The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in a method for expelling insects and removing dust of a surveillance camera, S1, a lens 1 transmits collected image information to a main control panel through a sensor module; s2, analyzing and extracting image characteristic information by the main control panel; s3, the main control panel sends a working signal to the ultrasonic control module according to the characteristic information; s4, the ultrasonic control module adjusts the working frequency of the ultrasonic transmitter 3 according to the working signal; s5, the ultrasonic transmitter 3 operates in response.
The image characteristic information of S2 includes mosquito density distributed in front of the lens.
The working frequency range of the ultrasonic transmitter 3 is 20K-100 KHz.
The ultrasonic transmitter 3 is also used for driving away dust attached to the lens of the monitoring camera.
When the ultrasonic transmitter 3 is used for driving away dust, the working frequency of the ultrasonic transmitter 3 is consistent with the self-resonant frequency of the dust.
The main control module also controls the on-off of the ultrasonic transmitter 3 by analyzing the brightness of the current environment.
The starting condition of the ultrasonic transmitter 3 is that the illumination is lower than 5 Lux; the ultrasonic transmitter 3 is turned off under the condition that the illuminance is higher than 10 Lux.
The working logic of the ultrasonic transmitter 3 is as follows: starting at 20KHz, increments are made at 10KHz intervals.
Each of the operating frequencies has a duration of 20 s.
The time interval for switching the working frequency of the ultrasonic transmitter 3 is 10 s.
A method for expelling insects and removing dust of a monitoring camera is characterized in that ultrasonic waves of 20K-100KHz are sent to expel dust with different insects and different particle sizes; the ultrasonic wave is discontinuously transmitted at night.
Because the frequency range of 20K-100KHz covers the sound production range of most insect natural enemies, the insect natural enemies are simulated to scare away the insects, and meanwhile, the frequency range of 20K-100KHz contains the hearing range of a plurality of insects including moths, and the purpose of repelling is achieved through the interference of long-time single-frequency sound waves.
Meanwhile, the ultrasonic frequency is consistent with the self resonant frequency of the dust, the dust is accelerated to separate from a camera window by vibration, and the dust can collide and adhere to form enlarged particles and fall off, so that the dust removal purpose is realized;
when the system works, the main control module judges the current ambient illumination through analyzing the video brightness, the ambient illumination is lower than 5Lux and is regarded as night, and the ultrasonic transmitter 3 is started; above 10Lux, consider daytime, the ultrasonic emitter 3 is switched off; the ultrasonic function can only be opened at night because the insect activity at night is frequent, and because the monitoring camera is additionally provided with the infrared illumination module 2, mosquitoes can be attracted more easily.
Meanwhile, when insects are repelled, dust accumulated in the daytime is removed at night, so that the cleanness of the surface of the lens is ensured, and the quality of a monitoring picture collected by the monitoring camera is favorably monitored.
The working logic of the ultrasonic controller is as follows: starting from 20KHz, increasing by 10KHz as interval, namely 20 seconds of 20KHz work, after 10 seconds of stop, 20 seconds of 30KHz work, after 10 seconds of stop, 40KHz work, and so on, when the working frequency of the ultrasonic transmitter is increased to 100KHz, the ultrasonic transmitter is adjusted back to 20KHz, and one cycle is 4.5 minutes, and so on.
Meanwhile, the device only expels insects and dust within about 10cm near the camera window, the power of the actual ultrasonic generator is 1.4W, and the average power in operation is 2.1W. Because the power is lower, additional heat dissipation treatment is not needed, and the whole power consumption of the camera is not greatly increased.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
