The five-prevention disconnecting switch and the grounding switch are prevented from being switched on and off under the condition of load.
As shown in fig. 3: when the circuit breaker 14.1 is in the open state and the disconnector 13.1 is in the closed state, in this state: the baffle 4.3 is separated from the isolation shaft 9, namely the isolation shaft 9 is not shielded, and the operation of opening the isolation mechanism 13.2 can be carried out; further, the indication interlock plate 11 blocks the ground shaft 12, and the grounding operation is disabled, thereby realizing a "grounding switch with prevention of live connection" in the "five-prevention" system.
As can be seen from the above description, when isolation mechanism 13.2 is in the closed state, no grounding operation can be performed regardless of the state of circuit breaker 14.1.
When the isolation mechanism 13.2 is in the ground state, usually in the maintenance state, the line cannot be closed and power supplied, as shown in fig. 5: in this state, the circuit breaker 14.1 is in the open state, and although the shutter 4.3 and the isolation shaft 9 are in the separated state, the indication interlocking plate 11 shields the isolation shaft 9, so that the isolation shaft 9 cannot be operated, the isolation mechanism 13.2 cannot be closed, and the "ground power transmission prevention" in the "five-prevention" is realized.

The structure of the embodiment is simple, and the main components of the whole device only comprise the cam 3, the interlocking plate 4 and the indicating interlocking plate 11. Because spare part is less for the operation of this embodiment is simpler, relatively easy to get to the hand.
