Abstract

Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, various products appear on the market, and the variety of selection of people is increased.
With the increase of product diversity, the quality of the product needs to be authenticated. Product quality certification refers to the act of verifying that a certain product or service meets a particular standard or other specification by a third party that may be sufficiently trusted. The production process comprises the steps of removing veins from raw materials of products, process water and the like, marking key control points of each link from the raw materials to the finished products through processing links, equipment and symbols, and even specifying process parameters of the products. The production process may be predetermined before production, and may be different from the actual production process.
The manufacturing process is a relatively broad and practical process and may generally comprise at least most of the actual process stages from the time the product is in a raw material state until the time the product is introduced and used by the consumer. Such as which production lines are actually experienced, who the responsible person is, which warehouse manager's access operations are attended, which dealers are attended, etc.
Intellectual property refers to the exclusive right that the right-holders have on the mark and credit law in the achievement and the business activities created by their intellectual labor. In addition to the provision data, the authentication information may include, for example, quality inspection data of government, sampling inspection data of regulatory bodies, authentication certificates of third-party certification authorities, and the like. The certification information may be specific to the target enterprise or its products, such as certifying hardware conditions of a production plant of the target enterprise, sampling quality of product samples, and the like. Certainly, the authentication information may also include more types of data, for example, audit data reflecting whether the product is sold in different areas or not, competitive product data on the market, imitation data on the market, and the like, which are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, when the certification authority makes certification information for the product, the certification information is made not only according to the current quality certification standard, but also according to the draft quality certification standard. The standard draft refers to a standard solicitation comment draft, a submission draft and an approval draft before standard release. After the draft is approved by the approval mechanism, the draft can become a new standard if the draft meets the regulations.

If the draft conflicts with the standard, the constraint on the product quality is higher, namely the constraint is stricter, the judgment of the product quality is carried out on the draft and the standard. For example, when the constraint of the standard and draft is a range, the smaller the range, the higher the constraint. When a constraint is a process flow, more steps of the process flow represent higher constraints. If the standard has higher constraint, the product quality is only required to be authenticated through the standard. In one embodiment, a Digital object unique Identifier (DOI) for the enterprise may also be generated, for example, a two-dimensional code, a barcode, etc., so that the consumer can more conveniently query the enterprise information, the product information, and the authentication information. Taking the two-dimensional code as an example, a consumer can access data associated with an enterprise by scanning the two-dimensional code corresponding to the product. Once the quality of the product is in a problem, a consumer can scan the two-dimensional code to judge whether the quality of the product is in a problem or not, and the method is very convenient.

8. The method of claim 1, wherein the certification authority comprises: at least one of a third party certification authority, government, regulatory department;
the authentication information includes: the enterprise reports data to the certification authority, the certification certificate of the third-party certification authority, the quality inspection data of the government and the spot inspection data of the supervision department.
9. A blockchain-based product quality certification apparatus, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to:
deploying a blockchain platform based on the blockchain framework;
taking enterprises and certification organizations as nodes in the block chain platform and deploying the nodes in the block chain platform;
acquiring enterprise information of the enterprise, product information of the enterprise and certification information of the certification authority for products according to the current quality certification standard;
and writing the enterprise information, the product information and the authentication information into the block chain platform.
10. A non-transitory computer storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for blockchain-based product quality authentication, the computer-executable instructions configured to:
deploying a blockchain platform based on the blockchain framework;
taking enterprises and certification organizations as nodes in the block chain platform and deploying the nodes in the block chain platform;
acquiring enterprise information of the enterprise, product information of the enterprise and authentication information of products made by the authentication mechanism according to the current quality authentication standard;
and writing the enterprise information, the product information and the authentication information into the block chain platform.
