Abstract
一种消息传输方法及装置,该方法包括在第一发送周期内,基站确定第一消息发送的第一时间单元,所述发送周期包括下述周期之一:寻呼周期或广播周期,所述第一消息包括下述消息之一:寻呼消息或广播消息,所述时间单元包括下述时间单元之一:一个或多个子帧、一个或多个时隙。在所述第一时间单元的初始位置之前确定CCA失败时,确定所述第一消息发送的第二时间单元,在所述第一消息发送的第一时间单元之后的所述第一消息发送的一个或多个第二时间单元上向终端设备发送所述第一消息。是在第一时间单元的初始位置之前确定CCA失败时,通过在第一发送周期内的第二时间单元上发送该第一消息,从而可以提升该第一消息发送的成功率。
