Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a bed arrangement with a lying surface for at least one person.
Background
In cultural history, beds are probably the oldest furniture in the world. Unlike a chair or armchair, a bed has a lying surface which is provided for horizontally supporting the entire length (from head to foot-supine, i.e. from heel to hindbrain) of at least one (in particular longitudinally extending lying) person. The bed according to the invention is also such an arrangement.
Especially on the beach, it is also known to sit outdoors in the form of a lounge. One particular form is a beach chair, which is considered entirely as an armchair, with expandable foot supports on both the side walls and the rear surface of the chair. In these chairs, one can well protect people from side and rear winds and certain directions of the sun, but the beach chair must be moved when the sun or wind changes direction. In addition, the lounge chair and the beach chair are armchairs, so that people can sit on the chairs.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a protected bed arrangement which is easier to manage, especially for outdoor use.
This object is achieved by a device having the features of claim 1. Preferred embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, a bed arrangement with a lying surface is adapted to horizontally support the entire length (from heel to hindbrain) of at least one lying person (preferably two side by side) extending longitudinally.
The bed arrangement has a wall which projects around the lying surface, or in other words along at least a section of the edge of the lying surface, so as to surround at least one area of the lying surface.
The bed arrangement further has a top which is movable between at least a first position and a second position covering different areas of the lying surface, respectively, and in particular has a top which is movable between at least a first position covering the entire bed surface and a second position exposing the inlet opening, wherein the arrangement is in particular arranged such that the space of the lying surface, the walls and the top above the lying surface is substantially completely protected from sight, wind and/or rain. In the second position, the top releases at least one entrance opening, which is arranged such that a person can reach the lying surface from outside the device, i.e. at least through which opening an adult can at least bend his knees and/or bend his waist and/or bend his/her upper body and/or head and/or side and/or vertical body access the device.
Both the top and the wall may have at least one window. The wall can have, in particular in the embodiment in which the wall surrounds the entire lying surface and in particular in the region of the access opening, a passage (i.e. a narrow interruption or a region of low height, so that it is particularly easy to be exceeded here) which is closable by suitable means (for example a protective plate, an insertable element or in particular an edge region of the roof) and/or a door.
It is particularly preferred that the wall has a passage and/or a door in the region of the standing surface: according to the invention, in the region of the opening, a standing surface is arranged adjacent to the lying surface. In this area, the device is particularly provided such that a particular adult standing there squats with the top closed and/or at least bends the knees and/or over the body and/or a curved and/or bent upper body and/or the head and/or the sides and/or the body stand upright in the device, sits and/or stands, and/or can stand upright, in particular also with the top open.
Preferably, the standing surface is arranged lower than the lying surface. The lying surface can be arranged above the cavity and in particular (for example between parts of the wall as a frame) be tensioned. In particular, the lying surface can then free the standing surface (without tensioning it). If the bottom surface of the device is closed, in particular below the lying surface, a standing surface can then be formed thereon, and a storage compartment which can be accessed at least from the standing surface can be formed on the bottom surface below the lying surface. If the lying surface has a mattress on a support surface (in particular a slat frame), the support surface of the lying surface can be larger than the lying surface: such a larger area may extend (at least) along an edge area of the standing surface, in particular as a seat and/or a parking surface.
According to the invention, the device can be disassembled into at least two transport parts, which are easily transported when disassembled. In particular, the transport elements are firmly connected to one another again by releasable connecting means (in particular screw-on bottom plates) and are therefore assembled together.
The wall can thus form a frame around the lying surface, and the sections of the wall in turn form the walls (i.e. in particular the outer walls) of the transport component, which in each case form a frame section along the edge region of the section of the lying surface of the respective transport component. In particular, the lying surface can be divided and distributed onto at least two transport elements. In particular, the device as a whole and/or the wall comprises a frame (in particular made of tubular steel, for example with sheet metal), and the sections of the wall which likewise form the wall of the transport means have regions of the frame which in turn can be releasably connected to one another and in turn can be firmly connected to one another by releasable connecting means (in particular screwing floors).
Preferably, the top is removable from the rest of the device for transport and thus forms a separate transport part, in particular a section without walls and/or lying surfaces.
It is particularly preferred that at least one of the transport parts, in particular each transport part, meets the dimensional specifications of a standardized transport and/or packaging unit, in particular a standardized pallet such as the "european double pallet" standard and/or in particular the outer dimensions (maximum 120cm x 160cm side length and 200cm height) of each part. In particular, it is particularly advantageous that each transport element itself has a skid allowing the picking and transport with a forklift (and/or "ants", forklifts) and, particularly preferably, that the device can be stored in an assembled manner (on a substantially flat ground, such as a sand, grass or forest ground) in general. In order to move more easily and to move the individual transport elements substantially exclusively by means of physical force and/or in particular under the influence of physical force of the device, at least one of the skids can be formed as a roller or have at least one roller. In particular, with the use of a skid as a form-fitting assembly element, in particular at least two transport parts can be stacked together in a form-fitting manner and fixed to one another.
The bed according to the invention is preferably a structural unit of lying surface, walls and top. The frame or frame structure can thus support the lying surface, in which structure the lying surface can be suspended and/or tensioned, for example also as a fabric, for example depending on the type of hammock or as a fabric. The wall is preferably fixedly connected to the lying surface, for example by means of a structure, and the top is preferably fixed (but movable according to the invention), in particular fixed to the wall, in particular at its upper edge. However, according to the invention, the top can also be unconnected to the lying surface, for example by means of a frame, and walls can be left clear around the lying surface, so that overall, according to the invention, a system is formed which is composed of a plurality of lying surfaces, walls and tops which are adapted to one another.
Thus, according to the invention, the top covers the entire lying surface in at least one of its positions. In particular, the bed according to the invention can protect a person on the lying surface of the bed against the surrounding wind, sun, rain and the line of sight, in particular, when the top (also) in this position abuts substantially against the entire upper edge of the wall (and/or it projects laterally outwards) and in particular when the wall encloses the entire lying surface (or in the area of an opening and/or interruption of the wall, such as a door, a window, a ventilation opening, a cat eye, a lowered entrance, which is closable, for example, by means of a suitable protective panel and is then closed).
Thus, according to the invention, it is possible to lie on a lying surface, the surrounding walls being protected from the surrounding wind (and being made invisible at least some distance away). But also the top can be positioned so that the whole lying surface is protected in the event of rain, as is the case in the case of too strong sun, or from nearby sight. In other positions of the top, the wall can be completely turned to the side, completely uncovering the lying surface — or exposing one or more visible areas between the edge of the top and the upper edge of the wall, and only partially covering the lying surface, for example in the area of a person (only the head or the entire body) on the lying surface (always completely, or), for example, shading the person on the lying surface.
For this purpose, the roof can be adjusted and/or moved and/or tilted, for example, and can be designed as a child car roof and/or as a rafbreaker (austria curtain), i.e. from a flexible, planar material such as a textile and/or a film, and/or from a hard element that is movable relative to the lying surface, for example, according to a pivotable and/or translatable blind, and is in particular helical in the locking position, i.e. in particular a volume underneath itself. It is therefore particularly advantageous that the lying surface, the walls and the top jointly (in at least one position of the top) protect the space above the lying surface substantially completely from the line of sight, wind and/or rain and substantially completely enclose the space.
According to the invention, the wall does not necessarily enclose the entire lying surface, for example along the entire head edge and possibly at least a section of both side edges of the lying surface, in particular along the entire head region, both side edges and the foot edge of the partial lying surface and the channel there.
The wall may have different heights in different sections of the edge of the lying surface, preferably a maximum height at the edge of the area of the lying surface, which height is set to be suitable for the head of the person lying on the lying surface. The upper edge of the wall may at least partially open out an imaginary plane inclined to the horizontal, in particular inclined downwards from the edge above the head region of the lying surface in the direction of the foot region of the lying surface.
Preferably, the entire lying surface is horizontal. Preferably, the inclination of at least one section of the lying surface is adjustable, that is to say that the thigh region and/or the back region and/or the head region of the lying surface are/is individually or jointly oriented upward from the horizontal and/or the region for the lower leg is oriented downward from the horizontal. The lying surface can thus also be adjusted in the lying position and the sleeping position to an ergonomic and comfortable lying-in position and sitting position.
A sitting position can also occupy a bed according to the invention, wherein at least one area of the wall is configured as a backrest and/or a headrest. The backrest and/or the head rest element can also be located with the lower edge on the lying surface or in the resting support and with the upper edge resting against the wall (and/or hanging in the upper edge of the wall or in the resting support). The backrest and/or the headrest element can be tilt-adjustable by being able to be at different possible positions of these locations (and possibly prepared by, for example, shoulders, hooks or recesses).
The wall is preferably formed by a strip or a rack frame (for example welded together by steel pipes of substantially rectangular, square and/or circular cross section) with board (for example, multilayer board, plywood, particle board, solid wood or plastic board, one piece, or for example also consisting of a board with grooves, surface treatment, coating, lacquering or untreated). Also according to the invention, it is also made of or with a fabric according to the type of beach chair (for example made of willow, thread, waxed paper or plastic): this has also proven to be aesthetically pleasing and weather resistant. The lying surface is preferably upholstered (e.g. covered with artificial leather, textile and/or fabric).
In order to require physical effort to move as in the known beach chairs, the device may, as already stated, have a skateboard (in particular at least two parallel skateboards) in order to be easier to push, for example on the beach or grass-or at least one wheel, so that the device can be moved like a wheelbarrow, preferably having at least two handles in an ergonomically comfortable position.
As mentioned above, at least one storage compartment, box or net may be arranged on the bed, e.g. behind the backrest and/or below the lying surface, such that each storage compartment, box or net may be rotatable and/or removable as a cover, respectively.

Detailed Description
The figures show a bed arrangement 2 with a lying surface 4, which lying surface 4 is provided for horizontally supporting the entire length (from heel to hindbrain) of at least two persons (person 6 is shown in a sitting manner in fig. 5) extending longitudinally. The device 2 has a wall 8 projecting around the lying surface 4, the wall 8 enclosing the lying surface.
The apparatus 2 also has a top 10, the top 10 being movable between a plurality of positions between a first position (fig. 1-3 and 5) and a second position (fig. 6). In the first position covering the entire lying surface, the device 2 is arranged such that the lying surface 4, the walls 8 and the roof 10 protect the space 12 above the lying surface substantially completely from the view from the outside, wind and/or rain. In a number of positions (not shown) which are at least partly open (depending on the type of buggy roof), such as the second position (fig. 6) -and also well visible in the third position according to fig. 8-the roof 10 releases the entrance opening 14, the entrance opening 14 being arranged such that the person 6 can reach the lying surface from outside the device 2-that is to say the person 6 can enter the device through the opening 14 at least with his knees and/or her knees and/or bent and/or curved upper body and/or head and/or side and/or vertical body, depending on the extent to which the buggy roof 10 is open.
The top 10 has windows 16 in all four directions. The wall 8 has a channel 18, i.e. a break 18 (fig. 1), in the region of the access opening 14, which break 18 can be locked by a suitable, closable element 19 (fig. 2), or by an element 19 made of the same material as the roof 10 and hanging at the front edge of the roof and which is a locking or rolling-up, opening of the channel 18.
The passage 18 is located in the region of the standing surface 20: i.e. the standing surface 20 is arranged beside the lying surface 4 in the area of the entrance opening 14. The device 2 is here especially arranged such that an adult squats (possibly slightly bending the upper body or head) there with the top closed, sits in the device or may even stand-and stands comfortably with the top open, especially with the body and head upright.
The standing surface 20 is arranged at a lower position than the lying surface 4 (fig. 1 and 3). The lying surface 4 is arranged above the cavity 22 and "tensioned" between the wall sections (i.e. laid flat on a horizontal L-profile 26 made of steel as a strip 24, which is welded on the rear, left and right along the wall at the frame 28 of the wall 8 on the inside (fig. 7)). Thus, the construction is such that the lying surface 4 exposes (does not tension) the standing surface 20: i.e. the device has a bottom surface 30 closed downwards (in particular also against insects) below the lying surface 4, and a standing surface is formed on the bottom surface 30. Furthermore, on the bottom surface 30 in the cavity 22 below the entire lying surface 4, large storage boxes are (also) accessible from the standing surface 20. The lying surface 4 is partly (as a cover 31) configured to be rotatable and detachable and thus partly accessible from above as well.
The lying surface 4 has a mattress 32 on the support surface 24 (slats 24). By the fact that the supporting surface 24 of the lying surface 4 is larger than the mattress 32 (and thus also the lying surface 4) and (as such a larger area) extends along the edge region of the standing surface, the slats 24 can serve there as a seat 33 and/or a resting surface 33.
The device 2 can be disassembled into two transport parts 34 (fig. 5 to 7), which are easily transported when disassembled. The transport elements are assembled together, in particular by means of releasable connecting means (screw-on base plates, not shown) which are assembled together along the joint 35, detached from one another and once again firmly connected to one another.
The wall 8 forms a frame around the lying surface 4 (fig. 1), and the sections 36 of the wall 8 form outer side walls 36 of the transport parts 34, respectively forming a frame along the edge area of the sections 38 of the lying surface 4 of the respective transport part 34. Since the support surface 24 of the lying surface 4 is also divided and distributed over the two transport elements 34, the mattress 32 is likewise divided into two mattress elements 38 and thus transported separately.
The wall 8 of the device 2 has in particular a frame 28 (made of steel tube, with sheet metal) and a section 36 of the wall 8, which likewise forms a wall 36 of the transport part 34, has a region of the frame 28 (fig. 7), which in turn is releasably connected to one another and in turn is firmly connected to one another by releasable connecting means (screw-on base plates, not shown).
The roof 10 is removable from the remainder of the apparatus for transport (which can be suspended laterally at the apparatus 2 over the upper edge of the wall, i.e. over the frame tubes 28, by the hinge elements 40 of the buggy roof stay 42, not shown), thus forming a separate transport component 10.
The following properties of the device 2 are particularly advantageous for transportability: the two transport elements 34 meet the dimensional standards of standardized transport and/or packaging units, in particular the pallet standards: i.e. in the examples the "european double pallet" standard, which is in particular the external dimensions of the transport and packaging unit fixed on (likewise standardized) pallets, respectively, amounts to a maximum of 120cmx 160cm side length and 200cm height (including pallets). In accordance with a standardized construction, it is presently particularly advantageous that each transport element 34 itself has a skid 43, enabling picking and transport with "ant" forklifts or lift trucks (not shown) (the transport elements 34 therefore do not need to be packed first onto a separate standard pallet). However, the slats 43 also typically store the assembled device 2 (on a substantially flat ground, such as sand, grass or forest ground). In order to move the rear transport elements 34 and in particular the assembled device 2 more easily and substantially only with physical force, the rearmost part of the slats 43 is constructed as rollers 44.
Thus, with the bed arrangement 2 it is possible to lie on the lying surface 4, 24, protected from the wind on all sides (and at least a line of sight outside a certain distance) by the surrounding wall 8. Furthermore, the top 10 can also be positioned so that the entire lying surface 4 is protected against the influence of sight from the close by rain and strong sunlight. In other positions of the top 10, the walls can be completely turned to the side, completely uncovering the lying surface 4 — or leaving exposed one or more visible areas between the edge of the top 10 and the upper edge of the wall 8, and also covering the lying surface as always as possible or only partially, for example only the head or body area of the person 6 on the lying surface 4, for example shading the person on the lying surface.
The wall 8 has different heights in different sections of the edge of the lying surface 4, that is to say a maximum height at the edge of the region of the lying surface 4, which height is adapted to the head of the person 6 lying on the lying surface. The upper edge of the wall flares segment by segment with an imaginary plane inclined to the horizontal (not shown): from the edge above the head region of the lying surface 4 in the direction of the foot region of the lying surface 4 (except for the smaller front region) slopes downwards substantially over the entire upper edge of the rear transport element 34.
While the upper edge 451 of the front transport element 34 is horizontal (fig. 6): in particular, the rear sliding plate 431 of the rear transport part 341 can be used as a form-fitting transmission element, i.e. it slides off in a form-fitting manner safely between the upper edges 451 of the walls 8 of the front transport part 342 (the front sliding plate 432 of the rear transport part 341 can be used in an alternative embodiment (not shown) as a form-fitting transmission element, which then slides off in a form-fitting manner safely between the upper corners of the passage 18, also in the walls 8, between the front transport parts 342), and the rear transport parts 341 (with their lower side edges 452) can be stacked securely on the front transport parts 342 (on their upper side edges 451) in a form-fitting manner with respect to one another.
Since the area of the wall is equipped with a backrest and a head rest 46, a sitting position can be comfortably adopted in the device 2 (fig. 5).
The wall 8 is constructed, as already indicated, with a frame constructed from sheet material (welded with steel tubing in right-angle, L-shaped and round cross-sections).
For movement by physical force, the device 2 has, as already stated, a slide 43 (four in total, fig. 1 to 3), namely: the rear and front skids, which span the entire width of the device, and the middle two shorter skids, which are parallel to each other and support the adjacent edges of the two transport elements 34. In the embodiment according to fig. 7, the rear slide is replaced with rollers 44, so that the device 2 can be moved like a wheelbarrow, in particular by being lifted below the front edge of the channel 18.
