The heat dissipation type electronic eye with clear shooting function according to claim 1, wherein a gas gathering pipe (17) is disposed on one end of the first heat conducting pipe (4) far away from the second heat conducting pipe (10), the gas gathering pipe (17) is communicated with the second heat conducting pipe (10), and a caliber of one end of the gas gathering pipe (17) close to the fan blade (15) is larger than a caliber of one end of the gas gathering pipe (17) far away from the fan blade (15).
