, in particular to a cutting device of a straightening and cutting machine.
Background
When the metal wire is produced, the wire needs to be coiled for convenient storage and transportation. However, when the wire rod is used, the wire rod is often required to be straightened and cut into equal lengths, at present, a straightening machine is mainly adopted to straighten the steel bar, and the straightened steel bar cuts the steel bar through a cutting mechanism.
In the prior art, because the work piece does not have stop gear when entering into shutdown mechanism and deciding, perhaps stop gear is in shutdown mechanism's outside (leading wheel promptly) and far away from shutdown mechanism again to lead to the work piece when being cut, the problem that the part takes place to beat is cut, thereby influences the quality of cutting, and cuts the sword and is damaged easily, causes to cut the frequent problem of sword change.

the moving knife mechanism comprises a moving knife and an oil cylinder, and the oil cylinder is mounted on the top plate and connected with the moving knife so as to drive the moving knife to move relative to the fixed knife.

The cutting device of the straightening and cutting machine of the present invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
A cutting device of a straightening and cutting machine is characterized in that: comprises a frame body 1, a workpiece limiting mechanism, a fixed cutter 44 and a movable cutter mechanism.
The rack body 1 comprises a top plate 12, and a vertical plate 11 and a support column 13 which are positioned on the left side and the right side of the top plate 12, wherein a workpiece channel 14 is arranged on the vertical plate 11.
The workpiece limiting mechanism comprises a left adjusting rod 32, a right adjusting rod 33 and an upper adjusting rod 31; the left adjusting rod 32, the right adjusting rod 33 and the upper adjusting rod 31 are respectively in threaded fit with the left side wall, the right side wall and the top wall of the workpiece channel 14, the first ends of the left adjusting rod 32, the right adjusting rod 33 and the upper adjusting rod 31 are located in the workpiece channel 14 to form a limiting channel 34, and the second ends of the left adjusting rod 32, the right adjusting rod 33 and the upper adjusting rod 31 are located on the outer side of the vertical plate 11 to be held and rotated by an operator.
The fixed knife 44 is installed on the back of the vertical plate 11, and the cutting edge of the fixed knife 44 is on the same horizontal plane with the lower point of the limiting channel 34, i.e. the bottom wall of the workpiece channel.
The movable knife mechanism comprises a movable knife 43, a fixed plate 42 and an oil cylinder 41, wherein the oil cylinder 41 is installed on the top plate 12 and connected with the fixed plate 42, the movable knife 43 is connected to the fixed plate 42, and the oil cylinder 41 drives the movable knife 43 to move relative to a fixed knife 44.
When the positioning device is used specifically, the distance between the first ends of the left adjusting rod 32, the right adjusting rod 33 and the upper adjusting rod 31 is adjusted according to the diameter of the workpiece 2, so that the first ends of the adjusting rods respectively abut against the left side, the right side and the upper side of the workpiece 2 passing through the limiting channel 34, the lower side of the workpiece is supported on the bottom wall of the workpiece channel 14, and the stable positioning of the workpiece is realized. Because the fixed knife 44 is arranged on the back of the vertical plate 11, after the workpiece passes through the limiting channel 34, the workpiece directly moves to a position between the fixed knife 44 and the movable knife 43 for cutting, so that the cutting stability of the workpiece is obviously improved, namely, the workpiece cannot move in the cutting process, the cutting quality of the workpiece is obviously improved, the problem of damage caused by workpiece jumping when the movable knife 43 and the fixed knife 44 are cut is avoided, and the service life of the movable knife 43 or the fixed knife 44 is obviously prolonged. In the embodiment, the adjusting rod is in threaded fit connection with the vertical plate 11, so that when the adjusting rod rotates, the distance between the first ends of the left adjusting rod 32, the right adjusting rod 33 and the upper adjusting rod 31 can be adjusted, so that workpieces with different diameters can be limited, and the use flexibility of the adjustable lifting device is remarkably improved.
The embodiment is further configured as follows: the first ends of the left adjusting rod 32, the right adjusting rod 33 and the upper adjusting rod 31 are respectively connected with a left limiting block 36, a right limiting block 35 and an upper limiting block 37. The limiting block can increase the area of the first end of each adjusting rod, so that the stability of abutting against workpieces can be improved, and workpieces with different diameters and sizes can be abutted against the limiting block.
The embodiment is further configured as follows: the left limiting block 36 and the right limiting block 35 are respectively connected to the left adjusting rod 32 and the right adjusting rod 33 in a circumferentially rotatable and axially limiting manner, the side walls of the left limiting block 36 and the right limiting block 35 entering towards a workpiece are inclined guide walls 363 and 351, the upper limiting block 37 is fixedly connected to the end part of the upper limiting rod, and each side wall of the upper limiting block 37 is an inclined guide wall 371. The inclined guide walls 363, 351 and 371 are arranged, so that the workpiece can conveniently enter the limiting channel 34, and meanwhile, the local bending part of the workpiece can be guided and straightened, and the local bending part of the workpiece is prevented from being clamped on the right-angle wall of the limiting block. It should be noted that the vertical plate 11 is a front surface corresponding to the entering direction of the workpiece.
The embodiment is further configured as follows: the left limiting block 36 and the right limiting block 35 are both provided with a T-shaped groove 361, and the first ends of the left adjusting rod 32 and the right adjusting rod 33 are both provided with a limiting block 362 matched with the T-shaped groove 361. The embodiment is further configured as follows: the vertical plate 11 is provided with a first horizontally extending kidney-shaped hole 111, and the fixed knife 44 is provided with a first connecting hole butted with the first kidney-shaped hole 111 and simultaneously penetrates through a positioning bolt; a piston rod of the oil cylinder 41 is connected with a fixed plate 42, the fixed plate 42 is provided with a second waist-shaped hole 421, the movable blade 43 is provided with a second connecting hole butted with the second waist-shaped hole 421, and a positioning bolt penetrates through the second connecting hole, namely, the upper side of the fixed plate 42 is provided with an upper sliding chute 422, and the upper side of the movable blade 43 is in sliding fit with the upper sliding chute 422. Under the structure, after the position adjustment of the fixed knife 44 and the movable knife 43 is completed, the positioning bolt is screwed down, so that the fixed knife 43 and the fixed knife 44 can be fixed, the cutting stability is ensured, and the stability of the movable knife and the fixed knife can be improved due to the arrangement of the sliding grooves.
