Abstract

Background
The screw is applied to various mechanical equipment, and is widely used in the market at present. When the screw is produced, a finished screw is obtained by sequentially carrying out derusting by a derusting machine, cutting by a cutting machine and thread rolling by a thread rolling machine on a reinforcing steel bar coil stock.
However, in the actual machining process, when the workpiece raw material passes through the rust remover, the cutting machine and the thread rolling machine, impurities such as iron chips attached to the body of the workpiece raw material are simultaneously brought into each device. The surface cleaning device for rod-shaped workpieces for screw processing of the present invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1 to 2.

In the embodiment, the air blowing is carried out while the workpiece is cleaned, so that the swept impurities can be directly blown away from the cleaning brush, and the swept impurities are prevented from remaining in the brush ring 3 and being reattached to the workpiece.
The embodiment is further configured as follows: the four blowing holes 12 are arranged uniformly in a circle around the central axis of the main pipe 1. The four air blowing holes 12 can achieve the effect of blowing air for 360 degrees to the workpiece, so that the effect of cleaning the workpiece is remarkably improved.
The embodiment is further configured as follows: the fixed mounting part 13 is a connecting flange formed at the other end of the main pipe 1.
