Abstract
一种传输方法及设备,该方法包括第一设备接收第二设备发送的第一RRC消息,该第一RRC消息包括第一数据和标识信息,然后第一设备通过第二RRC消息向第一设备的归属基站发送第一数据和标识信息。由于第一设备和第二设备采用RRC消息来发送数据,简化了第一设备和第二设备的网络功能,改善了NB‑IoT网络中接入多个中继节点之后的数据的传输效率。
