It is understood that the modem may not be integrated into the processor 401, but may be implemented by a single chip.
The Memory 405 may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a Read-Only Memory (Read-Only Memory). Optionally, the memory 405 includes a non-transitory computer-readable medium. The memory 405 may be used to store instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets. The memory 405 may include a stored program area and a stored data area, wherein the stored program area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for at least one function (such as a touch function, a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), instructions for implementing the various method embodiments described above, and the like; the storage data area may store data and the like referred to in the above respective method embodiments. The memory 405 may alternatively be at least one storage device located remotely from the aforementioned processor 401. As shown in fig. 4, the memory 405, which is a type of computer storage medium, may include therein an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and an application program.
In the billing device 4 shown in fig. 4, the user interface 403 is mainly used as an interface for providing input for the user, and acquiring data input by the user; and processor 401 may be configured to invoke an application stored in memory 405 and perform the following operations:
predicting the estimated invoicing amount of the current settlement period before the current settlement period;
issuing a predicted electronic invoice according to the predicted invoicing amount;
receiving the actual invoicing amount in the current settlement period through a network interface 404;
determining the difference of the invoicing according to the difference of the actual invoicing amount and the estimated invoicing amount;
and issuing a differential electronic invoice according to the billing differential, and generating a settlement electronic invoice corresponding to the current settlement period according to the differential electronic invoice and the estimated electronic invoice.
In one or more possible embodiments, the processor 401 performs the predicting the estimated invoicing amount of the current settlement period, including:
and predicting the estimated invoicing amount of the current settlement period according to the actual invoicing amount in the plurality of historical settlement periods.
In one or more possible embodiments, the number of the predicted electronic invoices is one or more, and when the number of the predicted electronic invoices is more than one, the invoicing amount of each predicted electronic invoice is equal.
In one or more possible embodiments, processor 401 executes said making of differential electronic invoices according to said invoicing differential, including:
and when the estimated invoicing amount is smaller than the actual invoicing amount, generating a difference electronic invoice according to the estimated electronic invoice and the invoicing difference.
In one or more possible embodiments, the processor 401 is further configured to perform:
acquiring a digital certificate distributed by a tax system;
signing the settlement electronic invoice by using the digital certificate to obtain an electronic signature;
the electronic signature and the settlement electronic invoice are sent to a settlement device through the network interface 404.
In the embodiment of the application, after the settlement device sends the actual invoicing amount of the current settlement period to the invoicing device, the invoicing device invoices the estimated electronic invoice according to the estimated invoicing amount in advance, the invoicing device utilizes the invoicing difference obtained by subtracting the estimated invoicing amount from the actual invoicing amount to replenish the difference electronic invoice, the purpose of automatically splitting the electronic invoice according to the actual invoicing amount is achieved, and the actual invoicing amount is guaranteed to be matched with the sum of the estimated invoicing electronic invoice and the difference electronic invoice. The method and the device for issuing the electronic invoice can avoid the problems that manual issuing of the electronic invoice has error issuing information and low efficiency, and can improve the efficiency of issuing the electronic invoice and improve the accuracy of issuing the invoice by a mode of issuing the pre-estimated electronic invoice and compensating the differential electronic invoice in advance.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory or a random access memory.

Claims (10)

1. A method of issuing an electronic invoice, the method comprising:
predicting the estimated invoicing amount of the current settlement period before the current settlement period;
issuing a predicted electronic invoice according to the predicted invoicing amount;
receiving the actual invoicing amount in the current settlement period;
determining the difference of the invoicing according to the difference of the actual invoicing amount and the estimated invoicing amount;
and issuing a differential electronic invoice according to the billing differential, and generating a settlement electronic invoice corresponding to the current settlement period according to the differential electronic invoice and the estimated electronic invoice.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein predicting the estimated invoiced amount for the current settlement period comprises:
and predicting the estimated invoicing amount of the current settlement period according to the actual invoicing amount in the plurality of historical settlement periods.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the number of the estimated electronic invoices is one or more, and the invoicing amount of each estimated electronic invoice is equal when the number of the estimated electronic invoices is more than one.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said issuing a differential electronic invoice according to said invoicing differential comprises:
and when the estimated invoicing amount is smaller than the actual invoicing amount, generating a difference electronic invoice according to the estimated electronic invoice and the invoicing difference.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
acquiring a digital certificate distributed by a tax system;
signing the settlement electronic invoice by using the digital certificate to obtain an electronic signature;
and sending the electronic signature and the settlement electronic invoice to a settlement device.
6. An electronic invoice issuing apparatus, characterised in that the apparatus comprises:
the prediction unit is used for predicting the predicted invoicing amount of the current settlement period before the current settlement period;
the issuing unit is used for issuing the estimated electronic invoice according to the estimated invoicing amount;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the actual invoicing amount in the current settlement period;
the determining unit is used for determining the billing difference according to the difference between the actual billing amount and the estimated billing amount;
the billing unit is further used for billing a difference electronic invoice according to the billing difference and generating a settlement electronic invoice corresponding to the current settlement period according to the difference electronic invoice and the estimated electronic invoice.
7. A computer storage medium, characterized in that it stores a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded by a processor and to carry out the method steps according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
8. An apparatus for issuing an invoice, comprising: a processor and a memory; wherein the memory stores a computer program adapted to be loaded by the processor and to perform the method steps of any of claims 1 to 5.
9. An electronic invoice issuing system, comprising: a settlement device and a billing device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the settlement equipment is used for determining the actual invoicing amount in the current settlement period; sending the actual invoicing amount to invoicing equipment; receiving a settlement electronic invoice issued by the invoicing device based on the actual invoicing amount; after the settlement electronic invoice passes the verification, storing the settlement electronic invoice into a financial system;
the invoicing equipment is used for predicting the estimated invoicing amount of the current settlement period before the current settlement period; issuing a predicted electronic invoice according to the predicted invoicing amount; receiving an actual invoiced amount within the current settlement period from the settlement device; determining the difference of the invoicing according to the difference of the actual invoicing amount and the estimated invoicing amount; and issuing a differential electronic invoice according to the billing differential, and generating a settlement electronic invoice corresponding to the current settlement period according to the differential electronic invoice and the estimated electronic invoice.
10. The system according to claim 9, wherein storing the settlement electronic invoice into a financial system after the verification of the settlement electronic invoice is passed comprises:
analyzing the digital signature carried in the settlement electronic invoice;
verifying the digital signature by using a public key, and checking the amount of the calculated electronic invoice according to the actual invoicing amount;
after the verification is successful and the check is correct, the settlement electronic invoice is stored in a financial system.
