Specifically, the portable surgical tool disinfection box comprises a box cover 10, a box body 20 and a base 30; the box cover 10 is arranged at the top end of the box body 20; the box body 20 and the box cover 10 enclose a disinfection space; the cover 10 selectively opens or closes the sterilizing space. The sterilization space is usually kept sealed, i.e. after the sterilization space is steamed and sterilized, the sterilization space is in a sterile and sealed environment before the box cover 10 is opened next time.
Referring also to fig. 2, the housing 20 includes a metal liner 21 therein; a metal bracket 22 is arranged in the metal liner 21; the bottom of the box body 20 is provided with a high-pressure safety valve 23; a pressure relief channel of the high-pressure safety valve 23 is communicated with the inside of the metal liner 21; the base 30 includes a substrate and a heater 35 within the substrate; the bottom of the box 20 is detachably and hermetically connected with the substrate. After the box body 20 is matched with the base 30, the steam can be cooked by using a heating device in the base 30, and high-temperature steam passes through the high-pressure safety valve 23 to enter a disinfection space after the pressure is increased due to the sealing of the base 30 and the box body 20, and is disinfected by using high temperature and high pressure.
Further, in order to increase the sterilization effect, in addition to the high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization, ultraviolet sterilization is provided, and the box body 20 further includes a battery pack and an ultraviolet lamp tube connected to each other; the irradiation area of the ultraviolet lamp tube covers the disinfection space.
Furthermore, supplementary disinfection is carried out before and after the steam boiling disinfection by using ultraviolet rays, and an ultraviolet lamp tube is arranged at the inner side of the box cover 10; the cover 10 is configured to open the ultraviolet lamp when closing the sterilizing space. Namely, the disinfection space is disinfected immediately when closed, and simultaneously, the ultraviolet rays are prevented from irradiating human eyes or the waste of electric quantity is avoided.
Optionally, in this embodiment, an insulating layer 24 is further disposed between the inner wall of the box 20 and the metal liner 21. The heating and cooking efficiency is ensured by the insulating layer 24, and it should be noted that the insulating layer 24 can be a foam insulating layer 24 or a vacuum insulating layer 24.
In order to make the matching between the box 20 and the base 30 more accurate and convenient, in the embodiment, a guide block 25 is arranged on the outer side of the box 20 near the bottom; the base body of the base 30 is provided with a guide groove corresponding to the guide block 25.
Further, referring to fig. 3, in order to ensure the sealing effect and avoid the occurrence of air leakage during heating, etc., in the present embodiment, the guide groove includes a first passage 31 and a second passage 32 connected in sequence; the first passage 31 is provided in the vertical direction; the second channel 32 communicates with the bottom of the first channel 31 and forms a 90 degree angle with the first channel 31.
Further, in the present embodiment, an annular packing 33 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the base body. Likewise, the annular seal 33 provides an additional layer of protection for the seal.
In the cooking process, in order to facilitate the flow of high-temperature gas or liquid, in this embodiment, a one-way pressure release valve 25 is further disposed at the bottom of the box body 20; the one-way relief valve 25 is configured to be open only in the outflow direction of the tank 20. Meanwhile, in the case that it is inconvenient to open the cover 10 due to the excessively high pressure, it may be used for pressure relief.
