As shown in fig. 2, the output pipeline of the on-site raw liquid pump is divided into two parts, one part is connected with the water inlet pipeline of the water feeding pump, and the other part is connected with the mixing tank so as to keep the original commonly adopted mode of mixing in the mixing tank. When the leveling liquid water-feeding pump internal mixing method is used, the first electromagnetic valve on the branch pipeline of the injection mixing tank is closed, and the second electromagnetic valve on the branch pipeline of the water-feeding pump water inlet pipeline is opened, so that the raw liquid can directly flow to the water-feeding pump to realize the internal mixing of the water-feeding pump.
The precondition for starting the invention is that: the HMI sets the whole wet leveling system to be in a full-automatic mode; inputting a set value of the surface humidity of the strip steel and a set value of the concentration of the mixed liquid on the HMI; "mix in feed pump" is selected on HMI. The set value of the surface humidity of the strip steel is used for calculating the flow required by spraying on the side of the frame together with the width of the nozzle occupied by the strip steel and the speed of the strip steel. The mixed liquor concentration set value is the mixed liquor concentration required by the process and is used for the set value of closed-loop feedback control of the concentration. Selecting "mix in feed pump" will close solenoid valve one in fig. 2 and open solenoid valve two in fig. 2, connecting the outlet pipe of the raw liquid pump to the inlet pipe of the feed pump.
The concentration closed-loop feedback control is that the rotating speed of the raw liquid pump is controlled according to the deviation between the concentration set value input by an operator on the HMI and the actual concentration, so as to control the flow rate of the raw liquid, the rotating speed of the raw liquid pump is increased when the actual concentration is lower than the set concentration, and the rotating speed of the raw liquid pump is reduced when the actual concentration is higher than the set concentration. The conductivity measured by the conductivity detector on the water supply pipe obtains the actual concentration of the mixed liquid in the water supply pipe according to the function relation between the conductivity and the concentration at the corresponding temperature.
The pressure closed loop feedback control is that the rotating speed of the water feeding pump is controlled according to the deviation between the water feeding pressure required by the current working condition of the temper mill and the actual pressure, the rotating speed of the water feeding pump is automatically increased by the system when the actual pressure is lower than the set pressure, and the rotating speed of the water feeding pump is automatically reduced by the system when the actual pressure is higher than the set pressure. The flow required by the current working condition is calculated according to the speed of strip steel in the temper mill area, the width of a nozzle occupied by the strip steel and the humidity of the strip steel, and the pressure required by the target flow can be obtained according to the functional relation between the flow and the pressure in the water supply pipeline, namely the pressure set value in the pressure closed-loop control.
The mixing tank is internally provided with a thermometer, a heater, a liquid level meter and a stirrer, and a water inlet pipeline of the mixing tank is provided with a water replenishing valve. The temperature control realizes the automatic control of the temperature by starting and stopping the heater through the actual temperature under the automatic mode of the system. The liquid level meter and the water replenishing valve realize the automatic adjustment of the liquid level of the mixing tank in an automatic system mode, the water replenishing valve is automatically opened when the liquid level is low, and the water replenishing valve is automatically closed when the normal liquid level is reached, wherein the water replenishing valve is shown in figure 2. The stirrer ensures that the temperature distribution of the desalted water is uniform, and avoids the phenomenon that the temperature of other areas is lower due to overheating near the heater, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the concentration of the mixed liquid in the water feeding pump.
A liquid level meter is arranged in the raw liquid tank, a liquid inlet pipeline of the raw liquid tank is provided with a liquid supplementing valve, when the system is in an automatic mode, the liquid supplementing valve is automatically opened when the liquid level is low, and the liquid supplementing valve is automatically closed when the normal liquid level is reached, and is shown in figure 2. When the wet leveling system works in an automatic mode and the speed of a production line in a leveling machine area is more than 0m/min, the wet leveling system automatically operates, and a mode of mixing leveling liquid in a water supply pump is activated.
When the equipment is operated, the whole wet leveling system is selected to be in an automatic mode on the HMI, and a liquid supplementing valve of the stock solution tank automatically supplements stock solution according to the liquid level of the stock solution tank in the automatic mode; the water replenishing valve of the mixing tank automatically replenishes desalted water according to the liquid level in the mixing tank in an automatic mode; the heater in the mixing tank is automatically started and stopped in an automatic mode according to the temperature of desalted water in the tank, so that the constant water temperature is ensured, and the stability of the concentration of the mixed leveling liquid is ensured; the raw liquid pump is a metering pump controlled by frequency conversion, and closed-loop feedback control is performed according to the measured real-time concentration in an automatic mode; the feed pump is a variable frequency pump, and closed-loop feedback control is carried out according to the water pressure of a real-time feed pipe in an automatic mode, so that the control of the spraying flow of the rack area of the temper mill is indirectly realized.
