However, this structure is still inconvenient and cumbersome to operate.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the mop with the foam cotton head, which can quickly and conveniently assemble and disassemble the foam cotton head.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a foam cotton head mop convenient for loading and unloading a foam cotton head comprises a mop rod and a mop head movably connected to the lower end of the mop rod, wherein the mop head comprises a mounting seat movably connected with the mop rod and the foam cotton head connected with the mounting seat, the mounting seat comprises a top surface connected with the mop rod and a bottom surface connected with the foam cotton head, the foam cotton head comprises a mounting plate detachably connected with the bottom surface of the mounting seat and a foam body mounted on the mounting plate, and the foam cotton head mop is characterized in that the mounting plate is arranged by being attached to the bottom surface of the mounting seat, a detachable hanging structure is arranged between the mounting plate and the mounting seat and used for limiting the mounting plate to be attached to the bottom surface of the mounting seat and only moving forwards or backwards along the bottom surface of the mounting seat, when the mounting plate moves forwards, the mounting plate has a movement limiting state limited in forward and downward movement with the mounting seat, when the mounting plate moves backwards, the mounting plate is released from the movement limit state with the mounting seat.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the mounting plate is limited to be attached to the bottom surface of the mounting seat by the hanging structure, and can only move forwards or backwards along the bottom surface of the mounting seat, when the mounting plate moves forwards, the mounting plate has a movement limiting state which is limited to move forwards and downwards with the mounting seat, namely the mounting plate enters the movement limiting state after moving forwards for a certain distance, and the mounting plate can not move forwards or downwards; when the mounting plate moves backwards, the mounting plate is released from the movement limit state with the mounting seat. When the mounting plate is in a moving limiting state, the mounting plate is fixed with the mounting seat through the clamping and locking structure, and the foaming cotton head can perform normal cleaning work; simultaneously, when the cotton head of foaming needs to be dismantled, then implement the unblock to the latch structure, can relieve the removal spacing state of mounting panel this moment, then the mounting panel just can be dismantled from the mount pad. The whole operation process is quick and convenient, and the installation and the replacement of the foaming cotton head are convenient.
The locking structure is used for fixing the mounting plate in a moving limit state to prevent the mounting plate from moving backwards, and the unlocking state for releasing the moving limit state of the mounting plate is achieved.
Hang and establish one of them scheme of structure do, hang and establish the structure and include: a plurality of clamping holes are formed in the bottom surface of the mounting seat, and clamping platforms are convexly arranged in the clamping holes; the hook is convexly arranged on the top surface of the mounting plate and is inserted into the clamping hole, the hook moves forwards or backwards along with the mounting plate in the clamping hole, when the mounting plate moves forwards, the hook-shaped part of the hook moves forwards and is clamped on the upper surface of the clamping table, so that a forward and downward movement limiting state of the mounting plate is formed, and when the mounting plate moves backwards, the hook-shaped part of the hook moves backwards and is separated from the upper surface of the clamping table, so that the movement limiting state is released. The forward and downward movement limiting state of the mounting plate means that the mounting plate cannot move forward or downward continuously, namely the mounting plate is blocked by movement in the two moving directions. After the clamping hook enters the clamping hole, the hook part of the clamping hook is higher than the upper surface of the clamping platform (the 'higher' position means that the hook part of the clamping hook rises into the deep part of the clamping hole), when the mounting plate advances, the hook part of the clamping hook moves to the upper part of the clamping platform, and the clamping hook can abut against the upper surface of the clamping platform if moving downwards, so that the downward movement limit of the clamping hook is formed. Meanwhile, as the structure of the hook is positioned in the clamping hole, when the hook (the mounting plate) moves forwards, the peripheral side of the hook can abut against the inner wall of the clamping hole, thereby forming the forward movement limit of the hook (the mounting plate).
Another scheme of the hanging structure is that the hanging structure comprises: a plurality of clamping holes arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting seat; the hook is convexly arranged on the top surface of the mounting plate and is inserted into the clamping hole, the hook moves forwards or backwards along with the mounting plate in the clamping hole, the hook-shaped part on the hook is arranged towards the forward direction, when the mounting plate moves forwards, the hook-shaped part of the hook moves forwards and is clamped at the edge position of the clamping hole, so that the forward and downward movement limiting state of the mounting plate is formed, and when the mounting plate moves backwards, the hook-shaped part of the hook moves backwards and is separated from the edge position of the clamping hole, so that the movement limiting state is released. The hook part of the hook is arranged towards the advancing direction, so the hook can pass through the clamping hole, the hook part of the hook is higher than the edge of the clamping hole, and when the hook moves forwards, the hook part of the hook moves and is clamped at the edge of the clamping hole, thereby naturally forming the forward and downward movement limit of the hook (mounting plate).

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
the first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the present embodiment includes a mop rod 1 and a mop head movably connected to a lower end of the mop rod 1, the mop head includes a mounting seat 21 movably connected to the mop rod 1 and a foam head connected to the mounting seat 21, the mounting seat 21 includes a top surface connected to the mop rod 1 and a bottom surface connected to the foam head, the foam head includes a mounting plate 221 detachably connected to a bottom surface of the mounting seat 21 and a foam body 222 mounted on the mounting plate 221, the mounting plate 221 is disposed by being attached to the bottom surface of the mounting seat 21, a hanging structure and an unlocking locking structure are disposed between the mounting plate 221 and the mounting seat 21. The hanging structure is used for limiting the mounting plate 221 to be attached to the bottom surface of the mounting seat 21 so that the mounting plate 221 can only move forwards or backwards along the bottom surface of the mounting seat 21, when the mounting plate 221 moves forwards, the mounting plate 221 has a movement limiting state forming forward and downward movement limitation with the mounting seat 21, and when the mounting plate 221 moves backwards, the mounting plate 221 releases the movement limiting state with the mounting seat 21. The latch structure has a locked state for fixing the mounting plate 221 in the movement restricting state to prevent the mounting plate 221 from moving backward, and an unlocked state for releasing the mounting plate 221 from the movement restricting state. In this embodiment, the mounting plate 221 has rigidity and cannot be bent at will, and when the mounting plate 221 enters the movement limiting state, the mounting plate moves from the rear to the front, that is, the mounting plate moves in a single direction.
In this embodiment, the hanging structure includes a plurality of fastening holes 32 formed on the bottom surface of the mounting base 21, each fastening hole 32 is symmetrically and uniformly distributed on two side edges of the mounting base 21 in the axial direction (i.e. the length direction), and a fastening platform 321 is convexly disposed on the hole wall of the fastening hole 32. A hook 31 protrudes upward from the bottom surface of the mounting plate 221, the position of the hook 31 matches with the position of the locking hole 32, and the hook 31 is inserted into the locking hole 32. The diameter of the locking hole 32 is larger than that of the hook 31, and since the hook 31 is fixed to the mounting plate 221, the hook 31 can move forward or backward in the locking hole 32 when the mounting plate 221 moves forward or backward. When the mounting plate 221 advances, the hook portion of the hook 31 moves above the catch 321, and at this time, if the hook 31 moves downward, the hook 31 will abut against the upper surface of the catch 321, thereby limiting the downward movement of the hook 31. Meanwhile, since the hook 31 is located in the locking hole 32, when the hook 31 (mounting plate 221) moves forward, the peripheral side of the hook 31 will abut against the inner wall of the locking hole 32, thereby limiting the forward movement of the hook 31 (mounting plate 221). When the mount plate 221 is retracted, the hook portion of the hook 31 moves rearward and disengages from the catch 321, thereby releasing the movement restriction state. The forward and downward movement limiting state of the mounting plate 221 means that the mounting plate 221 cannot move forward or downward, i.e., the mounting plate 221 is blocked by movement in both directions. Here, the hook portion of the hook 31 is bent outward in the width direction of the attachment plate 221; of course, the hook portion of the hook 31 may be curved in the advancing direction toward the mounting plate 221. In short, in the present embodiment, the hook portion of the hook 31 cannot be bent in the backward direction, and the hook portion of the hook 31 can be bent in any direction on the premise of being engaged with the catch 321. Here, the width direction of the mounting plate 221 refers to a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the mounting plate 221.
The locking structure comprises a shifting block 41 which is matched with the mounting base 21 in a sliding way and takes the moving direction of the mounting plate 221 as the direction of the sliding way 451, a pull rod 42 which is hinged on the mounting base 21, and a connecting rod 43 which is used for connecting the pull rod 42 and the shifting block 41. The two ends of the connecting rod 43 are respectively hinged with the pull rod 42 and the shifting block 41, and the connecting rod 43 is controlled by the swing of the pull rod 42 and drives the shifting block 41 to move forwards or backwards along the direction of the slide rail 451. Here, the pull rod 42 and the connecting rod 43 form a two-link structure, the pull rod 42 rotates around the hinge shaft 46, the pull rod 42 drives the connecting rod 43 to move together during the rotation, and the connecting rod 43 is hinged with the shifting block 41, so that the shifting block 41 adopts a sliding rail fit between the shifting block 41 and the mounting base 21, and therefore the shifting block 41 is driven by the connecting rod 43 to move forwards or backwards along the sliding rail 451. In particular, when the pull rod 42 and the connecting rod 43 rotate around the hinge shaft 46 and the included angle therebetween is approximately 180 °, that is, the pull rod 42 and the connecting rod 43 are approximately aligned, the pull rod 42, the connecting rod 43 and the shifting block 41 are approximately aligned, and if the shifting block 41 moves backwards, the shifting block 41 is hindered by the pull rod 42 and the connecting rod 43, so that resistance for preventing the shifting block 41 from moving backwards is formed, and a stable locking effect of the shifting block 41 in a locking state is achieved. Of course, here, the pull rod 42 rotates around the hinge shaft 46 and is approximately in the same straight line with the slide rail 451, and the included angle between the pull rod 42 and the connecting rod 43 may be an obtuse angle with the tip of the included angle facing downward, and at this time, if the shifting block 41 moves back, the tip of the included angle between the pull rod 42 and the connecting rod 43 will be against the upper surface of the mounting seat 21, so as to form a locking state for moving back the shifting block 41. Meanwhile, the top surface of the mounting plate 221 is provided with a locking groove 44 for accommodating the lower part of the shifting block 41, and the groove wall of the locking groove 44 and the shifting block 41 form a limit in the forward or backward direction, so when the shifting block 41 moves forward, the shifting block 41 pushes the front groove wall of the locking groove 44 to prevent the mounting plate 221 from moving backward, and if the pull rod 42 and the connecting rod 43 are on the same straight line, the shifting block 41 reaches the farthest distance from the hinge shaft 46 of the pull rod 42, and the mounting plate 221 enters a movement limit state. When the shifting block 41 is driven by the connecting rod 43 to move backwards, the shifting block 41 pushes the rear groove wall of the locking groove 44 to enable the mounting plate 221 to move backwards, and then the mounting plate 221 is released from the movement limiting state.
The mounting base 21 is provided with a strip-shaped receiving groove 45 penetrating through the top surface and the bottom surface of the mounting base 21, the inner wall of the receiving groove 45 is provided with two slide rails 451 arranged along the length direction of the receiving groove 45, the two slide rails 451 are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the shifting block 41, and the left side and the right side of the shifting block 41 are clamped in the slide rails 451 and slide in the slide rails 451. A pull ring 47 is provided on the pull rod 42.
The mop head is movably connected with the lower end of the mop rod 1, and the mop head comprises various embodiments, such as the lower end of the mop rod 1 is hinged and matched with the mop head through a hinged shaft, or is connected and matched through a universal joint, or is connected and matched in other conventional movable connection modes for connecting the mop rod 1 and the mop head together.
In addition, the position of the card hole 32 can be adjusted according to actual needs. Firstly, the clamping holes 32 are linearly arranged along the moving direction of the mounting plate; second, generally, the card holes 32 are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the moving direction; further, if the width of the card hole 32 is wide, the card holes may be arranged in order in the moving direction.
Example two: the difference from the first embodiment is mainly the hanging structure. In this embodiment, the hanging structure includes a plurality of fastening holes 32 formed in the bottom surface of the mounting base 21, and each fastening hole 32 is symmetrically and uniformly distributed on two side edges of the mounting base 21 in the axial direction (i.e., the length direction). The hook 31 protrudes upward from the bottom surface of the mounting plate 221, the position of the hook 31 matches the position of the locking hole 32, the hook 31 is inserted into the locking hole 32, and the hook part of the hook 31 is arranged toward the forward direction. The diameter of the locking hole 32 is larger than that of the hook 31, and since the hook 31 is fixed to the mounting plate 221, the hook 31 can move forward or backward in the locking hole 32 when the mounting plate 221 moves forward or backward. When the mounting plate 221 advances, the hook part of the hook 31 moves forwards and is clamped at the hole edge of the clamping hole 32, so that the forward and downward movement limiting state of the mounting plate 221 is formed; when the mounting plate 221 is retracted, the hook portion of the hook 31 moves rearward and is disengaged from the hole edge position of the hook hole 32, thereby releasing the movement restricting state. The forward and downward movement limiting state of the mounting plate 221 means that the mounting plate 221 cannot move forward or downward, i.e., the mounting plate 221 is blocked by movement in both directions. The hook 31 can pass through the hook hole 32, so that the hook portion of the hook 31 is higher than the hole edge of the hook hole 32, and when the hook 31 moves forward, the hook portion of the hook 31 will move and be clamped at the hole edge of the hook hole 32, thereby naturally forming a forward and downward movement limit for the hook 31 (mounting plate 221). In the present embodiment, the hook portion of the hook 31 is allowed to bend only in the forward direction of the mounting plate 221, but the provision of the catch structure may be omitted.
Example three: as shown in fig. 9 to 12, the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is mainly the hanging structure. The mount 21 has a front end portion aligned with the forward direction of the mount plate 221 and a rear end portion aligned with the backward direction of the mount plate 221. The hanging structure of this embodiment includes front hanger group, back hanger group and baffle 35, and front hanger group sets up in mount pad 21 bottom surface, and is located mount pad 21 front end, and this front hanger group includes that two symmetries set up the front hanger 33 in the left and right sides of mount pad 21, and this front hanger 33 is including setting up in mount pad 21 below, and with the preceding stay 331 that mount pad 21 bottom surface interval set up, and the preceding connecting strip 332 that is used for connecting preceding stay 331 and mount pad 21. A front insertion and extraction passage 51 (only a cross-sectional view of the front insertion and extraction passage 51 is shown) for accommodating the front end of the mounting plate 221 is formed between the front supporting bar 331 and the bottom surface of the mounting seat 21, and the cross-sectional shape and size of the front insertion and extraction passage 51 are consistent with the cross-sectional shape and size of the front end of the mounting plate 221. When the mounting plate 221 is in the movement limiting state, the front end of the mounting plate 221 is inserted into the front plugging channel 51, and when the mounting plate 221 is released from the movement limiting state, the front end of the mounting plate 221 exits from the front plugging channel 51. The baffle 35 is fixed to the bottom surface of the mount base 21 and located at the front end portion of the mount base 21, and when the mount plate 221 is in the movement restricting state, the baffle 35 restricts the forward movement of the mount plate 221. The rear hanger set is disposed on the bottom surface of the mounting seat 21 and located at the rear end of the mounting seat 21, the rear hanger set includes two rear hangers 34 symmetrically disposed on the left and right sides of the mounting seat 21, the rear hangers 34 include rear supporting strips 341 erected below the mounting seat 21 and spaced from the bottom surface of the mounting seat 21, and rear connecting strips 342 for connecting the rear supporting strips 341 and the mounting seat 21. A rear insertion and extraction channel 52 for slidably accommodating the rear end of the mounting plate 221 is formed between the rear support bar 341 and the bottom surface of the mounting seat 21, and the sectional shape and size of the rear insertion and extraction channel 52 are consistent with those of the rear end of the mounting plate 221. In addition, the front and rear rack sets can only be located at the front and rear ends of the mounting seat 21, respectively, and the positions of the front and rear rack sets must be adapted to the front end of the mounting plate 221 for conveniently and smoothly exiting the front plug passageway 51 and the rear end for conveniently and smoothly exiting the rear plug passageway 52.
In particular, when the mounting plate 221 is released from the movement limiting state, when the front end of the mounting plate 221 exits the front insertion/extraction channel 51, the front end of the mounting plate 221 can be separated from the bottom surface of the mounting seat 21, while the rear end of the mounting plate 221 is still in the rear insertion/extraction channel 52, but because there is no baffle 35 similar to the front insertion/extraction channel 51, the rear end of the mounting plate 221 can freely slide in the rear insertion/extraction channel 52, and then the front end of the mounting plate 221 is lifted up (i.e., away from the bottom surface of the mounting seat 21) so that the front end of the mounting plate 221 is higher than the front hanging frame 33, and then the rear end of the mounting plate 221 is pulled out.
Example four: as shown in fig. 13 to 14, the difference between the present embodiment and the first, second and third embodiments is mainly the difference of the locking structure. The locking structure comprises a shifting block 41 which is matched with the mounting seat 21 in a sliding way and takes the moving direction of the mounting plate 221 as the direction of the sliding way 451, a compression spring 6 for driving the shifting block 41 to move towards the advancing direction is arranged between the shifting block 41 and the mounting seat 21, and the shifting block 41 can be pushed to advance towards the mounting plate 221 through the compression spring 6. The lower part of the shifting block 41 is positioned in the locking groove 44 on the top surface of the mounting plate 221, and drives the mounting plate 221 to move forward by pushing the front groove wall of the locking groove 44, and simultaneously, the mounting plate 221 is prevented from moving backwards, so that the mounting plate 221 enters a movement limiting state. When the movement limit state needs to be released, the shifting block 41 is only manually shifted, so that the shifting block 41 overcomes the compression spring 6 to retreat, the shifting block 41 pushes the rear groove wall of the locking groove 44 to retreat the mounting plate 221, and the mounting plate 221 releases the movement limit state. The elastic member may be a spring, an extension spring, or the like, as long as the dial 41 has an elastic structure in a forward driving state.
In the first to third embodiments, the hanging structures can be replaced by crossing each other. Along the moving direction of the mounting plate 221, the mounting base 21 is divided into a front part, a middle part and a rear part, and at three positions, the front part can adopt the hanging structure disclosed in the first embodiment, the middle part adopts the hanging structure disclosed in the second embodiment, and the rear part adopts the hanging structure disclosed in the third embodiment; or other reasonable combination. Wherein the hanging structure disclosed in the third embodiment is only suitable for the front and rear positions of the mounting seat 21. If a user cross-combines embodiments of the first to third embodiments for use in a physical product, such cross-combinations are considered to fall within the scope of the present application.
The orientations and positional relationships indicated by "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper", "lower", and the like in the embodiments are based on the orientations and positional relationships shown in the drawings only for convenience in describing the present invention or simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the referred devices or elements must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. The terms "mounted," "connected," and "coupled" are to be construed broadly and may, for example, be fixedly coupled, detachably coupled, or integrally coupled; either directly or through an intermediary, or the communication between the two elements.
