Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of remote controllers, in particular to a three-wire key scanning method for T-shaped scanning key expansion, which comprises the following steps: step one: under the condition that the original T scanning structure of the traditional remote controller can not be changed, a key for scanning three lines is added to form a three-line key scanning mode; step two: in the first step, a three-wire key scanning mode is adopted, one port is extracted from ports of an original T scanning structure to serve as a public port, whether the port receives a key signal is preferentially detected when a key is scanned, if the key signal is received, the key which is pressed can be considered as a three-wire key, and then the other input port is detected to receive the key signal, so that the fact that which three-wire key is pressed can be determined; if the public port does not detect the port signal, the other ports are continuously detected, and whether a key is pressed is judged; it has the advantage of maximizing the number of keys with the same pin count.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of remote controllers, in particular to a three-wire key scanning method for T-shaped scanning key expansion.
Background
The remote controller keyboard scanning is generally divided into two scanning modes: matrix scanning and T-scan. In the same I/O port, the T-type scanning mode has more keys than matrix scanning can realize. Generally, in a television or a set top box remote controller, a T-type scanning mode is adopted more because of more keys; in the air conditioner remote controller, the number of keys is small, and a matrix scanning mode is adopted. The packaging form of the chip is more than SOP16, namely the pin number of the chip is 16 pins. In the key design, two ports are combined into one key. The present inventors have made innovations on the basis of multiple experiments, and can realize the functional development of multiple keys while reducing the number of I/O pins.

(1) Aiming at n pins, n (n-1)/2 keys are realized under the condition that the n pins participate in T-type scanning of the traditional remote controller in the first step;
(2) Because of the three-wire key scanning mode in the second step, one port is used as a public port, namely one pin is used as a public pin, the number of the other pins is n-1, and the rest n-1 pins are subjected to T-type scanning to realize (n-1) (n-2) keys;
(3) Aiming at the number of n (n-1)/2 keys and (n-1) (n-2) keys in the step (1) and the step (2), when n is more than 4, the number of keys obtained in the three-wire key scanning mode in the step two is better than the number of keys formed in the original T scanning mode of the traditional remote controller.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the three-wire key scanning method for T-shaped scanning key expansion adopts a three-wire key mode, and can maximally increase the number of keys under the condition of the same pin number, thereby being convenient for a remote controller to greatly expand the application range of the remote controller aiming at different electrical appliance requirements.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a three-wire key scanning method for T-scan key expansion according to the present invention employs the following steps:
Step one: under the condition that the original T scanning structure of the traditional remote controller can not be changed, aiming at the 'two-line key' scanning mode of the traditional remote controller, a key for scanning three lines is added to form a three-line key scanning mode;
Step two: in the three-wire key scanning mode in the first step, one port is extracted from the ports of the original T scanning structure to serve as a common port, namely, one pin is extracted from the pins of the original T scanning structure in the first step to serve as a common pin; when a key is scanned, whether the port receives a key signal is preferentially detected, if the key signal is received, the pressed key can be considered as a three-wire key, and then the other input port is detected to receive the key signal, so that the fact that which three-wire key is pressed can be determined; if the public port does not detect the port signal, the other ports are continuously detected, and whether a key is pressed is judged;

Specific embodiments of the invention are as follows:
The sample chosen for this design was an 11 pin chip. As shown in fig. 1, according to the original T-type scanning mode of the conventional remote controller, at most 44 keys can be scanned; the scheme of the number of keys that can be realized in this way is not capable of satisfying the development of a large number of television sets or set-top box remote controllers. The design introduces a three-wire key mode, and based on the original two-wire key scheme, the pin 2 of the IC is independently used as a public end expansion key;

As shown in the system connection diagram of fig. 4. The original T-type scanning pin is composed of a chip pin 3, a pin 4 and a key 2, the newly introduced three-wire scanning is composed of the key 1, the chip pin 2 serving as a public end, the chip pin 3 and the chip pin 4, compared with the original T-type scanning, the key judgment logic is adjusted, the judgment of whether the chip pin 2 is connected is needed to be added, and whether the key 1 or the key 2 is connected is distinguished by judging whether the pin 2 is connected or not; the program judgment logic is as shown in fig. 5, T-type scanning is performed, detection keys are performed, whether a public terminal is judged, then the keys are located by table lookup, and finally the key function is realized by transmitting infrared codes.
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the connection of key leads in a conventional T-scan circuit of the present invention and in a three-line scan non-common terminal portion of the present design; two pins of the key 1 are connected with two leads 2. FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of a wire bond by build of a three-wire scanning common end portion of the present invention; and a common pin is additionally arranged on two pins of the key 1, and then the common pin is connected with the expansion line 3 to form a three-line scanning mode, so that the key is positioned by three lines.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. Multiplexing efficiency of the I/O ports of the IC is improved;
2. more keys can be integrated under the condition of the same pin number in service, the usable field of the IC is increased, and the sales range of the IC is widened;
3. In terms of cost, the IC which needs to be packaged by SOP16 and the like originally can be packaged by using fewer pins, so that the use requirement can be met, and the reduction of the packaging cost is realized.
The three-wire key scanning method for T-shaped scanning key expansion adopts a three-wire key structure, namely, one key is formed by three ports, one port is a public port, and the original scanning mode that two ports form one key is reserved.
