Abstract
The invention discloses a flow control-based green internet surfing control management system and method for primary and secondary school students, which are used for helping parents to defend healthy internet surfing environment for children more timely, more effectively and more conveniently by combining the network capacity advantage of an operator by utilizing the volume-of-arrival speed reduction principle, cultivating regular internet surfing habits and comprehensively caring the growth of the children. The APP is not required to be installed, and control is performed from the access source of the Internet in a hundred percent mode. The invention combines the advantages of the flow control and the network capability of the operator to help parents to defend healthy internet surfing environment for children more timely, effectively and conveniently, cultivate regular internet surfing habits and comprehensively care the growth of the children.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of internet, in particular to a flow control-based green internet access control management system and method for primary and secondary school students.
Background

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 3 or fig. 4, the present invention discloses a flow control-based green internet access control management system for primary and secondary school students, which includes a policy configuration center and a flow control center, wherein the policy configuration center is constructed and maintained by an operator, and is used for parent login verification and policy making and providing a flow control policy to the flow control center; the user internet access terminal accesses the internet through the flow control center, and the flow control center is used for intercepting and filtering flow data transmitted to the corresponding user internet access terminal according to the control strategy of each parent.
