The present invention will be explained in more detail by the following examples, which are intended to disclose all changes and modifications within the scope of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the following examples;
the shoulder width adjusting structure of the humpback correcting frame described with reference to fig. 1 to 20 comprises a semicircular rod at one side, a semicircular rod at the other side, a back rod and a waistband 24, wherein the back rod is fixedly connected with the lower ends of a rear rod a4 of the semicircular rod at one side and a rear rod B33 of the semicircular rod at the other side, a gap is left between the semicircular rod at one side and the semicircular rod at the other side of the same structure, an upper rod a2 at the upper part of the semicircular rod at one side is divided into two sections, and a connecting structure for adjusting the length is arranged on the upper rod a2 of the two sections of; the distance between a front chest or shoulder limiting rod A3 and a rear rod A4 of the semicircular rod on one side is adjusted by the connecting structure; the lower end of the back bar is connected to a waist belt 24.
With reference to fig. 9 or 10, in the first connection structure embodiment for adjusting the length of the upper rod a2, a section of upper rod a2 bent backwards is disposed at the upper end of the chest or shoulder limiting rod A3 of the semicircular rod on one side, an adjusting screw 1 is disposed on the end surface of the section of upper rod a2, another section of upper rod a2 bent forwards is disposed at the upper end of the rear rod a4, an adjusting screw hole 43 is disposed on the end surface of the another section of upper rod a2, and the distance between the chest or shoulder limiting rod A3 and the rear rod a4 is adjusted according to the length of the adjusting screw 1 entering the adjusting screw hole 43; similarly, the upper end of the chest or shoulder limiting rod B34 of the semicircular rod on the other side is provided with a section of upper rod B35 which is bent backwards, the end surface of the section of upper rod B35 is provided with an adjusting screw, the upper end of the rear rod B33 is provided with another section of upper rod B35 which is bent forwards, the end surface of the other section of upper rod B35 is provided with an adjusting screw hole, and the length of the adjusting screw entering the adjusting screw hole is used for adjusting the distance between the chest or shoulder limiting rod B34 and the rear rod B33.
With reference to fig. 11 or 12, in the second embodiment of the connection structure for adjusting the length of the upper rod a2, a section of upper rod a2 bent backwards is disposed at the upper end of the chest or shoulder limiting rod A3 of one side of the semicircular rod, an insertion rod 47 is disposed at the end surface of the section of upper rod a2, positioning screw holes 48 disposed at intervals are disposed from one end to the other end of the insertion rod 47, another section of upper rod a2 bent forwards is disposed at the upper end of the rear rod a4, an insertion hole 46 is disposed at the end surface of the another section of upper rod a2, a plurality of unthreaded holes 45 disposed at intervals are disposed on the another section of upper rod a2, the insertion rod 47 is inserted into the insertion hole 46, a screw 44 passes through any unthreaded hole 45 and then is connected with the positioning screw hole 48 at the corresponding position of the insertion rod 47, and the adjustment of the distance between the chest or shoulder limiting rod A3 and the rear rod a4 is obtained by the length of the insertion; the upper end of the front chest or shoulder limiting rod B34 of the semicircular rod on the other side is provided with a section of upper rod B35 which is bent backwards, the end face of the section of upper rod B35 is provided with an inserted rod, one end to the other end of the inserted rod is provided with positioning screw holes which are arranged at intervals, the upper end of the rear rod B33 is provided with another section of upper rod B35 which is bent forwards, the end face of the other section of upper rod B35 is provided with an insertion hole, the other section of upper rod B35 is provided with a plurality of unthreaded holes which are arranged at intervals, the inserted rod is inserted into the insertion hole, a screw passes through any unthreaded hole and then is connected with the positioning screw hole at the corresponding position of the inserted rod, and the length of the inserted rod entering the insertion hole is used for adjusting the distance between the front chest or.

Furthermore, one end of the waistband 24 is provided with a waistband buckle 20, and the other end of the waistband 24 close to the waistband is provided with a plurality of buttonholes 25; the waistband 24 can be replaced by any one of a band for doing exercises, an elastic band and a rope.
When the belt 24 is used, the middle part of the belt is penetrated in the through hole of the lower block 18; or one end of the belt is provided with a roller type belt buckle, the other end of the belt can be provided with no button hole 25, and considering the use of students or teenagers, namely the factor of height increase, which leads to the problem that the elastic body 14 is too short, the lower block body 18 is provided with through holes which are communicated from left to right, and the through holes can be arranged into an upper through hole and a lower through hole or a plurality of through holes from top to bottom; the perforation should not interfere with the installation of the elastomer 14, i.e. the lower block 18 is made thicker; preferably or at the rear face of the lower block 18, a C-shaped plate 22 is provided, and a through hole is formed between the C-shaped plate 22 and the lower block 18; or a connecting piece 21 is arranged between the middle part of the C-shaped plate 22 and the lower block 18, and the embodiment shown in the attached figures 1, 2 or 3 is adopted, so that an upper through hole 19 is formed between the C-shaped plate 22 on the upper part of the connecting piece 21 and the lower block 18; a lower through hole 23 is formed between the C-shaped plate 22 at the lower part of the connecting piece 21 and the lower block body 18; two connecting sheets 21 can also be arranged between the C-shaped plate 22 and the lower block 18 to form an upper through hole 19, a middle through hole and a lower through hole 23; this allows access to the through-going perforations in the middle of the belt; or the middle part of the belt can be cut off to form two sections without a perforation, and then the cut-off part of the belt is fixed on the lower block 18 by a rivet; similarly, the broken portion of the belt may be fixed to the lower end of the elastic body 14 by a rivet.
When the waist belt 24 is replaced by a power practice belt, the middle part of the power practice belt is connected with the through hole of the lower block body 18; or the middle part of the exercise belt is fixed at the rear part of the lower block body 18 through a rivet; or the middle part of the power practice belt is broken into two sections, and the broken part of the power practice belt is fixed on the lower block body 18 through a rivet; the two ends of the exercise belt are connected by binding; similarly, the broken portion of the power band may be fixed to the lower end of the elastic body 14 by a rivet, that is, the bent plate 42 may not be provided at the lower portion of the elastic body 14.
When the waistband 24 is replaced by an elastic band, the middle part of the elastic band is connected on the lower block body 18, namely, the lower part of the lower block body 18 is provided with a through hole which is penetrated left and right for the elastic band to pass through; or the middle part of the elastic band is fixed on the lower block body 18 through a rivet; or the middle part of the elastic band is broken into two sections, and the broken part of the elastic band is fixed on the lower block body 18 through a rivet; two ends of the elastic band are connected with the nylon plush ring through button holes, hidden buttons, hooks or nylon bonding hooks; similarly, the broken portion of the elastic band may be fixed to the lower end of the elastic body 14 by a rivet, that is, the bending plate 42 may not be provided at the lower portion of the elastic body 14.
When the waistband 24 is replaced by a rope; the middle part of the rope is connected on the lower block 18, namely, the lower part of the lower block 18 is provided with a through hole which is penetrated left and right and is used for the rope to pass through; or the middle part of the rope is bound on the lower block 18; or the middle part of the rope is broken into two sections, the broken part of the rope is fixed on the lower block body 18 by binding, and the two ends of the rope are connected by binding; similarly, the broken portion of the string may also be fixed to the lower end of the elastic body 14 by a rivet, that is, the bending plate 42 is not disposed at the lower portion of the elastic body 14.
Further, the one-side semicircular rod formed by the chest or shoulder limiting rod A3, the upper rod a2, the rear rod a4 and various implementation structural members, the other-side semicircular rod formed by the chest or shoulder limiting rod B34, the upper rod B35, the rear rod B33 and various implementation structural members, the upper block body 10 and the lower block body 18 can be made of plastics, nylon or metal, and weight-reducing fabrication holes or recesses can be locally arranged under the condition of ensuring the design strength; the chest or shoulder limiting rod A3 of the half-round rod on one side and the chest or shoulder limiting rod B34 of the half-round rod on the other side can obtain the comfort close to the chest or shoulders by widening and installing angle-adjustable widening plates and the like, and can also be locally connected by hinging without changing the framework of the application, and other structures are added to realize the adjustment of the length and the width, and any one of the structures formed by splicing connection or combination of multiple materials belongs to the protection range of the application; the designation of the rod of the semicircular rod at one side and the semicircular rod at the other side is not only limited, but also can be called as a plate, a sheet, a pipe, a strip or a body, the semicircle can also be called as a door shape, namely, the semicircular rod at one side is provided with a front chest or shoulder limiting rod A3 and a rear rod A4, a front chest or shoulder limiting rod B34 and a rear rod B33, and the middle parts of the upper rod A2 of the semicircular rod at one side and the upper rod B35 of the semicircular rod at the other side can be in any overhead connection mode; the designation of upper block 10 and lower block 18 is also the reason that upper block 10 and lower block 18 may also be referred to as plates, sheets, strips or individual blocks, or individual bodies; the elastic body 14 may be any elastic body such as a spring steel plate, elastic plastic, bamboo, etc., or may be a complex structure in which a return spring is added at the middle hinged joint, the plate-shaped structure is connected to the upper block 10 and the lower block 18 in a hinged connection manner near both ends, and then the spring is pressed against both ends of the plate-shaped structure to cause the upper block 10 and the lower block 18 to have a return function with respect to the plate-shaped structure, all belonging to the equivalent alternatives of the present application.
