The mechanical die spraying equipment comprises an operation table (1) and is characterized in that a conveying hole (2) is formed in one side of the operation table (1), three rotating shafts (3) are connected to the inner wall of the conveying hole (2) in a rotating mode, a first motor (5) is fixedly installed on one side of the operation table (1), an output shaft of the first motor (5) is fixedly connected with the corresponding rotating shaft (3), a conveying wheel (4) is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the rotating shaft (3), two conveying belts (6) are connected to the three conveying wheels (4) in a transmission mode, a plurality of positioning rods (7) are fixedly installed between the two conveying belts (6), two symmetrically-arranged fixing rods (8) are fixedly installed at the tops of the positioning rods (7), a spraying box (14) and an air drying box (19) are fixedly installed on the operation table (1), a water guide pipe (16) is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the top and the inner wall of the bottom, water inlet pipe (12) are connected to aqueduct (16) internal rotation, the top and the bottom of spraying case (14) all rotate and are connected with first bull stick (30), first bull stick (30) are connected with aqueduct (16) transmission that corresponds, the top and the bottom of air-drying case (19) all rotate and are connected with second bull stick (21), the top fixed mounting of air-drying case (19) has fixing base (29), the top fixed mounting of fixing base (29) has second motor (20), the output shaft of second motor (20) and second bull stick (21) fixed connection at air-drying case (19) top, the equal fixed mounting in one side that two second bull sticks (21) are close to each other has flabellum (22), and two second bull sticks (21) transmission are connected, exit (15) have all been seted up with the both sides of air-drying case (19) to the both sides of spraying case (14).
2. The mechanical die spraying equipment as recited in claim 1, wherein the spray head (17) is fixedly installed at one end of each of the two water conduits (16) close to each other, and a plurality of water outlet holes are formed in the bottom of the spray head (17).

The mechanical die spraying equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein one ends of the two first rotating rods (30) close to each other are fixedly provided with first gears (34), the outer side of the water guide pipe (16) is fixedly sleeved with a second gear (33), and the first gears (34) and the second gears (33) are meshed with each other.

The mechanical die spraying equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein positioning rings (9) are placed on the two corresponding positioning rods (7), annular chutes (10) are formed at the bottoms of the positioning rings (9), the annular chutes (10) are slidably connected with the four corresponding fixing rods (8), and the supporting rods (18) are fixedly mounted on the inner sides of the positioning rings (9).

The mechanical die spraying equipment as claimed in claim 4, wherein a third gear (11) is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the positioning ring (9), racks (13) are fixedly installed on the inner walls of the two inlets and outlets (15) on the air drying box (19), and the racks (13) are matched with the third gear (11).

The mechanical die spraying equipment according to claim 1, wherein a third rotating rod (27) is rotatably connected to the top of the operating platform (1), a second belt pulley is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the second rotating rod (21), two first belt pulleys (28) which are symmetrically arranged are fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the third rotating rod (27), the second belt pulley and the corresponding first belt pulley (28) are in transmission connection with the same belt (26), and the second rotating rod (21) is in transmission connection with the corresponding first rotating rod (30).
7. The mechanical die spraying equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein two symmetrically arranged air inlet holes (23) are formed in the inner walls of the two sides of the air drying box (19), and a filter screen (24) is fixedly mounted on each of the inner walls of the air inlet holes (23).

The mechanical die spraying equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top inner wall and the bottom inner wall of the spraying box (14) are both provided with an annular positioning groove (31), two symmetrically arranged fixing blocks (32) are slidably connected in the annular positioning groove (31), and the fixing blocks (32) are fixedly connected with the corresponding water guide pipes (16).

The mechanical die spraying equipment as claimed in claim 8, wherein the annular positioning groove (31) is provided with a limiting groove on both inner walls, a positioning block is slidably connected in the limiting groove, and the positioning block is fixedly connected with the corresponding fixing block (32).
